Miss Lucia has ALL the elements of Superior Customer Service : She cares! This young lady cares enough to thoroughly review the invoice and services and products, with ease. Her ability to succinctly answer my questions is very important. I asked her about the differences with the lense chart and she covered every detail, including the prices and effectiveness of the lenses. Miss Lucia has a professional, yet personable demeanor, answers questions without being condescending and seems to be passionate about the customer's best interest. She keeps it real! Refreshing! (Sometimes, people who serve the public are not necessarily focused on the customer)... your Company needs to be thankful that Miss Lucia Is focused on the customer as well as representing Stanton Optical SUPERBLY! Thank you Stanton Optical for offering outstanding glasses, quality eye care and excellent staff members... Friendly staff. As soon as you walk in, your greeted well.They have a paper in the front stating only patients are welcome in. Was surprised they let me bring my grandmother and little bro inside aswell, soo they wouldn't have to wait for me in the hotness of the car. The staff know what they are doing, they try not to waste time on get you in and out the door. A gentleman by the name of Jesus was very knowledgeable made me understand things I didnt know for years. First time in a long time that I know how to read my prescription form something that previous optometrists failed to do he was able to in a short while.Stanton Optical promotes the sale of 2 for 59. Seemed too good to be true but once I actually heard the price I knew it was. But you have to understand the total amount depends on the glasses themselves and the degrees according to oneself. Not to mention the coverage and any other detail you want to add to your spectacles. Over all had a good experience was able to find glasses I actually wanted and not just any other pair. Was a bit pricey not gonna lie but Jesus was able to lower it just enough to where one can say wow!. And who's to say. But when you really want something you'll pay whatever its needed to get it ain't that be true. This will be my new optical station. read more

If you're looking for eyeglasses, Stanton Optical is the "go to place". They have a huge selection of men's and women's frames and a good selection for kids. I found their prices extremely reasonable. On the day I went, 2/8/14, I selected $59.00 frames and the price included the single vision lens AND I also got an extra complete pair (frames and lens) for FREE! I added a tint at an extra cost to the second pair and will use them as sunglasses. If you want to add tint, anti-glare or scratch-resistant coating, etc., it will cost you extra but even the cost for the extras is very reasonable. They also provide free full eye exams if you purchase their frames and believe me, you won't want to go somewhere else for your frames. My son, who is picky about the frames he wants, was able to find exactly what he wanted and he got the same great deal I did. I purchased four pairs of eyeglasses and didn't pay through the nose for them. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They made my experience very enjoyable. They are the worst at what they do. It took 1 month to get my original 2 pair deal. Even though they have a 10 day guarantee it means nothing they don't horror it and don't do anything when they don't. Once I got my 2 pairs 1 needed to get sent back. I was moving out of Portland (where I organically started this 2 month process)this is why the guarantee was important to me. I moved out of town with only one pair and had them mail the second. That second was broken I needed to get sent back I was working in EL Paso Texas and went to a Stanton there. Once I got them to order me a new pair, I let them know I'm from out of town and need to get these mailed to me. Fast forward my new pair sat in El Paso for 2 weeks until I have them a call on a Wednesday after checking my order online and finding out they have been ready. Asked them to mail them on Wednesday, shocker they didn't it is now Monday & I had to call back and make sure they mailed them out. Not worth the hassle go anywhere else pay extra across the board they are bad at what the do. read more

Went in as a walk in and the wait time was forever long due to I'm guessing what was over booking and I decided that I would have to schedule an appointment since I had a prior commitment and couldn't stay...the plus side was there were so many frames to choose from....I was very impressed by the selection, colors & styles....the lady that was helping me, I believe her name was Lucinda or something of the sort, she was willing to assist me and the girls on the doctor's side were very helpful in looking up my insurance information....I did notice that one of the girls was helping the other employees whenever they asked her a question and she was running back and forth between the doctor side and the store....props to her for not being one of those rude coworkers that says no all the time....didn't catch her name but she seems to know alot about whatever it is that she helps with.... Anyways, very clean store, great selection and friendly staff....awesome job! read more

I don't know why this place is getting such bad reviews. I personally had a great experience. My appointment was at 330 and they got me in a few min late but that's okay because I was busy looking at all the the awesome frames they had. The ladies who were behind the desk checking customers in and out were a little rude though they didn't answer questions and gave dirty looks but when I was picking out my frames I was greeted and helped by hailey she was super nice she helped me pick out my frames and answered all of my questions. I didn't have to pay for the eye exam due to the promotion they have and I even got one pair of frames free. I paid around 280 for 2 frames and my prescription included which if you ask me is a fair price. I haven't gotten my glasses yet they told me it would take a day so I hope they will be ready tomorrow !!overall great experience at Stanton optical at the fountains and if you go make sure to ask for hailey she is awesome read more

I had a great experience at your store in Bevercreek, lost the young man name, but he resolve my issues and help me better understand just what your company is made of. The first time the frame broke I did not get the same service as I had today. The young lady help me out, but fail to notice that the frames were not sized right. All she did is tell me I luck out they had the same frame in stock and she replace the frame, but never mention the programs you offer. It was the difference of night and day the service I did not even know about the program for replacing glasses. This young man was very helpful even found a new frame and it only cost me for the program. This is a what service is, showing he cared about my issues and address them. My dog ate my partners glasses and we had no idea where to go for a new pair of glasses. We decided to go to Stanton Optical because of they're commercials on line. We were berry skeptical. To say the least, we had an an amazing experience. We ere greeted almost immediately as we walked in and the costumer service was amazing. As being nurses I in the health care field, it was nice to be appreciated for our business. I would recommend for everyone I know to go here. Dr. Cleetus was very soft spoken and made me feel welcome. Even the store manager, Chris, made time to show us frames. The costumer service was amazing. Even though my dog, Ginny, was very sorry she ate her dad's glasses, we're not sorry we came to Stanton Optical. read more

I was on vacation and crush my glasses in the hotel room they had same day lenses and the discounts were amazing I end up getting 2 pairs with no insurance and paid half of what I thought I would actually pay. Antonio helped me finalize my purchase and he was the best!! Funny and so knowledgeable. Both pairs I loved and all the staff is super friendly and welcoming and they even show you which pairs they wear to help with when picking because the options and colors I tried on 75 pairs and they helped with each one lol where else would you receive this kind of quick service. I came in at 2:30pm done with my exam and picking glasses by 3:10! Best eye place ever!!!! Would recommend 10000000 percent. read more

I finally had to break down and get new glasses after putting it off as long as I could due to health issues. When looking for new frames, I became a little dazed as I was not getting enough oxygen wearing a mask with my health condition. I simply was not functioning at my best. Jasmine, one of the staff at Stanton, was wonderful. She patiently sat with me as I went through at least two dozen frames and took the time on a very busy day to patiently work with me. When I went in as a walk in, they were willing to help me get new lens for my frames. The whole time I was worried that they were going to charge me extra because the frames that I purchased online were not from Stanton themselves. But luckily it wasn't a heavy charge only $20. They did inform me that my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks. Thank goodness the doctor who was helping me was able to reassure me and provided the information I needed to make sure that I was making the right decision into what kind of lenses I needed for my eyes. Walked in to check on prices for my wife and daughter not planning on buying and walked out with four pairs of glasses and two sunglasses for my baby girls. Awesome customer service. Chris was super friendly and really helpful. Without an appt we were in and out in about an hour. Eye exams and everything. Without a doubt would recommend this place to anyone needing glasses. I didn't have to wait for a long time since I went on a Monday as it was recommended by one of the supervisors. Service was great, Karina was very friendly and my telemedicine eye exam was very pleasant as the doctor took his time to do the exam and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Felt safe as they desinfect each pair of frames as people touch them. Everyone was wearing masks and required for all customers to wear one too. read more

Went to get my daughters eye exam Dr. Bossetti was very thorough and meticulous. The customer service was amazing and Roxanne was incredibly helpful and patient helping us find the right pair (or pairs) as we walked out with 2 pairs of glasses at an unbelievable price in less than 45 minutes. Despite being busy we were treated like we were the only customers there. Will definitely recommend, and I'll be back for my new specs!!! read more

I had a great experience here! The staff were friendly and efficient. They explained each step of the eye exam and the results. There was a wide selection of frames to choose from, and I found a pair that I really like. The sales rep explained the different types of lenses available and let me know the options and different price levels. And my glasses will be ready in 48 hours. I have no complaints! read more

Both the managers at the Sunland Park Store and the Fountains Store were very helpful. Victoria on the westside went out of her way to get me the frames I needed adn Jasmine and Jesus at the Fountains helped me get what I needed just in time for a trip I was taking.
