Dustin is exceptional to work with and worked with our daughter to find the perfect pairs of glasses. It was wonderful to get glasses same day and not have to come back for pickup. Even has a military discount, this place I will definitely be back to get my new glasses next month! read more

I got glasses for less than half of what I paid for my last pair elsewhere. The lenses are great and I have very bad eyes and astigmatism and got the thin lenses and the stuff that gets dark in the Sun. Yes the lenses are great but the frames are cheap and have broken twice. You just can't get quality frames there. My husband got 2 pair and has now been waiting over 6 weeks for a replacement for a broken frame. Very little communication. very unknowledgeable as every time I call they spend 20 minutes on the phone trying to find my order. And they never call me back. If I go back I would buy my frames elsewhere and just have the lenses put in there. To sum it up : Cheap crappy frames, unknowledgeable personnel, Extremely poor communication and very slow repair times. At least the workers are nice read more

I got both a Text message and a call saying my glasses were ready to get picked up. I show up and they say they won't be ready for an hour or so! What the heck!!?! Why did I get a call and text. They say it's just how their system works.... well you should fix the system so I don't drag my 2 kids here just to have them not ready! Horrible service will never use them again read more

Worst optical place I've been to. I did get greeted by one lady but wheb I went into the back to sign in for my appointment the lady was not personable at all. She never smiled & never asked if it was my 1st time visiting them (which means she never explained how they run their office... I'll tell you about that next!) I get called into a room where my optometrist is on a T.V screen (smh) which btw she was rude... She asked if I felt comfortable when I tried to explain I needed to be lifted more she ignored me & asked again so I said sure.... Her mic or whatever kept going in & out but I could make what she was trying to say/ask. The check in lady was stand offish... After getting my prescription I went back to her for my trial pair & she just lay the contacts on a table & told me to wash my hands but she nvr explained if I should call her when I was done or anything.... Also NO ONE has a consultation with you on what your options are as far as contacts. I was NVR asked if I wanted dailies or weekly or what brand I prefer or any other info... They automatically gave me acuvue oasis for 2 week wear. When you talk to the people in the front (the one who gives you the prescription & see about glasses/contacts) they pressure you into buying that same day with the most expensive option... I told him I wanted the most budget friendly option he looked at me as if I was crazy... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE & I have gotten an exam for the same price at another place last year I just came here bc they opened earlier than the otgers place. read more

As soon as you walk in you are greeted. When I was getting my exam done there was a hair on the machine that you put your chin & forehead on. I had to ask the lady if she could wipe it down for me. After the initial exam you go into a dark room and get your eyes checked by someone on the tv. Totally weird. I was told I would get a call when my glasses came in and I requested for my contacts to be delivered to my home. Neither happened, I had to go in and ask if the glasses were there and what happened to my contacts. "We tried calling".... with the price you pay you get your next eye exam free.. I think I'll take my business somewhere else. read more

Do not waste your time taking advantage of the "deals" offered here. The staff do not communicate with each other, the customer, and they have no idea what they're talking about. The video eye exam is weird and frustrating, as you can't understand what they're saying over the speaker. The nicest thing I can say is that at least the lady who did my pre exam was super nice, and probably the least fake of everyone there. Overall, the frustration of dealing with everything here is not worth the $30 you save in eye exams. read more

This is the best eye doctor I have ever been too! They were very resourceful and helpful to me. I had ran out of contacts and all associates were able to assist me right away. The staff here are friendly, nurturing, resourceful and huge huge problem solvers. I am very grateful for their professionalism and assistance in my need of dire help. When you visit this office, you will enjoy a wonderful experience that you can share with everyone. It like when you fall in love how you want everyone to experience. Well I want you to experience this office, just like that. read more

Excellent service! The staff was beyond friendly and very professional. They worked well with my little boy. He left feeling as if he had the best glasses in the world! Great selection as well. Ask about their frame club. read more

This was an interesting Odyssey. First of all, my eye exam was not done in person. It was done remotely via computer and TV screen. The guy barely talked to me. Got my prescription, done. They gave me a contact lens trial pair. With it I could not read the street signs when I was driving. So I got a re-examination done, this time with a live person. But that is only possible on Tuesdays. That's the only time they have a life person in the office for exams. My prescription was adjusted and a different kind of contact lens was decided upon. When I looked up the price for the contact lenses, they charged me $86 for a 6 months supply for one contact lens. I looked up the contact lenses online, and a three month supply was between $13.95 and $16.95. and there were a lot of well-known suppliers offering this same lens. I had also been told that they come in six months boxes only. Online I found three months supplies just fine. I'm not particularly impressed with the way they do business. The only reason I gave them to stars is the staff. They are very nice. Definitely, definitely not going back. read more

Worst experience ever. Glasses were no use so l returned them and was told that the manager that l could have the lenses changed to suit and that it would be about 10 days. I said fine l waited for the ten days to pass, then 2 weeks then 3. I finally went in and cancelled the order and said I wanted my money back. The so called manager was oh well l will have to contact head office and l would be refunded the money. That did not happen. I went into the store numerous times and got the same story from the Liar or should l say manager always oh my goodness let me get right on to them. Finally l gave up dealing with her and now I am trying to get their head office to refund me. This has been going on since before July. The lie their butts off. I am now left with no glasses and no money. I really love the way they treat Disabled Vets. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are the worst ever. read more

horrible experience. no one ever told me it would be a virtual eye exam, the guy i made an appt with said they would go over my insurance info when i got there, they had no idea about any insurance info. and I told them I just wanted the exams and contact fitting then the assistant manager said its going to be $158 he ordered me a 6 month supply and I pretty much had no choice but to pay that amt. he already ordered them with out going over options prices or what type of contacts it was! VERY disappointing especially to have dealt most of it with the assistant manager. read more

The place is nice and clean, you are attended to immediately. I wanted to make an appointment to see an eye doctor. They said, we have an opening, the doctor can see you today. Great, I thought! First they make sure your insurance will cover things. Then you pick out frames while waiting for the doctor. Nice selection of frames. I wanted bifocals. I finally get to the eye exam room and the tech turns on the TV and some guy with an accent it talking to me. I'm told he is an eye prescription technician. From his accent and appearance he seems like he might be Arabic. I have no problem with that, but I asked where he was located and he wouldn't tell me. So, overseas somewhere no doubt. I never saw a doctor that would actually look in my eyes and the prescription I got gave me severe headaches and double vision. They refused to give me a refund. DON'T GO THERE!! They should not be allowed to give out prescriptions without an actual doctor seeing you. read more
