I decided I had enough of my couches looking like poop so I started looking for a company to professionally clean both of them. I had read lots of reviews and and called a few companies and decided to go with Integrity Carpet Cleaning. I have a very busy schedule (working 2 jobs and usually 16 hour days) they were able to work with my crazy life and do it while I was working. They even allowed me to pay over the phone! When I came home I was very impressed with the cleaning, good as new! Their price seemed very reasonable too! He gave me a quote of between $100 to $120 at the most to clean both couches. After talking with him i found a coupon on Yelp, I called and asked if I could buy that and use it too, he told me i wouldnt even have to buy it they would just honnor it! Very professional and got the job done right! Thank you!

I talked with Steve about the stains and he said he would do what he could but there was no guarantee that the stains would come clean. He said he would also apply a special solution to help neutralize any odors (which he convinced me to buy a whole gallon of before he left.) When he left and the floor was dry, it really looked like nothing at all had been done and the odor still very much remained. I was disappointed but determined maybe there was no solution other than to replace the carpet. Fast-forward, my husband steam cleaned our carpets with a rug doctor we rented from the local hardware store and our carpet looks and smells fantastic again. The carpet I thought was going to have to be replaced no longer has any issue and at a fraction of the cost that we paid classic carpet cleaning. Not again. We will either do it ourselves going forward or hire a different company.
