He also did a wonderful deep-clean of a sofa that gets a lot of wear and tear, with the same results. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism, quality of service and obvious commitment to customer care. I was ready to walk away from the deal, and basically told him "goodbye". He lowered the price a lot since I wasn't going to budge. I reluctantly agreed since I was moving out. Still way too expensive and didn't do a great job. Just went with him since my landlord was forcing me to pay for carpet cleaning, and was busy with other things.
