He also did a wonderful deep-clean of a sofa that gets a lot of wear and tear, with the same results. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism, quality of service and obvious commitment to customer care. Compared to others we've previously used, not only are we delighted with the results, but the cost was very reasonable. Guy that came (I think is the owner) was very short and rude with me. I told him the price was too much and he got pissed off he made the drive to Grimes. I didn't appreciate his attitude. I was ready to walk away from the deal, and basically told him "goodbye". He lowered the price a lot since I wasn't going to budge. I reluctantly agreed since I was moving out. Still way too expensive and didn't do a great job. Just went with him since my landlord was forcing me to pay for carpet cleaning, and was busy with other things. After the fact, found out the price was actually $206.....I asked for an explanation from the main office and got a lame response of "did you tell the tech that you were using the special"? Anyway, no further response and even though the carpet is clean, the blatant overcharge and BS response to my question makes me a future non-customer and I urge you to do the same.

They have been punctual and friendly and even given me some tips about how to spot treat places (soap and water and a whole bunch of towels to soak up the water).
