He also did a wonderful deep-clean of a sofa that gets a lot of wear and tear, with the same results. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism, quality of service and obvious commitment to customer care. Compared to others we've previously used, not only are we delighted with the results, but the cost was very reasonable. We will definitely use Superior again and strongly recommend them to our friends.

Was a rip off. I had them quote me back in 2016 to clean carpet in a basement mother-in-law suite…read more Review dates back from that time in 2016. Guy that came (I think is the owner) was very short and rude with me. I told him the price was too much and he got pissed off he made the drive to Grimes. I didn't appreciate his attitude. I was ready to walk away from the deal, and basically told him "goodbye". He lowered the price a lot since I wasn't going to budge. I reluctantly agreed since I was moving out. Still way too expensive and didn't do a great job. Just went with him since my landlord was forcing me to pay for carpet cleaning, and was busy with other things. I would have gladly gone with someone else. Not recommended.

They even come back after a church event if needed to clean up spots etc. Recently Bernie told us about a new service of tile cleaning. The tile in the sanctuary under the pews were in very poor shape; dirty and dull. We tried ourselves to clean with the regular cleaning products you can purchase but, no positive results. Last Wednesday Bernie came and cleaned and repolished/waxed the tiling in the sanctuary. He did an absolutely amazing job. The tiling looks beautiful. Bernie spent several hours and went beyond our expectations. He takes a lot of pride in his work and we are so very grateful for his hard work and efforts. We are a very satisfied customer of Springer Floor Care and the credit goes to Bernie and the others on staff. Thank you.

We helped with a few heavy pieces. He did a great job. Carpet was not saturated, but clean and odorless. He did not try to push anything additional I did not need. I will definitely call him again. I have used other carpet cleaners in the past. Often times they oversaturate the carpet, or simply run steam over the carpet but not clean it. You get two great features with Classic Carpet. First you het the owner who does the work and takes pride in his service. Second the work is done on time to your standards in your timeframe. I recommend Classic Carpet for your needs.

He always tries to get the easiest jobs and cherry-picks his projects. He overprices the projects he doesn't want. I called for a quote for a sofa and he went on and on about my sofa then ended up quoting an unreasonable price. A FEW WEEKS LATER he showed up at my eight-six year old dad's place and told my dad that he couldn't uphold his commitment that day because he was overbooked. DUH, Steve's the one who books the projects! This was after my dad spent half the day preparing for the project. He gave my dad all kinds of lame excuses then eventually walked away from the project after my dad rebutted each excuse. My dad and I both ended up using STANLEY STEEMER who far exceeded our hopes and expectations! Oh, and at a much lower price! Bottom line...don't bother even considering choosing Steve or his company for any projects. Save yourself the time and frustration!!
