He arrived early for our appointment to review our cleaning needs and provided an estimate by the next day. I really appreciated Mike's prompt response to all my communications with him. Cleanly ended up winning a contract with our building. They were able to provide services within the next few days which we appreciated since our building really needed a cleaning.
