My carpets look great. The two guys that cleaned them were very friendly and my carpets look new again. They explained after they finished them about the drying process what to expect and how to make sure they were dry. I highly recommend them. read more

I booked my appt 1 week out due to their busy schedule. I received a confirmation request and a msg of cancellations by me of less than 48 hrs would be charged a fee. I recvd a call 2 hrs past my window that can trouble caused delays of 2-3 hrs if not more on a Friday evening. No apologies, no offer of discounts should for inconvenience of coming far later if at all, no willingness to find a time the next day. Nothing. Not sure if their office phone staff is a reflection of the whole company but I won't try again to find out. read more

Zerorez came out and cleaned my area rug in my dining room. My rug turned brown. When they send another tech out I was told the first tech used to much water on it and that is what ruined my rug. They took it and tried to reverse it but they could not. I was told to find a rug to replace it with and they would reimburse me a portion of the new rug. I have called, sent emails and I can not get a response from them to make this right. I would not recommend this company as they do not take responsibility when they make an error nor do they return phone calls or emails. Poor customer service. read more

STOP DON'T USE THEM!!! Save yourself and your flooring! They ruined my carpet and then yelled at me. They said and I quote, "we don't guarantee YOU will be happy." I was told to leave a bad review because they don't care so I am doing so in hopes of saving others. DO NOT USE ZEROREZ read more

Zerorez fixed stains previous carpet cleaner caused!! They were very professional , prompt and got the job done!

Best carpet cleaning service I have ever used! Had them come in to clean my sisters townhouse before we put it on the market. It was so badly stained in areas from food and foot traffic that I debated whether to replace it or clean it. So thankful I chose to clean it because it looked like brand new carpet! Thank you Zerorez.....I will definitely use you again! read more

ok so my family just got a puppy and she pees on the floor a lot, so when we decided that it was too much carpet stains to handle, we called zerorez to handle it. we did the pet treatment on top of the carpet cleaning. it got rid of the stains and looked amazing, but the carpet didn't look any lighter, didn't feel any softer and it crunched when we walked on it. we gave it 24 hours to dry then went over it with our rainbow vacuum cleaner, which is basically a standard vacuum but instead of a filter it has water. the water from the rainbow was almost black, which meant there was still a lot of dirt and dust in the carpet. less than a day after the carpet was clean the fresh orange scent went away and it smelt like dog urine again. we just wanted clean carpet and got a glorified vacuum. wouldn't recommend to anyone who actually wants cleaned carpet read more

We had our vents cleaned after suffering from allergies and a huge dust problem. Cody the technician came out and was amazing! Especially at explaining the process. The whole process took only 3 hours (yes it's noisy but so worth it). He wore protective foot covering every time he came inside and made sure to clean up any debris that was pushed through the vents. The pricing is very competitive!! They do 17 vents for about $350. We also had our dryer vent cleaned out. Again so worth it! Makes things work so much better!! read more

had them come out to clean the stairs (just wanted to keep the light color fresh) they put a "stain protector" on it and caused a very noticeable snag in the carpet. when called to address it they stated the only thing they could do was retreat the carpet for the same price. the carpet is less than 2 years old and now looks worse than it did before they came out. do not recommend read more

Had them clean basement carpet after one of our cats was sick and what a disaster. It was obvious after the first cleaning that they had no idea what they were doing. Smelled way worse after the first cleaning. Came back two more times and then wanted us to spend even more money on a considerably more expensive deep cleaning that they were convinced would help clean down into the pad where they were sure it needed. Again, same result, still a terrible smell and now they were convinced that the things had penetrated past and into the concrete below the pad. Needless to say we had the carpet pulled and it did NOT get through the pad and into the concrete. It's so obvious they don't know what they are doing and it cost us with no guarantee and they wouldn't even help us with the cost after I proved to them the smell was still there. New carpet it is! Buyer beware on these guys...nothing but a hassle and very poor performance. read more

I had to wait to write the review because I had to have them come back out. Overall: 1.I did my homework: there was a deal on the radio for 3 rooms at $109. Okay so I read the online reviews to get quotes what could beforehand. I read the best person to work with and what to watch for. 2. Made my call. Brenda answers the phone. She confirms the deal I heard. I ask timelines and what my hallway would cost. She gives me all the details. I call back a couple days later and set up the appointment.they have a 3 hour window like a cable guy. I did end up asking for Mike Ubaldo who is mentioned in multiple posting as very professional and courteous. 3. I received emails and reminder phone call before the big day. He called when he was about 15 min out. He arrived and I showed him where everything was needed. He did the walk through with little booties on and assessed our old carpet. As Brenda had mentioned he offered the treatment for the pet spots. A couple of times he has his nose to the carpet checking it out. I went ahead and got it since this was a new house to us. I did have him quote it all again once more before he got started. No problems! 4. He got going right away and was done with my three rooms and hallway in just a couple hours. He showed me all the spots he worked on and told me his recommend time for drying. He was great. Had a great attitude about everything and very kind. I liked what he did. I received an email receipt with all the right information. However I waited cause there was a spot on the stairs we thought needed a second look. I called back in and they sent someone (same time window with phone call) to take a look. He said it was how it dried and fixed it. Minus that they had to come back out they did a great job and I had no surprises! read more

Zerores equal zero clean. Three room $99 special ended up costing $300 and didn't even touch main stain. If you truly want clean try someone who uses more than "empowered", water. read more

Zerorez is top notch! I will never go back to the old way the others have "cleaned" my carpet! They are very professional both in how they set up your appointments and get the service tech to your home to get the job done done right. He was in and out in an hour and a half. My carpets looked and smelled fresh and clean. Even after a month people still comment on how good they look! I have recommended Zerorez to all my friends and family. In fact my mom just had hers done yesterday! She too is very impressed!! Thank you Zerorez!! read more

Pros: The carpet looks great, the service technician was friendly and informative. I found a deal on their Facebook page, so look there to see if they are running any specials. Uses natural products, which is why we went with them. Cleaned up some long standing stains. House smells orangey fresh. Cons: Hard to nail the down on exactly what time they were going to show up. Had to wait to hear until the day before to find out what 3 hour time window going to be there. Called an hour before my 3 hour time frame, and they said they would be to my home in 45 minutes. Arrived in an hour and a half, so timing was only issue. Would be a 5 star rating if they can clean that up. No pun intended. read more

If I can leave a zero star review for this company I would. This company came recommended by a few people on social media. I called their office multiple times and was on hold without speaking to a real live person for anywhere from 6 to 15 minutes every time I called. It no doubt would have been a much longer wait time but I gave up on them and hung up. I called dream steam cleaning and restoration who answered my call immediately there was no hold time and they got my carpet cleaned within three days of my initial phone call. The experience with Zerorez has been poor at best. read more

Very friendly and professional. On time and did a nice job. Only down side is they are a tiny pricer but worth it for no chemicals!

I used Zerorez to clean several area rugs. The person who picks up the rugs does not give pricing or timing estimates. They take the rugs, then call several days later with those estimates. And the estimates turned out to be wrong. 1) They are expensive, excessively so. If you have inexpensive rugs, it's possible that the cleaning will cost more than the rug. 2) Not all of the stains were removed. They were lightened, but not completely removed. 3) But my real complaint is that it took them four weeks to clean and return the rugs. FOUR weeks. The rugs sit and sit and sit while they wait for a "specialized technician" to finally get around to cleaning them. Why take the rugs if you know your backlog is so long? Just take them when you're actually ready to clean them. Or better yet, hire another technician. Four weeks is simply ridiculous. read more

Zerorez is my favorite carpet cleaning company. This was my fourth time and I am never disappointed! We have a dog, and I don't have to worry about it being pet friendly. Our technician has always been very professional and friendly. Thank you Zerorez for a great job. read more

Zerorez come out to clean my carpet and they left numerous stains and carpets almost as dirty as before and charged a LOT. I called Dream Steam and they came out and got out ALL of the stains that zerorez said they couldn't. I will never use them again. Do NOT recommend. read more

Justin did and amazing job. First he called and said he would arrive in 10 min, right at the early end of the time window. He arrived at the time he stated. He was very professional and methodical in the entire process. And after the service, he went his recommendations. I highly recommend Zerorez and Justin. read more

scheduled duct cleaning, 3 weeks in advance. 1 hour before they were due to arrive, they called and canceled. said the "tech" had an emergency. ok, fine. rescheduled for another 3 weeks down the road. 3pm to 6pm arrival. 4:30 we called and they said oh yeah he is still coming today. at 7 pm no one had shown up, no one had called and office was closed. don't waste your time here. very unprofessional conduct. will never call them again. read more

We hired Zerorez of Clive to clean the carpets of the new house we purchased. The carpets had been soiled by puppies of the previous owner and he did not professionally clean before the sale. Zerorez did a great job. The were timely, called to confirm the appointment and gave us a heads up when they were 20 minutes from arrival. There are certainly less expensive carpet cleaning options but we liked the idea of using primarily water to clean based on our young children. I'd be quick to recommend Zerorez of Clive due to their professionalism, timeliness, and effort. read more

I made an appointment to have my living room, dining area and hallway cleaned. Robbie Russell called to let me know he would arrive in 10 minutes and did. He was very polite and knowledgeable about dealing with my carpet. I had a sick kitty that had a lot of accidents at the end of her life and he did a fabulous job cleaning and making my carpet odor fee. I would recommend them and will use their services the next time I need to have the carpets cleaned. read more

Just had Zerorez clean my carpets. They were professional and efficient. My carpets look brand new!

My carpet was cleaned June 24, 2015. Took all of 30 minutes or less from back up into driveway to pull out....10-15 mins on carpet...approx. 400 square feet of actual carpet and 12 steps. Had some soil and pet stains. Told me upfront they had a 100% satisfied guarantee. Did not explain it more than that...but I assumed I would be covered. I used them 1st time because I hear Van and Bonnie talk about them every AM on WHO radio. When technician left carpet was really wet..so I did not go look at it..but he said it all came clean. Next day I still saw soil/spots and called them. I initially thought they may come back and redo...but they said it would take over a week...a week...Terrible customer service...it was not my fault they did not get the job done....Now keep in mind this cost $269. small area. I have already paid. I asked them to refund my money...but would be willing to settle to cover the technicians charge..$50 or so...David..was his name...said NO WAY YOU WILL GET A REFUND...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...NOT. I should have used my old cleaner Stanley Steamer...$99. and they have always got me clean...Buyer beware. If you go to the BBB website you will see a complaint in October 2014...very similar to mine.....They don't take care of the customer! Very expensive....not impressed with the performance...... read more

We decided to try cleaning our carpet instead of replacing, so I called out on Facebook for suggestions. We heard of this company through acquaintances on there. Initially, I felt they did a decent job at cleaning my carpet. However, it has now grown mold and we've had no water damage or even a spill in the room since they were here. We rarely go in the room that was cleaned, so we unfortunately didn't notice this until after their 30-day guarantee time period. I called the company to let them know and the lady said she would give the message to the manager guy (I can't remember his exact title) named Tony. Tony did call me back and left a voicemail as I was unable to answer at the moment. When I called him back, he did not answer so I left a message. He never called back again. That was a few weeks ago now. I guess they don't actually care much for their customers or their reputation as I'll be sure to advise anyone away from using them. Should have just replaced in the first place and not wasted the money attempting to clean with them. read more
