One call to Joe, and Abby was at my Mother-in-laws house the same day to start the water clean up, and drying out of the home due to a pipe breaking. United worked with her insurance company and obtained a agreed price in a timely matter. Gina comes to her house and spends hours going thru cabinets and flooring and designing so the kitchen will be put back just the way my Mother-In law wanted it. Then comes back out to insure that the flooring color is really what she wanted. She truly cared about what she wanted, not just saying this looks best but listening to her and getting the exact color she wanted. After the fact, found out the price was actually $206.....I asked for an explanation from the main office and got a lame response of "did you tell the tech that you were using the special"? Anyway, no further response and even though the carpet is clean, the blatant overcharge and BS response to my question makes me a future non-customer and I urge you to do the same.
