I've always come in and been able to play whatever I want or buy whatever I want with little to no issue. Whenever I am there he's always polite to whom ever walks in and will answer all their questions to the best of his ability. For example last Saturday a boy and his dad came in asking about Warhammer 40K and he answered them and showed them a set that might work for what he wanted, but before they spent any money he recommended that he do research and come in the next day to watch some more experienced players. Overall it's a great experience and cannot recommend it enough.

With the overwhelming amount of merchandise, items are overflowing into the aisles. It can be hard to find things if you're looking for anything specific. If you're looking for the latest HO releases from Rapido, Atlas, or Athearn, this isn't the place. ...but if you want to get some inexpensive freight cars and track for your favorite kid (or yourself), you're bound to find something here. In the back they have scratchbuilding supplies, books, and paint. I found some stuff here (O gauge vinyl roadbed) that hasn't been made in years. In talking with the staff, they purchase collections of stuff so they don't always know what they will have. It is like walking into a used train show, and the prices are very fair.
