I then requested to speak with a manager, owner, or someone higher up, but was repeatedly told that no one was available. At no point was a clear diagnosis, justification, or cost breakdown provided. This experience gave the impression that the company assigns inflated, arbitrary prices without being able to clearly explain the root cause of the issue or justify their diagnosis--yet expects customers to blindly trust them. After reading other reviews, I noticed a consistent pattern of similar complaints. At this point, it's clear the issue is not the customers.

I called Yuri to inquire a price for the belt and a teacher discount. Yuri would not give me the price of the belt, so I quickly Googled washer belts and they are under $40. I asked why the price was so high and he said labor starts at $225 and that was baseline. I asked why that wasn't disclosed with me over the phone on Sunday and he said the company doesn't do that. So, overall a price for the belt was not provided and only a $5 teacher discount was offered. I decided not to move forward with this company.
