My Jeep Grand Cherokee took a big hit while parked. I did the first thing I always do when it comes to cars... I called my big brother haha. He knows a lot about cars. He immediately said "go to stainless steel and collision, they are one of the best shops in NYC." So I went to this place and Andy and Andrew took care of me right away. They were very polite and explained to me what was going to happen step by step. As the days went on I called to check up and again they were very polite and answered all my questions. Fast forward and today was the day my car was ready for me! I get to the shop and as my car is driving in... they Detailed my car!!! Interior & Exterior!!! The first time I came here I was talking with other customers who were coming in from all over the Tri-state area because of the expert body work and detailing that Stainless Steel does. I think that's a testament to their craftsmanship! They meticulously take apart everything that's damaged, purchase the factory correct parts (not aftermarket), correctly build back everything the way it was to the millimeter. The paint job is always flawless!!! On top of the superior service of any repair, they always give every car a 5 star detail of the inside and outside of the car before you get it back. It smells and looks like a showroom car. The work is always done on record time and the only thing that surpasses the workmanship is the great customer service and personalities of everyone in the shop! This place is straight trash and dishonest people. Brought my sisters car for a detail. And the guy that was responsible for the job totally stripped the clear coat off the car. They also destroyed the coating/film INSIDE the front windshield. When I tried to bring the car back to show them the issue. They said it wasn't them. I'm sorry sir, but there is no way this happened to the car on its own. read more
