The usual lemon remoulade/aioli was also a let down from what they have served in the past. A little after 2:00, we asked about the status of our pizzas. The woman helping us snapped at my mom, "Go ask the chefs in the back! You can ask them how much longer it's gonna take!" I have worked in the service industry and my sister is a full-time industry worker in town. She seemed irritated at the cooks, and was being a bit sarcastic, still, we were shocked. We finally got our pizzas at 2:30, an hour and a half after we arrived. It seemed like the dough had changed and the pizza was definitely oilier than it had been before. The fennel sausage and prosciutto were lower quality than they've served in the past: greasy, saltier and less flavorful. Our server was, at best, odd and at worst snappy and rude.
