If you're craving a Chicago dog, this is the spot! Always delicious, poppyseed steamed buns and the best dogs around! In need of a spot to watch every game, no matter the sport, this is the place! Great staff, great sports food! Thank you!

Came here to watch the France/Spain semi final game and wasnt disappointed. The food and service were on point even being a full bar. The bartender ... she rocks and owned that bar like a boss!! The vibe inside was stellar with fans from both sides cheering to one of the MANY tvs. Got wings and the giant chili dog ...both were great. Only complaint would be beer needs to be colder. Colder beer would be less head and less waste too. JS we will definitely head over again.

Original Hot Dog

Have not been to the Pub in over a year and it's great that it remains constant. Good local crowd for Sunday afternoon lunch and lots of tv's to multi watch sports. The Original Hot Dog is the default, also get the fries. The fries appear to be cut on premise, they are thick, not greasy, filling. The staff is minimal however very friendly and attentive. Love the soda refills which is hard to come by these days. I need to try more menu items to complete the full five stars. Go. Great place to chill out downtown with friends.

Bloody Mary... too spicy IMO (and we asked for it to not be made spicy)

She handled us flawlessly and never missed a beat. The wings are so good and they said the fried picked were delicious. I had the watermelon strawberry lemonade (Double) and it was so refreshing and it definitely hit the mark. For food, I was so indecisive because i did not want anything too heavy. I wound up getting the sliders (2 brisket and 1 tri tip) and a side salad. They were so yummy to my tummy. The flavor was great and I added the honey BBQ (All BBQ sauces are on the table already). That set it off just right. They're prices are moderate. I mean it is BBQ. Also, my food came out hot. Unfortunately, I have to take a star off because one of my Soror's food had to be reheated and she was not very happy about that. However...I am to going to go back and try it again.

Huge space with both high tops and regular tables, so lots of seating…read more We got the 3 meat combo to share: brisket burnt ends, pork belly burnt ends, and pulled pork. The combo came with 2 sides and we chose mac and cheese and waffle fries with house rub. We started with the cauliflower bites, sticky flavor with comeback sauce. All the meats had good flavor. The pork had a slight sourness that was nice. Most of it was drier than I'd like though. Only the pork belly was actually flavorful, juicy, and tender. Mac and cheese and fries were both fine but won't be writing home about this. Cauliflower was pretty good, could be crunchier with more breading. The table had 4 different BBQ sauces. I really liked the tin roof non spicy. It was nice to have that many options. The staff were nice but maybe a little too attentive. They cleared our water cups before we were ready to go.

Still thinking about the first flavor bomb bite of the Johnny Cash burger…read more It's evident Broderick's is well loved by the volume of people always present there whenever I go past. My server Braden was very friendly and helped me narrow down my burger choice. Johnny Cash burger has a yummy brioche bun, juicy flavorful patty, bacon, and crispy onion rings. Garlic fries were crispy and coated with a tasty garlic sauce. There is ample indoor and outdoor seating which was perfect for the sunny weather. I'd come back and try the other items!

A little wait, a great burger, and an OG who always makes us feel welcome…read more Visited Broderick in Walnut Creek with the kid, and Tarah took care of us. She's been there for years and is always warm, attentive, and accommodating. That familiar hospitality makes coming back even better. I ordered the True Bleu Burger with applewood-smoked bacon, fried onion crisps, and garlic aioli on a regular bun, substituting white cheddar for the bleu cheese. Delicious! The kid had the Kentucky Bourbon Hot Chicken Sandwich, and everything came out hot and fresh. Tarah recommended the bacon tartar sauce for dipping our fries, and that was a delicious addition. There was a small wait, but the food was well worth it. Broderick delivered again--and Tarah remains part of what makes it a pleasure to return.

I have been here a couple of times by myself when my partner was having dinner with a girl friend…read more Quick taco and a few tequilas. All good. The time before last night was back in the day of parklets and they had some event so I put my name on the wait list but was able to order a drink and taco while I waited. I hung out next door at Peet's sitting on an outside chair. Very nice. A little bit away from the crowds and sound. So that brings us up to last night. My partner and I were walking back to our car after being somewhere. As we walked by it was dark inside and the music was pumping. There was door security but no line so we went in. The dude looked in my partners purse and I was able to walk in without a wanding or pat down. Whew!!!! Upon entering and making our way to the bar we noticed the Grandma's throwing it down in a dance circle with their grey hair wigs, old timey clothing, goofy socks and shoes and canes, can't forget the canes. We have seen them around town before and they are hilarious. I have no idea who these ladies are but they seem to be making a name for themselves in the DubC. Very impressed with people who still know how to have a good time. We hung out for a bit on the fringe where the chairs were before headed back to dance central where the Grandma's were tearing it up. Next thing you know this long blonde hair dude is in the middle dancing with the "old ladies", yes me. One of them lent me her cane. Fun times. And yes my partner took me back home and is still talking to me. And 4 stars because Grandma's. HELLA FUN TIME!!!!

The food was okayyyy. I wish we had some chips and salsa to start. I got birria tacos and they just seemed only okay. The server was fine. Refilled our waters. I thought it was weird that their was a bench/booth against the wall but it was super low. No way you can sit there with this tall tables. It looked weird. Nobody was sitting on the booths. Then in the middle of eating, I see the workers moving the tables out and creating a dance floor. I realized it turned into a club like setting, so that is what the booths were for. I felt rushed out though since they were clearly setting up for their club.
