Clean theatre and friendly staff working there. Comfy seats. I like these smaller theaters.

Comfortable seats, nice staff and great assortment of treats. Used our Pass360 app and got a nice discount as well.

Great place to take the family on the weekend. Generally clean and the staff is friendly. Wish the popcorn wasn't a million bucks though :)

I used to live in the Lehi area and go over to the Thanksgiving Point Megaplex frequently. Since I…read moremoved to Eagle Mountain, I don't find myself going over to that theatre as much anymore. I happened to have a sweet deal at a Megaplex location and decided to check out the newer Megaplex in Vineyard. If you don't visit Vineyard every other Tuesday, it seems like they pop up a new building every time you blink. I have loved seeing the area expand more and more. This location is conveniently located near all kinds of restaurants and dessert shops, which is great when it is a movie theatre. On my particular visit, I went to see JoyRide and I had a premium ticket so I got the most premium seat--how exciting! I also went at like 10:30pm because I don't like sitting in a theatre with a bunch of people, especially screaming kids. I redeemed my Megaplex rewards for a popcorn refill and a drink refill. It was a bit confusing on how to redeem these items since they were paid for in advance but I didn't want people to think I was stealing either. The popcorn itself was burnt to a crisp. When I poured it out, there was all kinds of black remnants in the tub. Since when did theatre popcorn turn into such a bad option? The staff was really nice though, the movie was great, and the theatre is big, clean and new. The other Megaplex location I used to go to was super outdated and not nearly as nice. I am a bit far from this location so it is not necessarily convenient but I would prefer it over other locations just because of how nice it is. One bummer is that the parking can be tricky, just because of all the surrounding businesses that also use parking. I will definitely keep this location in mind for my next movie!

Great movie experience always. Clean and well maintained. I appreciate the comfort of the luxury…read moreseating and the nicer screening options. The popcorn is always fresh and yummy too. $5 Tuesday is the best!

The seats are comfortable somewhat... affordable ticket prices for the family. Bathrooms placed in good locations and clean which is really nice. The negative the chairs are not recliners, the walk ways between the rows is very narrow where it makes it very awkward. Lots of butt or groin to the face. Going back to the seats! Seats are also a massive aspect of what makes the movie experience magical. In this case it was cramped and it made my legs very uncomfortable. I'm hoping they put money aside to get recliners like other cinemarks. Fix the row spacing so it's not awkward. But I still prefer this location over alot of other theaters. If you are in Provo, come on down!

Before the Pandemic there used to be seating along various places in the VERY long hallways. During the pandemic all benches/seating was removed and NEVER put back. Other theaters put theirs back especially where the rest rooms are so they can sit down and wait for someone to get out of the rest room, but not this one. My sons had to physically help me to the theater and back out the door. I wish there was more consideration for those who have major back or leg problems. It won't hurt to put the benches back!!!! Otherwise I will take my money and go somewhere else.

As a seasoned Sundance Film Festival alum, the Prospector Square theater is always my favorite…read morevenue at the festival. Why? The seats are old movie seats so they are comfortable, they are arranged in tiers so you have a clear view of the screen, the screen is an adequate size, the projection and sound is clear, the ticket holder and waitlist lines are indoors and out of the cold, and there's a snack bar in the lobby. Even better, there's a free shuttle bus stop directly outside the door and the terrific Grub Steak restaurant across the street. Clean, large restrooms too. What's not to love?

Wow! I'm really doing it! I'm Sundancing, gang. Full disclosure, I've been so happy recently I'm…read morebeginning to fear for my Yelp integrity (wink/wink). Everywhere I walk I've got FIVE STARS on the brain. Night two of "high culture" at the festival is in the books & I gotta say I feel about 10lbs smarter already. Prospector Square is far more intimate than Eccles Theatre so the lines aren't nearly as long & you don't have to stand in the cold. They also offer concessions while you wait and you can bring your goodies into the show! Eccles seats a little over 1300 people & is JAM PACKED for each showing. Prospector Square seats about 360 movie fans. My guess is if your film plays at Prospector Square during Sundance, it's like making the JV squad in high school. Coach Redford gives you a pat on the butt and says - "You're getting there little buddy. Now go home, practice dribbling with your left hand and come back when you're four inches taller." I didn't really know what to expect sitting down for this film. The Hollywood businessman who brought me to Sundance told me that "all of these films are kind of the same." I hate to say it but he was wrong! While this film was ALSO very slow, methodically paced & dramatic, the miserable situation was COMPLETELY different. This film dealt with a bastard fisherman who suffered from severe muscular dystrophy and lived with his poverty stricken mother who forbid him from spending time with his childhood love. AND it was in Spanish! Talk about ART! I think most of the foreign films play at this theater (JV). There's something about subtitles that just thrusts the misery of a situation right out into the audience. It's tricky watching subtitles, though. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to being paying attention to the faces the actors are making or the little text that's shooting across the screen. Sometimes I get confused & start making my own faces while reading the dialogue. No matter how I handle it I know I'm smarter for trying. They had a Q&A w cast and crew but I didn't stick around. I was exhausted from reading. Hola Amigo! You'll get 'em next year. So much culture. Prospector Square gets FIVE STARS!!
