One of the best dates I've had with my wife! Great staff, loads of fun and worth going!

The pictures you see on other posts are inaccurate and outdated. Our time there was borderline the worst customer experience I've ever had. None of the hand controllers were charged so we ended up sitting there for 45 minutes while the Only employee working tried to find functioning remotes. In the end, we left without playing a single game becuase of their faulty equipment. We couldn't get a refund. Total waste of time and money. The employee was kind and as helpful as he could be but was left completely dry and could only do so much. There was zero accountability from the owners. Whoever owns this place needs to seriously reconsider how they run things. Words can't adequately describe the atrocious details of tonight. read more

We have loved coming here! My husband has been really interested in trying out virtual reality games but the only other place we knew of in Provo was incredibly over priced. I found this place through the Pocket Points app and we have been in love ever since. It's reasonably priced and has great staff who are there to help you. My only advice is don't be afraid to ask how to do certain things in the games. All the employees know the games really well but you might just have to ask them for tips on reloading your gun and other helpful questions. Check them out, great location in the heart of downtown Provo on Center Street. If you're not sure, they have great deals for just testing out the games. We took two friends with us again last night and loved sharing the fun of VR with them! read more

Absolutely amazing !!! We brought 11 people adults and children and played for an hour !!! First time at this location and second time for some of us with VR. This setup is way better then Zero Latency... The team was awesome helping those of us that needed help getting adjusted and moving through the experience . By the end of our time ... none of us wanted to leave :) we could of gone another hour!! It went by so fast!!! And it was so awesome!!! Our kids ..twin 8 yr old boys and our 10 yr old daughter loved the experience !!! Great customer service and amazing price for the experience, I would have paid double :) Thank you guys for marking a memorable experience for our family !! Great variety of games and excellent service! When my game glitched, they had no problem giving me some extra time. They are understanding and patient with those discovering VR for the first time. This place is cheaper than anywhere else, but even if it weren't it would still be at the top of my list. read more

Love the experience! We are from out of town and found this place on Groupon, and I'm so glad we did! Purchasing the Groupon was easy, just needed to call afterwards to schedule to time. We arrived and felt welcomed by 2 patient employees who helped us all learn how to do this. I booked this for my son, but I think I enjoyed it as much as he did! Well worth the money, even if it is at full price! I will definitely do this again next time I come out. It's catered to teens and young adults, so the atmosphere is exactly what they would love, leather couches and a laid back environment. The temperature was cool and refreshing for such a warm day outside! I would recommend any local or tourist to come here for a fun time! read more

I was initially intimidated by my first virtual reality experience, but it immediately exceeded my expectations! The staff was diligent about guiding me to use the equipment and the games were seriously addicting! The quality of the technology paired with the comfortable facility made me want to bring more friends for date night next time. I heard they will be hosting tournaments, which seems entertaining and we'll probably check it out. Five stars for sure read more

I thoroughly enjoyed going to play some games with the equipment. At first it was hard to get used to the controls and took quite a bit of time but the next time I will be ready to go. We played a zombie game, robot game, dodgeball and paintball. The time goes by quick so use it wisely. Kind of pricy but they have a two for one deal on Tuesdays! read more
