None of the hand controllers were charged so we ended up sitting there for 45 minutes while the Only employee working tried to find functioning remotes. In the end, we left without playing a single game becuase of their faulty equipment. We couldn't get a refund. Total waste of time and money. The employee was kind and as helpful as he could be but was left completely dry and could only do so much. There was zero accountability from the owners. Whoever owns this place needs to seriously reconsider how they run things. Words can't adequately describe the atrocious details of tonight.

Getting out of the parking lot was terrible. The rent a cop they use to help with parking were either on their phone or standing around talking. It took almost 2 hrs to get out of handicap parking. The people that need handicap parking are not in good shape or are old and don't stay up that late. They should not be the last ones out of the parking lot and the big wigs get out first. We almost got in a wreck because someone was mad they had to wait and almost back into us. There were almost fighting trying to get out of the parking lot. STADIUM OF FIRE YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!! They had blocked off two thirds of the seating with curtains; those have now been raised as people continue to enter.

The ushers are friendly and efficient-they made sure to get people in and out timely so we could enjoy the show and then be on with our lives. My only complaint, as shared by others, is the parking situation. There's not much by way of street parking and what is available gets gobbled up quickly. As long as the nearby businesses don't mind sharing, you can park a block away and walk. No big deal when the weather is nice.

When it's closed, you can peer inside the windows to see the art, but during business hours, you can open the door and get a closer look.
