The only downsides is it is quite short for the money, but at the same time we both had headaches by the 3rd jump, so if it were longer that probably would've made the headaches worse. Someday VR will be better quality and hopefully we won't get those VR motion sickness feeling with headaches that we both get after intense VR experiences.

Our favorite part was Bob, the talking fish who can talk to you in real time using AI. Plan on at least an hour for this experience, but more if you want to do all of the quests and searches they have. I'm minusing a star because it was beyond irritating to make a reservation. You have to give them your physical address, phone number, email, and birthday, including day, month and year. You also had to sign a waiver. When you go to places like Lagoon you don't need to sign a waiver. This place is literally just walking around. They should do something where you agree to their terms when you buy the ticket and don't have to sign a waiver. Also, even though we bought our tickets in advance, we still had to wait in line with all of the people buying their tickets at the entrance, so buying ahead didn't save any time. We had to wait for 40 minutes to actually begin the experience. In a nutshell, if you've been to Disneyland, this place is like waiting in line at Disneyland.

Bummer, I would have loved to have stayed longer, but I was pretty dizzy. The black light clues are cool-although the "expert" level one was a little more challenging than most littles might be interested in. It takes a while to decode the messages and kids might lose interest before they get the message. There are a couple games for the younger kids that are much easier. At the end, there is a little arcade, but there wasn't anyone really staffing the merch desk or any staff members around anywhere, so we weren't sure what to do. So, we left. Maybe that was part of the game-you have to figure out where the people in charge are. Ha! Regardless of the challenges I personally faced, I still recommend this as a date night adventure or something to take the older kids to for a family fun night.

They were impressive and fun to watch. This would be a fantastic activity for a family with teenage kids. Younger kids (under 12 probably) would just be confused and bored. Oh! It would be so nice if they offered a kid version improv! My kids would love that. They have a contract with BYU so you can guarantee the shows are always clean. That's reassuring. We plan to be back and with friends/family!

None of the hand controllers were charged so we ended up sitting there for 45 minutes while the Only employee working tried to find functioning remotes. In the end, we left without playing a single game becuase of their faulty equipment. We couldn't get a refund. Total waste of time and money. The employee was kind and as helpful as he could be but was left completely dry and could only do so much. There was zero accountability from the owners. Whoever owns this place needs to seriously reconsider how they run things. Words can't adequately describe the atrocious details of tonight.

Unfortunately, id probably say it's currently one of my least favorite activities at thanksgiving point. Probably due to the age of my kids. They are 2 and 4 , and don't quite enjoy themselves as much here like they do at the Jurassic jungle or the museum of natural curiosity.
