None of the hand controllers were charged so we ended up sitting there for 45 minutes while the Only employee working tried to find functioning remotes. In the end, we left without playing a single game becuase of their faulty equipment. We couldn't get a refund. Total waste of time and money. The employee was kind and as helpful as he could be but was left completely dry and could only do so much. There was zero accountability from the owners. Whoever owns this place needs to seriously reconsider how they run things. Words can't adequately describe the atrocious details of tonight.

My only suggestion is that they replace half of their bowling balls because their chips cracked missing pieces and some of the finger holes are sharp and the air dryer wall return wasn't working.
