Cup holder with left over food in it

Here for the new Hunger Games movie and our seats are sticky and stained, and the cup holders have dried up sticky soda all over them, and food in them. The lack of cleanliness makes it difficult to get comfy to see the new movie!!!

Pros: - Comfy leather chairs - ample parking - lots of food near by - great after church movie spot! The last movie I watched before quarantine got was The Invisible Man. The theater was packed and excited to see this suspense thriller. I lived the sound of people gasping or yelling at the screen. I miss the community that is brought together when watching a movie in the theater. What I like about this theater in particular is how close it is to great shopping- Home Goods, TJ Max's, Marshall's, Michaels, and Bed Bath and Beyond! It is also right off the freeway so it's easy to get to and easy to get home. The staff is nice and the theater is very clean. They do have a great deal if you have their membership which I have considered many times- maybe after all this is over, I will get it!

Best place to see a movie in the AF/Lehi/PG area. What really sets this Cinemark apart is that every theater has recliner seating with comfortable, wide, & customizable reclining positions and all at regular price. Great sound & digital picture quality. I've seen tons of movies here and never experienced technical difficulties. Good viewing angles from all seats. For concessions, I like that they have both regular popcorn (butter can be added) and kettle corn. I actually like a mix of both. They have a reusable cup for drink refills which is a good deal and all large popcorns include a free refill. Staff is usually pretty good for this pay rate. If there was anything I wish they could improve at this theater, it would be to carry more of the less popular releases. I would rather come here for all my movies but have to travel to other places because if it isn't a major blockbuster, it won't play here. I'd love to see Fathom Events, indie's, & more eclectic releases you typically have to go to Jordan Commons or Cinemark 16 in Provo to see.

So far everything was great! The area was clean and the seats were recliners and the employees were very nice and professional. However, the cushion that was on the recliner felt a little uncomfortable on my neck (awkward position for my neck and head). Other than that, everything was great. Could also do a bit better with food items, wasn't too impressed by the options. I'm giving it five stars because the main niche for the business is movies (big plus - not too many people), food is something I get before the movie in my opinion. If you are wanting to get good food options at a theater, I'd try Megaplex. Saw MIB International and although the movie had great surround sound, it wasn't that good, I don't recommend watching it...was a bit predictable and honestly wasn't that funny or entertaining. There's more I could say, but that's for a YouTube video rant haha!

The seats at Cinemark are the best! So soft and comfortable. I love taking my kids my this theater because they are always way more better behaved sitting in chairs that recline. Price for adults is $11 and kids is is $7, which is pretty fair in comparison with what movies cost these days. They usually have fun collectable cups and popcorn buckets. Bathrooms were clean and the floors weren't sticky.

Movies are great. The lines for popcorn are always slow and the last 3 or 4 times the lobby had burned popcorn- never a good sent.

However, the owner is so unprofessional and difficult to work with, it was almost laughable. To start, when she first gave us the tour, she was in loungewear (which to be absolutely clear, does not bother me or my husband in the slightest, but if we were anyone else... It woulda seemed unprofessional). After our tour we made the decision to book the venue, but could not get ahold of any of the numbers we were given, or the email. When we finally did get ahold of them, she was all like "what number did you have?" ... Uhhh.. this one that you are calling me back on finally. Getting ahold of her continued to be a struggle throughout the whole process. It took me over a week to schedule our final sit down. Then at the final sit down after we were already locked into everything, that's when she decided to let us know that we would be nickel and dimed for everything. Everything cost extra. It cost us extra to throw our trash away at the venue instead of hauling it out. No joke. Another thing that cost us extra was the buffet linens. We decided to spring for it (around 50 bucks), and told her we wanted ivory linens to match the rest of the tables, at which point she stopped replying to my emails. I let my event planner know, because he needed to plan the dishes and flowers around that (use of their dishes also cost extra, so we decided to do that ourselves). He gave her a call and shot her an email, but no answer. My mother gave her a call and shot her an email but no answer. Finally the owner replied to me and said "the room is already set up so we can't change anything. But you're gonna love it". Ummm... What? So what color does that make the buffet table?? I asked her. Keep in mind that this was still over 7 days before my wedding, and when I had first asked her originally it was even earlier, so saying it was too late to change a tablecloth??? Wack. Again she stopped replying, though she took the time to email me regarding other stuff so that it was clear she was ignoring me. My event planner tried to contact her again. No answer. My mother tried to contact her again with no answer. At this point, my event planner was fuming and so was I. My husband finally got involved (because he is the nicest out of all of us, and I was trying not to create problems) and he called her of his phone. She answered right away, perhaps because she didn't recognize the number, and he asked her for some clarification on What ended up happening with the linens. She told him that the linens were black and ivory linens would cost us extra EVEN THOUGH WE ALREADY PAID EXTRA JUST TO HAVE THE BUFFET TABLE HAVE LINENS ON IT! My husband handed the phone to my mom at this point. She was way nicer than I would have been. She asked the owner if we could get a refund on the linens then since she got them wrong. That way we could go pay someone else for linens, because typically when you rent them, people don't charge you extra for ivory. She said no refund. We ended up having to go to Joann's and getting fabric to try to cover up the non-matching linens. Fast forward a couple days to my wedding. She is there in a stained ratty shirt and ratty jeans. Walks right behind me while I am walking down the isle so she is in all my pictures. I found out later that my event planner had nagged her a few times about getting the microphone set up before the ceremony, but clearly she didn't do that, because when I walked up to the isle to my groom he was crying, I was crying, my family was crying... And the mic wasn't on. So this woman walked up in this special moment in her ratty clothes and fixed it right there in front of all my guests. My day was magical. But it was definitely in spite of her, not because of her.

UPDATE: I came back again since I had to be in town and decided to stay in the Paris Suite (was in Rome prior) This room is just as beautiful as the last and I love the privacy. There is so much detail! I'm shocked at prior reviews because there are signs telling you what to do and how to check in if no one is there. WE ARE OWED AN APOLOGY FOX HOLLOW…read more My boyfriend golfed fox hollow on March 2nd. Let me start by saying he is a very experienced golfer, he golfs 18 holes numerous times a week at many courses throughout the Salt Lake and Utah Valley. He is more than accustomed to golf etiquette and is very patient with courses when things are just moving slow on the course. His 1:00 tee time was delayed by 10-15 minutes. By the 4th hole, a gentleman from two groups behind them drove his cart over to them and told them to speed up their play. My boyfriend and his playing partners politely explained they've been waiting at every tee box and understood the course was just playing slower. He drove off and said have a nice day. This man was not the course Marshall, just someone from a random group. At the 11th hole, the same man began taunting my boyfriend's group telling them to speed up. This continued from hole 11 thru 18. Even though it was obvious that my boyfriends group could not speed up their pace of play as they were waiting on the group in front of them, and if they would have allowed this taunting gentleman to play through, it would not have accomplished anything as the gentleman would have then been waiting on the same party my boyfriends group was. Normally we would chalk this up as poor sportsmanship and golf etiquette of random people on the golf course. However.... This gentleman proceeded to drive up to my boyfriend and yell homophobic slurs. At which time it was uncovered this gentleman is an employee of Fox Hollow Golf Course by the name of Mike. Who was sporting a Mohawk, skinny denim jeans and a zip up hoodie. Not only is it incredibly upsetting that an EMPLOYEE would be ruining a paying customers experience by taunting and belittling a customer, but his homophobic slurs while representing a course he is employed by are disgraceful. As an employee of the course on or off the clock, if you are playing on the course you should be showing the utmost professionalism. Including dressing in true golf appropriate attire and not in street clothes. We will not give our money to Fox Hollow ever again, and strongly encourage any one that is LGBTQ+ or is an ally to rethink giving your money to these people. We will be following up with a better business bureau review as I truly think the amount of taunting my boyfriend went through was a sign of discrimination as Mike believed my boyfriend as Gay based off the slur he yelled. Do better Fox Hollow.
