The front of the strip mall where the B&B is located

WAY over priced. I wanted to take my wife to a nice B&B for our anniversary and the photos of this place looked good. I'm just lucky my wife is a good sport. I paid $187.76 for a one night stay (Cancun suite) and was very dissapointed. First, it's literally on the back side of a strip mall. Your room may actually share a wall with the storage area of the massage parlor at the strip mall. For $187, I expected a luxury experience. Instead, the room felt cheap and tacky. There were fake dead vines hung around the room, but not artfully. Like, there was a single strand hung over the fire alarm, and a few over the tub. It looked like someone hadn't cleaned up their tomato plants in their garden after the fall. The ceiling is dusty drop tile like you might have above your cubicle, and if you spend time in bed, you'll get to look up at it. The bed was clean and comfy, but the frame squeeked like crazy if you happened to move around very much. The tub was nice, but the hot water handle came off every time we adjusted the temperature and the fan vent above the tub was all dusty. The tap water was a milky white color, there's no windows (but maybe that's a good thing, since it's in a strip mall...). Breakfast was also very disapointing. We stayed from a Sunday to Monday. Since we were unimpressed we took off at 9AM on Monday. Crepes are supposed to start at 9:30 (and they probably did), but there's supposed to be continental breakfast available at all times. There was an empty/dirty milk pitcher, about 3 inches of orange juice left over from the previous day, a couple of babybel cheeses, a few pieces of fruit in a basket, yogurt... Frankly, the whole experience left a lot to be desired. It was not the romatic luxury experience we had hoped for. The experience was comparable to a Super 8. Clean, but unimpressive.

Cute room, very uncomfortable bed. On their website they show this amazing breakfast, the real thing is two hard boiled eggs two yogurts and a piece of ham cut into four pieces. I've had better breakfasts at cheapo motels.

We were looking for a great bed and breakfast in American fork. We found 5th east and they are great. The rooms have different themes and they are brand new. We stayed in the Cancun suite and loved it. Would definitely recommend. The owners are very friendly and willing to help in any way. Thx for a great stay.

Waffles (these were so easy to make, and really yummy)... Loved having breakfast in our room because we slept in ;)

They are both very organized and professional. I was never worried about anything falling through the cracks. I was also able to bounce ideas off of them and they always gave their honest opinion. They're also so kind and were genuinely fun to work with. Our wedding went perfectly because of them. We had a few bumps with the venue along the planning process, but Kristin & Kylee always solved any problem we came across. One thing I loved about working with Soiree was being able to meet with them at the venue in person on a few different occasions. This made me feel that much more confident in their execution as we could physically walk around the venue and talk about floor plans, decor, etc. On the day of the wedding, I couldn't have asked for a better team. We had to worry about literally nothing as the 2 of them took care of everything. They were also there at the very end of the night to help load and deliver the extra items that we weren't expecting to have to take home, which was so very much appreciated! I felt extremely confident throughout the entire process and am not exaggerating when I say they executed everything flawlessly and just how we had envisioned. Would highly recommend Soiree for any event planning needs!

The reason for the review is that friends of mine received a communication from Castle Park informing them that they are still obligated to pay for the space in May 2020 even though we are in a worldwide pandemic. There is still no change in their stance 3 weeks later. I have included the letter to my friends. Read it and feel the outrage. Where is the good faith and humanity for this business? There were no other options offered. The date is cemented for them and payment for no services is expected. The circumstances are completely out of the clients' control. This is bad business. We self catered so I cannot speak to their all inclusive package, but they were very clear with their various packages and individual add-on options. As we moved through the process from original booking to event, we had to make a few changes along the way. I found the venue to be responsive. Eric always got back to me within 24-48 hours with clear answers to my questions. On the day of the event everything was ready for us and went smoothly. The change over from ceremony to reception went well. When we had needs or questions, we followed their prescribed policy with our day of event coordinator (provided by us) and Castle Park immediately met our needs and answered our questions. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I don't usually review but since the folks you have running your facebook page are blocking attendees from commenting and deleting the copious amount of negative feedback you are rightfully getting, I've been left no choice. Ticket holders for future events are expressing their concern for their upcoming event due to the reviews. You all are responding with "We had a GREAT event last night!" and then rushing to delete and block those who are telling the accurate portrayal of what went down. Positive reviews are coming from those who got there are at 5:00. The movie started at 7:30. You shouldn't have to arrive 2 1/2 hours early to not regret your purchase. You can't just make it like it didn't happen. Not when it was this bad. Let's start the list: You oversold tickets by what seemed like double. Even if attendees arrived an hour early, the car line to enter the event took an hour and a half. There were 3 food trucks, one of which, was out of food before the movie even started. The trucks with food, had an hour wait time for a corn dog. 5 fire pits for a massive field filled with people. What fun kids games and activities were you speaking of? You turned away paying customers who were still in line. You lied and told people commenting on facebook about the delay and asking if you'd hold the movie. You played it anyway. I've seen Hocus Pocus, it wasn't about the movie but the experience you promised. I understand issues but the responses from whomever is managing your facebook page are snide and unacceptable. Blocking disgruntled customers and deleting their comments to save yourself is truly sad. I hope you learn from this event and whoever is responding on facebook is condescending and not at all apologetic. I will be sure to avoid any event you are affiliated with in the future.

I also know they are doing this selectively. I have unused tickets that were never scanned. You should be able to tell that and issue a refund. Bad business and amounts to nothing more than theft. Would NOT even recommend this business for planning a tea party for stuffed animals.
