Came here for a reception, and let me tell you. From the inside, to the outside, this place is beautiful! They also have a staffed kids room where you can leave your kids to play, a game room that's open for guests, an huge waterfall and pretty garden, and plenty of space for all the guests you could want. From what I understand, they are a full service location. They handle everything from DJ, food, cake, and more. If I had to get married , again, (let's hope that doesn't happen), you can bet I'd plan to have the reception here. The only thing that was a little bit of a downer, is the fact that Walmart had a big giant sign overlooking the waterfall, and it kinda takes away from the ambiance. I realize this may be out of the venues control, but I'd hope that they would be able to plant some larger trees near the sign to try and cover it up read more

Note: I'm reviewing this as a wedding guest, not as someone who worked to plan a wedding here. Millennial Falls is a beautiful indoor and outdoor wedding reception center. With the falls (which can be turned off to reduce noise for the wedding ceremony) and surrounding forest, you'd never know you were close to Draper neighborhoods and businesses. Though the wedding I attended was on a hot summer evening, the venue has plenty of outdoor shade from trees and a covered bridge. I enjoyed the indoor part of the venue just as much as the outdoor part; nice floors and high ceilings make classy dance party or dining hall. Though I'm unfamiliar with package pricing, the venue has the option to open a children's play area in the basement so that kids are entertained during the wedding and reception. read more

We hosted our daughter's wedding at Millennial Falls. Everything went perfectly! The staff was excellent through the planning, listened to us and made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it to be. On the day of the wedding, when we showed up it was as such a relief to have everything ready to go, and our hostess was right their to greet us and make sure everything we needed was taken care of. The space for the bride to get ready was clean and well appointed with a few necessities. The night was perfect, food was great, hostess kept us on track for time, we even through some curve balls at her and changed some things on the fly and she was able to roll with it make everything work smoothly. As the mother of the bride I was just able to have fun and enjoy our guests and my daughter. I didn't have to worry about a thing, made for an incredible day with our family and friends. I cannot say enough good things about Millennial Falls. They made the wedding of my dreams a reality. They offer an all inclusive package, and everything they do is done beautifully. Weddings are supposed to be the best day of your life and also one of the most stressed-over events. In my case, only one was true....BEST DAY EVER! I had been to a wedding at Millennial Falls a few years ago and it was beautiful. So when it was my turn to seek out a venue, I made sure to put this one on the list. We visited several venues but eventually landed on this one. The planning was seamless-we had a few consultations that helped us make our decisions. We chose to upgrade a few things including the invitations and bringing our own cake from our own bakery. We were delighted that we had a one-stop shop for everything, which made the planning very easy. On the day of the wedding, we had great support and attention from our coordinator. The ceremony was held outdoors with the reception inside. Our guests were very comfortable and we got lots of compliments. There were only a couple complaints, which made me choose to rate this as four stars instead of five. The wedding was held in June, and the air conditioning did not adequately cool the dance floor area. We did a lot of dancing and everyone was hot. We had invited 100 guests and were told that there would be food for that many. We ran out of food midway through the reception, and it was not replenished. Over the course of the night, we had people coming and going, but not more than 100 in total. So we were disappointed that some of our guests were not able to enjoy the buffet. I look back on my wedding day with fond memories and look forward to attending other weddings or events there in the future. If you're looking for a low-maintenance, yet beautiful event, I'd strongly recommend considering Millennial Falls. read more

We were very happy with the Millennial Falls Venue. We were coming from out of state and needed a venue that could handle it all. Everything was perfect and they reminded us of things we hadn't thought of. The staff was wonderful and the falls are stunning. We found just the right decor they had on hand which made the place look spectacular inside. They sliced and served up our cake and I never saw a dirty dish. Their staff quickly removed any dirty plates. The send off was great and we grabbed our personal items went home and left the clean up to them. If I ever have a wedding reception in the future in Utah it will be there. read more

10/5 stars! Millennial Falls exceeded my expectations. Their communication was phenomenal. My husband and I went with their Niagara package and I highly recommend everyone else do the same! It was all-inclusive and there were many options for us to choose to personalize it to make it special to us. The flowers were fresh and beautiful, the food was raved about for days, and they did all the setting up and clean up. All we had to do was get a dress and tux, hire a photographer, and a DJ! Our wedding was exactly what I wanted it to be and then some. I cannot thank Sydney for always answering the phone to help me when I called and for Julie for coordinating a day that we will always fondly look back on for years to come. Julie worked with military precision to make sure that everything was perfect. I made a few "day of" changes and nothing phased her. I planned a wedding in less than 100 days and couldn't have done it without her! Thank you all so very much. read more

I got to be part of a bridal party at this venue a few weeks ago, and I honestly don't think I've been to a more beautiful wedding! This place is pretty flawless. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The ceremony took place outside right in front of a waterfall and I cannot wait to see the pictures. There's also a veranda, bridge, and beautiful gardens in the back. The inside was lovely and modern and the dressing room was a nice size for the 10 of us. I just wish some of the outlets worked since we had issues finding one where my steamer would stay plugged in. I also felt like the air conditioning was turned off in the dance floor area because it got so stuffy and hot before anyone had even started dancing. read more

Guests were not being served refreshments. Some guests after sitting down and not being served gave up and left after while. I saw all this happening and walked into the kitchen area where the two servers were sitting there on their phones. When I attempted to get talk to the owner and correct the service issue, she dismissed me and literally walked away from me. read more

I recently attended/participated in a wedding here and I just have to say that no wedding I have ever been to has ever went off perfectly without a hitch... except for now. First of all, the Management here is phenomenal. The coordinator for this event was about to take off for maternity leave right after this wedding, and was a champ with making sure everything went smoothly. The bride's agenda was met, everything at the wedding was moved along naturally but on schedule, and all of the tables were cleared without anyone noticing. Second of all, they really do plan everything here. Being that we live in Utah, people have a tendency to have many children. With this facility having a waterfall, a stream, a bridge, and other dangerous things, they've thought of a children's play room that is included with your package. Win-win for the kids and the adults who would like to enjoy the wedding. Third of all, the facility is absolutely gorgeous. The waterfall, remote operated? Really, that's pretty awesome. Waterfalls are gorgeous, yet many people don't understand how loud they can be. They turn the waterfall's stream on low when the bride walks down the aisle, so nothing is taken away from her grand entrance. The gazebo and the building are covered in white christmas lights, perfect for ambience in the evening. The bridal suite, the groom's room, and the entire design of the building were well thought out and made for the perfect reception and ceremony site. I can't say I'll have my wedding here (being that its a ways down the road), but it definitely is one of the better options I've seen in Utah. read more

Millennial Falls does absolutely everything for your wedding, except for your clothing and the photography, and does it well. My now-husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our wedding day, and were very pleased by the special care and attention to detail that staff at Millennial Falls gave to our big day. The planning process was as streamlined as possible, and everyone we worked with (specifically Jodi, Misty, and Spencer) was kind, welcoming, and hospitable. They did everything they could to ensure that we had a happy and stress-free wedding day, and I was very grateful that our families didn't have to stress about running the reception or cleaning up extensively after it. We only had one small problem, and that was that they told me they could do two large bridal bouquets (instead of one large and one throw bouquet), as I didn't want the throw bouquet, and wanted a large one for our bridal photos, which we took previous to the wedding day. We ended up with the two large bridal bouquets, plus the throw bouquet, and we were billed for all three, so that wasn't my favorite. However, I can overlook the small hitch because they made our wedding day amazing. I only have good things to say about Millennial Falls, and would highly recommend them to anyone! Everyone keeps calling and writing me, my husband, and our families, to tell us that our reception was the best and most beautiful they have ever been to, & that they had tons of fun. Attended my friend's wedding today. The setting is pretty nice. And the waterfall is a nice feature. However, the outside sound system was ineffectual when it tried to compete with the waterfall. Music sounded poor on it. And any announcements given over the sound system were drowned out by the waterfall if I was anywhere near it. And then there was the food. Jumbo shrimp, fruit, croissant sandwiches, spinach salad. All but the fruit were not worth eating - the offerings weren't nasty, they just weren't good. And the cake was dry. As I understand it, clients of MFRC must use its catering services. If the food were better, this would be fine. But if the food is mediocre, then it's not a place I would ever consider using for an event. Also, the bussing of the tables was slow - perhaps because there were only (I think) 2 people who were clearing tables and refilling food in the serving area. Placement of the tables in the outside covered patio was too cramped - there wasn't room often times to get between the tables when people were seated at them. read more

I had my wedding here 3 weeks ago. Food was great, everything was ready on time and absolutely beautiful. Here is why I'm giving 2 stars... My first complaint is for our ceremony rehearsal, we felt very rushed. With all the nerves going around, being rushed was the last thing we needed. Next thing, I arrived to the venue at 4pm, when they told us we could be there. While everything was ready, my bouquet was not fresh. It still ended up working out but some roses were browning and the leaves were super soggy. The most frustrating part for me was the kid's room. I have a 3 year old and my biggest concern was him and his safety. When I came across Millennial Falls and their kids room, I made up my mind in a second. Well, unfortunately it didn't work out. The two teenagers working in the kids room were not paying a single attention to the children. My husband went down to check on our son and he was crying in a corner, and the boys were on their phones. We brought it to our coordinator's attention, and thought it was fixed. Then, without anyone checking him out, my son was running around upstairs. I personally (during my reception) went down to confront the teenagers.. guess what? They were on their phones again. I told them someone checked out my son who was not authorized and they had no idea he even got out. I got very upset and told my coordinator and she went down to "fix it". Next thing I knew the kids room was not accepting children anymore? Which was not part of what I paid for. I understand they aren't licensed childcare providers, but when they are being paid to keep an eye out and play with the children; and they are on their phones and letting children escape or be taken by strangers, there is a major problem. My coordinator also disappeared a lot. Either wandering or locked herself in her office. A lot of the time I was running around trying to find her or doing stuff myself. Last thing, our package included thank you cards to send out to our guests after the wedding, and we have not been notified at all where they are or when we'll get them. Overall, my experience was very, very frustrating. I did not feel like they cared very much for our wedding running smoothly. read more

We had our wedding and reception at Millennial Falls this past October. While the venue is absolutely beautiful our experience with staff and management was not as we expected. Firstly, every appointment we were kept waiting 30-40 minutes. Assuming this was a mishap after the first appointment we moved forward with our planning, sadly this was repeated at all follow up appointments as well. While waiting at one of the appointments a staff member made an inappropriate inquiry. We emailed management and received no response, upon emailing them again with issues that arose during the reception we were finally told that they felt badly but weren't sure what else to say. Not very professional. Our other issues... Flowers used for centerpieces were not flowers we had picked, our personalized napkins were not put out for our guests, (these were later mailed to us) our buffet was taken down before we had a chance to eat, wedding cake boxed up before guests could get a slice, it was as if we were being rushed out. We were credited the cost of the napkins, but all the other items were dismissed. We look back on the wedding fondly, it was a beautiful day and flowers and napkins really don't matter, however you should get what your paying for, and the owners should acknowledge emails and address concerns as they arise. read more

Perfect setting for a wedding outdoors. Interior is dated but still pretty. My biggest complaint is the food service was horrible. Never enough food or plates had lines of people waiting to eat all evening. We were charged for up to 400 guests and clearly they were not prepared for such a large group. The people that work there are all very nice and helpful. The problem there was not enough of them. We had a great night everyone had fun just disappointed in the food service. I would still recommend for a wedding if you are going to do it outside. read more

i didn't have a good feeling about this place when i first walked in, it seemed unhappy, dark and out dated. after walking through and seeing some of the rooms that aren't "seen" like the office, i would not book here. the people i talked to were rude and degrading in how they talked to us and some of the workers there. i didn't want to take the chance. read more

We had the absolute perfect wedding and it is all thanks to Millennial Falls. We really could not have had a better experience. I was living in Hawaii at the time and was planning my wedding to be in Utah and doing everything over the phone and email. When I saw that they did package deals I thought this would be perfect for me and my situation. I was kind of thinking this place was too good to be true, but the staff delivered everything as they had said that they would. They were very accommodating to me and my one visit out to Utah before getting married. I know that they even opened early one day to accommodate what worked best for me and my schedule. They were very easy to work with and was very responsive to both emails and phone calls and truly went up and beyond all of my expectations. The day of the wedding, everything was set up perfect for us when we arrived and things continued to go perfectly the whole night. I had other friends who hadn't gone with this place and they had so many regrets and problems with working with several companies to get everything planned. It was so nice, telling Millennial Falls what I envisioned and they made it to be everything I had hoped to be and more. I would strongly recommend Millennial falls for any occasion. They really were so easy to work with and knowledgeable on every aspect. read more
