Let's start with what went well. Then nice option was we could order ahead and have our tickets covered already online. Having a membership to the movie club made it so we didn't have to pay any online fees. When we got to the concession counter, we asked questions about what was available and then stood there. No one came to help us. All of the staff had their backs turned to everyone standing at the concessions counter, and they were talking with one another. I had to walk to the end of the counter ask them for assistance to get one of them to turn around to help the five people that were waiting for concession help. There were no heated food options available only popcorn. They clearly were not ready for the evening movie crowd, and our movie was sold out. Upon arriving in the theater, we found it clean, but after sitting down for a few moments, we realized it was quite hot in the theater. I went out and told the woman taking tickets. She had a radio and she said thank you for telling me we will take care of it. We proceeded to sweat for the next two hours during our movie. I'm not sure what was wrong in that theater, but it was one of the hottest movies I have ever sat through. We did alert the staff to the issue multiple times and nothing was changed. When walking out of the theater, we found the building to be fully air-conditioned but something was wrong in that particular theater. I have been coming to this theater more recently. I really do enjoy it since they have made some changes. The seats are a lot more comfortable now and I appreciate all of the movie options that they have as far as times go. The only downside is that the popcorn has increased in price. Their popcorn is still my favorite compared to other movie theaters in the area. I typically always prefer to come to this theater. I do not like the American Fork Cinemark so it's nice to have this one only around a 15 minute drive away! read more

We came here last night to see the new Jurassic World movie. I remember back in the dark ages (aka 10+ years ago), when you had to show up hours early just to get decent seats--and even then, you were basically in a gladiator match for armrests. Not anymore. This place (and most places like it now that reserved seating is a thing) makes it easy. Book your seats online, show up right before showtime, kick back, and relax. The theater itself is fine--clean and comfortable--but I'm frustrated by the misleading policy on drink and Slurpee refills. They advertise free or discounted refills for large sizes, but conveniently shut the machines down before you even have a chance to use them. If refills aren't actually available, that should be made clear upfront, especially given how expensive concessions are. It feels dishonest and disappointing. I absolutely love going to the movie theater, especially Cinemark! I went to see the popular movie Barbie and don't worry I will not spoil anything;). But the service at the food concessions are quick and easy and the check out process is very fast. they have great customer service and very family friendly. when you enter the movie room you are greeted with luxurious brown leather recliners that are truly built for comfort. the only negative thing I have to say is that the movie room is not the cleanest it looks like your mum got home and you forgot she asked you to clean so you try to clean as much as you can in very little time. If I'm going to be spending 2 hours watching a movie in place that's not my home it's important that I know that I'm in a clean and sanitary environment. For so many years after MegaPlex was created, they owned the market for upscale theaters. The is really no longer the case. This Cinemark has really been excellent. They've always had nice people there, the chairs are great, the sound and screen, and projection equipment first rate. I've got nothing negative to say. read more

Go to this movie theatre alot and it is not usually to crowded. Whether it be seeing a movie late at night early morning or in the day. Accidentally left something in the theatre once and they were able to hold on to it for me the next day when I called them. I like how they allow me to get physical tickets even when I book on the app as I like the stubs only had one issue once where they didn't allow me to. The only down side of the theatre is some auditoriums have flies that may distract from the screening and that shrink flation changed there pizza. Good afternoon everyone! I would like to say that this place treated me and my family horribly. We went to go TRY to watch Scream and all of us were 17 or above. they didn't let us go in to watch the movie. Not only did they not let us watch the movie but, we paid more than $100 on snacks. We could've gone to the gas station to buy the same exact snacks and i bet you it would've been $50. They were being racist and didn't let us in. We are mexican by the way. The couple behind us were white and they let them in and didn't even ask for their ID. The staff were incredibly rude. they through my cash at my face. It was the old white lady by the way. This is my favorite movie theater in the Provo/Orem area. It has the most comfortable seats--every single one is one of those luxury seats that lean back and are so squishy and nice. There's $5 Tuesday you can count on (although those seats will fill up very quickly so if you arrive at the theater right before a showing there may not be available seats). But hey, it's in an amazing area! So if you need to buy seats for a little later, you'll have a great little mini strip mall to walk around and plenty of restaurants, dessert shops, and more to visit while you wait. You can buy your tickets online, but it will include a couple dollar extra fee that you don't get in person. read more

Who doesn't want some buttery, salty, always fresh popcorn and a nice refreshing drink to wash it down?! I like to eat my popcorn with the nacho cheese, seriously do yourself a favor and try it next time. Restrooms are always clean and tidy and lobby floor is usually clean too. Whenever I want to see a movie, this is usually the first place I check! The main reason is because all of the seats are luxury loungers! Some other theaters have options with both that and regular seating, but after watching a movie in a lounger it's too hard to go back! They are really comfy, roomy, and I love the ability to adjust how much you recline. The best time to go here is on Tuesday when the movies are $5! Most theaters in the area also do this deal, and because of this I rarely ever go to a movie not on a Tuesday. Just be sure to reserve your seats online beforehand (it does charge a little more) because Tuesdays sell out fast. I do hate that it charges extra to do that and that would be one of my complaints. I really don't know how the concessions are because I've never purchased them. For the most part it's a pretty standard theater, but it's worth coming here over somewhere else because of the seats. read more

Do not go here, THIEFS work here. I lost a pair of Beats earbuds at this location, and find my iPhone showed that they were here. I went back several times and showed the employees that my earbuds were still there and still pinging. They said that they checked both the theater and the lost and found but they could not find anything. I went back several times in the week and every time that I asked about my earbuds and showed them find my iPhone, it was the same. They would not let me search the theater and they claimed that nothing had shown up even though the earbuds were sending a signal that they were in the building. After about a week, the earbuds gave off their final ping in the parking lot of the theater, meaning that someone took them out of the building and reset them in the parking lot. I am never going back to this location because they take your things and lie to you when you ask them about it. I am never going to recommend this location to any of my friends. Comfy Seats. Lousy Popcorn All of the seats are comfortable recliner chairs. The popcorn is ALWAYS COLD! Every time. Perhaps they cook up too much in advance? Seats = 5 star but Popcorn = 0 Stars I took a photo of a family in front of us who just left their cold nasty popcorn behind and they even had a free refill. I've given the concessions a chance six different times. I even ask them if they have warm fresh popcorn. They reply yes and hand me a cold bag with zero warmth. I'm done with their concessions. I think this might be my favorite movie theatre in town. The popcorn is always great, all the seats recline and they sell blankets for $10 in the lobby!! Movie theatres have needed this feature for a LONG time. The staff is always good and usually don't make you feel rushed, even when there's a line. They recently added a second checkout counter so there isn't as bad of a bottleneck as there used to be. I also appreciate that the concessions are not RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of the lobby, it's off to the side so you can walk right past it if you want to. Having said that, this might be the worst theatre in town for chatty moviegoers. I have had more experiences at this theatre with people talking and being bad movie-goers than ALL the other theatres combined. I don't know what it is about this place that attracts them but it's very annoying. read more

While eating our kettle corn, we found a 2" piece of wood in the kettle corn! The piece of wood was covered in the same candy coating as the kettle corn. After the movie, I went and showed it to the manager. I asked for a refund and she would not give it to me! She asked for my receipt and I let her know they didn't give me one, but that I did use my rewards account and could show her my credit card charge. She still refused to give me a refund. As I walked out I watched to see if they would at least go confirm that there was no additional debris in the kettle corn, but they did not do so! I told this manager that I simply wanted a refund, but if they weren't going to give me one this would become a much bigger issue. Again she refused to refund my cost of the Kettle corn! Bathrooms are never clean. Staff is nice. No cup refills when restaurants, theaters, etc are offering them. So you would think they would give you a break on price if they're not offering free refills. Nope. Conveniently out of small and medium popcorn bags today so that if you want a medium popcorn you have to buy a Top Gun Maverick tin for $10. Not offering that cheaper either since they are out medium popcorn bags. What a racket. Just a disorganized messy place in general. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I haven't been to a movie theater in years. And before that I usually went to AMC as it was cleaner and not as busy. Also, they have heated seats. We went to see Top Gun yesterday. The movie was fantastic! The facilities were appalling! So dirty! One soda machine was completely out of ice, yet they keep refilling the one that already had ice. At first I thought it was do to staffing issues, like everywhere else. But after waiting too long to be helped at the counter, I observed they had plenty of staff on hand. No one was doing much. Seemed like none of them knew what to do. They were too focused on their socializing to help customers. Then the previews! My LORD! The woke pride push was disgusting. Enough already! We just want to see a movie in a nice facility with good customer service. And we are paying a hefty price for it! I will not be back. My wife and I went for a late night movie, spent almost $8 on popcorn and they've changed to not do free refills. So it was quite expensive. To top it off, half our bucket tasted rancid. With the upgrade to the Luxury Loungers I can only watch movies on the big screen at Cinemark now. I was not coerced to give this review. I love those seats! Their food options are decent. If only they had Pizza Hut personal pizzas I would be set. The temperature in the theaters is generally good. Floors are clean and staff is friendly. I don't like it when your security guy is looming at the ticket stand or one time HE was actually the one ripping tickets for some reason. I have a popcorn ranking list of all the theaters in Provo/Orem area. Maybe one day I'll regale you with the tales of best tasting popcorn. But until then, I can tell you with a straight face, this is the best popcorn in Provo and Orem. Full stop. No jokes here. 100% serious. Popcorn is a serious issue. The theater itself is wonderful now that it has leather recliners. It's comfortable, got plenty of theaters inside so theres a good mix of movies playing, the "self serve" area of concessions is great, if not a little messy at times. I'm easy to please with theaters. Give me a dark room, a good chair, a friendly smile, and a big A bucket of popcorn and I'll be happy. read more

Good pursuit movie at the Cinemark in Orem Ut. The movie got stop at 50 minutes. The movie had been stopping about 4 times. Now management came and they are working to reset the box. This is an inconvenience. The movie is good story and action but the old equipment does not help. read more

NO REFILLS on a $6 drink = go somewhere else. We have come to quite a few movies here this year but we will probably not go back. I would not recommend it! It's generally dirty, there are often treats and popcorn under your seat when you get there. They don't appreciate their customers much at all. They basically offer you no value. NO refills on anything even when you buy the largest. They wouldn't even fill my cup with water. their loyalty program is a joke. It's no wonder Megaplex is sucking all the business away. I would recommend finding a different venue to see your movies at! Also there is a center line on most of their screens. Not sure whether it's their projectors being out of date or the screens but there is a noticeable 5 foot section that is of different brightness that distracts from the movie. read more
