The favorites from the poolside menu as well as the restaurant menu disappear one by one and it seems the chefs or management don't listen to members many complaints. Waffle fries, popcorn, ribeye, pesto burrata, house dressing, halibut au gratin, fresh brewed iced tea, and these are just the things off the top of my head. Members love and miss them. We miss the bistro, too. Not to mention the menu is changing every time we come back to the restaurant. As soon as we find something we like, we come back to get it and it's gone, then the cycle repeats. The service is very, very slow in the restaurants as well. I hate writing a bad review for a place I've loved for so many years of my life, but it's only in hopes that the management will start to LISTEN to their members and get their input before making changes.

The first time you visit, you'll meet with an intake specialist to go over how things work. You'll need photo ID for each adult in the household along with proof of residency (utility bill, etc.) If you have children under 17 years old, bring documentation for them as well (school records, etc.) Upon arrival, clients are given a number and asked to take a seat in the waiting room. They are called up in order, staggering between each one to avoid overcrowding in the shopping area. Volunteers are available to help guide customers to find products they need and answer any questions they have.
