Once you're up top, there's a distillery and a restaurant. We headed to the restaurant side for brunch, and while it's a smaller buffet, the food was absolutely incredible -- every single thing was top-notch. The shrimp might've been the biggest I've ever seen at a buffet! They also had brisket, eggs Benedict, fresh fruit, and a whole spread of desserts -- and that's just the stuff I couldn't stop raving about. Best part? We never felt rushed for a second. The staff were super patient and genuinely let us relax and catch up, which was exactly what our group of friends came for. It's a bit pricier than your average spot, but for the experience and the food, I'd do it again in a heartbeat -- this is a special-occasion kind of place. He explained everything in a way that kept it interesting and never felt like a boring history lesson. They also shared how Brigham Young enjoyed whiskey, shut down other distilleries while allowing his own to continue operating, and that it was later described as being for "medicinal purposes." Learn something new everyday! Oh,'I was also there for "medicinal purposes" It was also really cool to learn how they distill and blend their whiskey and hear the story behind the brand. ( no spoilers here) I even found out I've been drinking whiskey all wrong!! The price was not bad, especially since the tasting is included. Some of the other distilleries in the area charge extra for that, so I thought it was well worth it. They also have a restaurant that serves brunch, we went on a Sunday. We didn't eat there this time, but we'll definitely be stopping in the next time we're in Park City. Overall, this was just a really fun experience. The places was beautiful! It doesn't take up your whole day, but it's enough to feel like you got out and did something. If you're in Park City with friends, or you're able to sneak away from the kids for a couple of hours, I'd definitely recommend adding this to your trip.

First they didn't know what cut of steak it was. "It's Wagyu" they said, as if all that mattered was where it came from. And just to make sure I wasn't an idiot, I looked up to make sure that Wagyu, like other beef, had various cuts. And the meal was rather salty. And the steak was far closer to rare than medium.
