Mozzarella Burger
Bekah C.

If you're a fan of creatively flavored burgers, Stack was made for you. They have a long list of fun flavor combinations -- some of which I've never seen before. Truthfully, my expectations were very low. So I was ecstatic when the food tasted as good as it did. I loved my Bahn Mi burger and my brother couldn't get enough of the Mozzarella Burger. We also tried the queso and the Brussel sprouts and both were adequate. The burgers are the true heroes! The reason for the missing stars is because the service was very very poor and our table was not clean. We went in around 3 PM on a Saturday with minimal diners inside and we waited to be seated and served like it was a busy Friday night. The restaurant is very small but it also seems to be understaffed. We almost left twice -- once when we were waiting to be seated (we were told 5 minutes and waited nearly 20 with no additional communication) and then again when we were seated at our table and weren't serviced for 10+ additional minutes and we saw how dirty it was. (Writing this, I am shocked we stayed.) Despite the mediocre service, I will go back to try another burger. Which is saying something!

Pb&J on the very right. Best burger to get here. Banh mi on the left was ok and fatted sow in the middle was my least favorite.

Stack 571 was ok. The ambiance was decent. We sat down outside and it took a bit of time for someone to take our order. The menu had a good variety of things and was easy to navigate...I ended up ordering the slider sampler. It came with three huge sliders, a side, and a drink for $20 so it was a really good deal. I got the banh mi, sow, and pb&j. Honestly, the pb&j burger is the only one worth it to get. Their truffle Parmesan fries were good but nothing too special. My husband got the poutine burger, which was very bland. Overall, the burgers were on the dry, lukewarm side and the only good burger was the PB&J one. We also got the queso fundido, but it was strange... the texture was like hummus or beans, and it was very disappointing. I felt the food was overpriced for the quality. Their happy hour is every day from 3-6pm and the price was decent for the offerings on it. Lots to improve before we consider coming again.

This was the BEST street corn I've ever had. It was so delicious - a little bit of a challenge eating it at first but once you figure it out. It's so so good! The burgers were filling and had so much flavor too. There's a lot of options on the menu for alch too.

Nashville Wings. Very good!!!

Had heard good things about Stack. Coming highly recommended and with my son's basketball tournament close by we stopped in for lunch. It's a nice spot in a growing area, trendy strip mall. Fun whiskey bar vibe, but good for the whole family. My first impression was that it was a bit spendy for burgers, $18 to $20. But once you dig into it you understand why. First it comes with fries or beer battered onion rings and the quality is very apparent. I'd call it a good value. We started with the Nashville Chicken Wings, our server said they were a little on the hot side as they come with jalapeño slaw. Might have been just this batch but there was very little heat. But the flavor was amazing, and they come out crispy, just the way I like them. My son said they are the best wings he's ever had, and he really likes wings. 5/5 I tried the Burger Dip, Dutch crunch roll, caramelized onions, bit of a garlic and cheese. Our server and a friend recommended and it was very good. Comes with herb au jus to dip. I'm not a big dip sandwich guy, but this was great. Big enough for two, cooked to requested temperature perfectly. 5/5 My son ordered the kids hamburger, they let him add bacon ($3) for no charge, came with fries, drink, and a small sundae. He thought they really loaded the kids meal with value. 5/5 Sever was great with good suggestions and very responsive. Great experience! Many other things on the menu that I'd like to try. So we'll be back.

First time here. The PB& J was unequivocally the best. The jalapeño was remarkable with the pickled onions, cilantro and lettuce. That was my favorite

Such delicious burgers!! They waitress was very friendly and food was brought fast. We love burgers and we have tried a lot all around the valley, honestly these were excellent! The patty was juicy, mushrooms were cooked great, parmesan fries were crispy and... just delicious. We sat on the patio and it had a lovely date. Very recommended!

I really liked this place. Service was great, great spacing between tables to have a private conversation, nothing to really complain about. I got the PB&J burger. It was pretty good. I should have came hungrier. I could not finish it. I ate mid afternoon and should have waited a few more hours. I got the waffle fries which were tasty. One thing I like about this store is they everything they can source local from meat, to beer, to cheese. It's all locally sourced. I didn't fact check this but they list it near the hostess desk. I don't know that I would be a frequent customer but I didn't find anything bad about my experience. Worth a try!

Food quality: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Cleanliness: 3/5 Value: 4/5 First time trying Stack 571 and it was a ok experience. Our wait was about 20 minutes during a Saturday night, which wasn't too bad. The AC didn't seem to be working when we walked in the door and it was just as hot inside as it was outside, so we opted to site outside. Unfortunately there were a ton of flies around each table outside - not sure if this normal, but maybe some fly traps would be nice to have so that guests don't have to constantly swat at the flies coming for their food. The service was pretty slow and our server kept forgetting parts of our order, I'm sure they were just overwhelmed since there were more tables than servers. The tables that didn't have people sitting in them did not get cleaned the entire time we were there. When the food finally arrived, it was pretty good and flavors were on point. Everything was still hot and fresh - I was surprised. Might have been an off day, but willing to try again when it's less busy.

Still terrific service months after first opening. We really enjoyed the Buffalo Calamari and Queso on our last visit. Restaurant was packed, but we were able to snag some chairs at the bar. Delicious cocktails and a ridiculous amount of draft beers to choose from.

If you're a burger and whiskey person, this is up you're alley! The environment in the restaurant is clean and bright. I love the look of their bar and the garage look. I tried the truffle burger. I would describe all their burgers as heavy, flavorful, and just the ultimate burger. I can hardly finish the full burger. All the burgers come with a fry option: regular, waffle, or Parmesan (Parmesan with an up charge). I don't think you can go wrong with any burger choice. The crispy brussel sprouts appetizer was really good! My favorite part was the carmelized onion and kimchi puree. It brought a uniqueness to the appetizer. I also really enjoyed the fried green tomatoes appetizer however the batter kind of took over the green tomatoe. The part that made it a nice take to the dish was fresh cherry tomatoes were added to help balance the fried heavy part of it. I just wish the batter was lighter. My choice of cocktail was Godfather. I thought it was going to come out as some type cocktail mix, but it came out as Old Fashion's sister. Regardless I like whiskey and it was still good and strong! Though it's a whiskey joint, they do have other alcoholic choices outside of whiskey. They have an extensive list of options including beer.

PB&J Burger lettuce wrap

My fave thing about this place are the tempura oyster mushrooms - AMAZING! They aren't over-battered and are fried perfectly. The truffle taste makes them even better. It does not come with sauce, so I typically ask them for a side of each sauce they got. The Slider Sample Combo is such a great deal. I got the 571, poutine, and banh mi. They aren't that mini for a slider so it definitely fills you up! Also, it comes with fries/salad AND a full size shake! Nice value for all that food. I got the full size PB & J burger, lettuce wrapped. I greatly appreciate them accommodating my lettuce wrap request. The burgers were nice and juicy! I got a side of caesar salad with my PB & J burger. They did NOT tell me the salad was extra, so that was a bummer. It was $5 extra. I would've appreciated a heads up. Service was fine. I love the location of this place! This shopping center is my favorite in Utah. Great outdoor seating and indoor seating options. Nice and clean ambiance but can get windy out there

Came on a Sunday afternoon. Not too busy. They had the Chiefs vs Bears Sunday football game on which was cool. Current whiskey count: 156 Ordered the fried green tomatoes appetizer which was good. I got the burger of the month - cabbage slaw, onion rings, bacon, pickles, BBQ sauce, lettuce and I'm probably missing something. Pretty good burger. Really big too! Medium-well was right on. Nice atmosphere. Clean and spacious. I like how they have paper towel dispensers on the table. They also have outdoor seating under a balcony. It's expensive and more than I wanted to pay for a burger. $18 for the burger alone.

Was NOT expecting the experience I got -- what a hidden gem! When you arrive, you park at the…read morebottom of a roadway and hop on a shuttle that takes you up. There were three shuttles running the Sunday we went, and our group of six had made reservations beforehand (highly recommend doing that!). The ride up is worth the trip alone -- super scenic, and our shuttle driver was fantastic. He shared a ton of info about how everything works and how long they've been in business, which kicked the whole experience off on the right foot. Once you're up top, there's a distillery and a restaurant. We headed to the restaurant side for brunch, and while it's a smaller buffet, the food was absolutely incredible -- every single thing was top-notch. The shrimp might've been the biggest I've ever seen at a buffet! They also had brisket, eggs Benedict, fresh fruit, and a whole spread of desserts -- and that's just the stuff I couldn't stop raving about. Best part? We never felt rushed for a second. The staff were super patient and genuinely let us relax and catch up, which was exactly what our group of friends came for. It's a bit pricier than your average spot, but for the experience and the food, I'd do it again in a heartbeat -- this is a special-occasion kind of place. Next time, I'm determined to do a distillery tour! Our group was big and they were fully booked for the rest of the day, so we missed out this round -- but that just gives me a reason to come back.

What was really cool is I left with a whole new appreciation for gin! The tour was great. I wish I could remember our guide's name because he was awesome. He explained everything in a way that kept it interesting and never felt like a boring history lesson. Learning about Utah's alcohol history all the way through the 2002 Olympics was something I wasn't expecting. They also shared how Brigham Young enjoyed whiskey, shut down other distilleries while allowing his own to continue operating, and that it was later described as being for "medicinal purposes." Learn something new everyday! Oh,'I was also there for "medicinal purposes" It was also really cool to learn how they distill and blend their whiskey and hear the story behind the brand. ( no spoilers here) I even found out I've been drinking whiskey all wrong!! The price was not bad, especially since the tasting is included. Some of the other distilleries in the area charge extra for that, so I thought it was well worth it. They also have a restaurant that serves brunch, we went on a Sunday. We didn't eat there this time, but we'll definitely be stopping in the next time we're in Park City. Overall, this was just a really fun experience. The places was beautiful! It doesn't take up your whole day, but it's enough to feel like you got out and did something. If you're in Park City with friends, or you're able to sneak away from the kids for a couple of hours, I'd definitely recommend adding this to your trip.

You can tell they know what they're doing when it comes to combining flavors and making each bite an experience for your mouth. Getting there is easy. There is a big neon sign so you know where the entrance is. I love the saxophone as the L on the repeal sign. Such a cute touch. You walk inside and head downstairs and are greeted by the cutest check in/waiting area. The decor here was stunning and creative. They had things on the gallery wall like a purse and a typewriter. Really cool touches to make the space stand out. Heading into the dining room, I was a little disappointed as the lighting. The waiting area was a little darker and set the mood a little more, so the overhead lights in the dining room felt a little too strong. Something I did really like was how the dining room was spaced. It was really busy, but it didn't feel crowded. It also had exposed brick and gorgeous wall paper. We enjoyed our table but it did have a wobble. For drinks, we started with the south seas, a whiskey sour, a glass of wine, and for me a nice crisp can of Diet Coke. I was going to order a drink but the server let me know the one I wanted had a licorice flavor that I know I wouldn't like. I appreciated him letting me know. The south seas was yummy and strong. The whiskey sour was amazing and tasted like lemonade. Super refreshing and I feel like I might start ordering these. For food, I started with the sweet frisée. The burrata was out of this world. I loved the crunch of the pine nuts. Someone at the table started with the baked hummus. The pita that comes with it is from their 12 year old sourdough starter and was so soft and delicious. It came out super fresh. The hummus is topped with black ant caviar (like real ants!). I was hesitant but it was honestly incredible. The hummus had a great smoky flavor and the flavor of the dish grew in your mouth. It was a journey. For entrees, I did the pork sliders. The rest of the table got the fresh pasta, the bison steak, and the chicken leg confit. The pasta changes and I don't remember what it was other than that it had mushrooms but omg the sauce was delicious!! Pasta was cooked perfectly. The bison steak was cooked perfectly. The huckleberry reduction was sooo yummy. The mashed potatoes were absolutely top tier. I do wish they gave a bigger portion of them since the steak was larger and could've used a little more potato. They don't have a cab on their wine menu but the recommended, cab-like glass of red wine paired well with the steak. The chicken leg confit was cooked perfectly (fell off the bone) and came with a delicious sauce. The pork belly that came on the pork sliders literally melted in my mouth. The coleslaw it came with was super crunchy and the jalapeño gave it a good kick. I would recommend any of these dishes. To finish the night, we got the goat cheese budino and the chocolate tartlet. They have a yuzu coconut panna cotta listed on their website that we were disappointed to see wasn't actually on the menu. It looked amazing so this really bummed us out. Both desserts were good. The basil chantilly that came on the chocolate tartlet was the star of the desserts. We also got an x marks the spot cocktail. It's a play on an espresso martini with rum instead of vodka and it had coconut in it too. It was honestly really delicious. The whole night was totally fabulous. That had a solo jazz player to start the night and then the band came on at 8:30. I recommend going a little later to see the band for sure. The guy on the trombone was awesome. Overall, I would recommend this place for someone who loves cocktails or someone who wants to hear live jazz. I'd also recommend it to any foodie. The menu definitely has some sophistication to it that the average eater might feel intimidated by, but they really are pairing the flavors so well. It was expensive but well worth it for what they're doing. The music and cool vibes are just an added bonus!

I completely forget the name of mine, but they served it on a plate with a little incense stick burning next to it, which was a pretty cool presentation. We also tried the olive and date appetizer, which came with three skewers of olives stuffed with almonds and a date at the end, all wrapped in bacon. It was pretty tasty, although at around $15 I'd probably think twice about ordering it again lol. Prices are definitely a little on the higher side, but you're also paying for the atmosphere and live music. We had a really good time just hanging out here and enjoying the evening.
