I booked a ride last minute from Orem to St. George. They picked me up within 5 minutes of scheduled pick up time and I arrived 25 minutes early in St. George. Their Mercedes Sprinter Vans are very comfortable. They are tall enough to stand up in. The wifi worked for me but some others had problems connecting. This was my first ride with them and I'm sure I'll use their service again. read more

If you like chatty drivers, this is your shuttle. I don't like chatty drivers. I took the 1am shuttle from Vegas and the driver chatted so much that he missed the Mesquite stop and had to turn around. I returned on the 6am shuttle and that driver barely took a breath chatting and his ex-wife, grandmother, first kiss and anything else he could think of, It's 6am. Shut up. Rider beware! I rode St. George Shuttle recently from Zion to St. George, yet the van was a standard ten passenger van (Ford type with a relatively low roof line) which had seen better days, definitely not the Mercedes Sprinter van advertised on the St. George Shuttle website. The advertised wifi and free bottled water were not offered. Otherwise, the van showed up early for the scheduled time, and the one hour ride was uneventful. I travel the country and ride in multiple hotel, transportation service company vans every week. The high roof line vans such as the Ford Transit and Mercedes Sprinter van are nice and spacious compared to the van St. George Shuttle provided on my trip. Nowhere on the St. George Shuttle website, including "Policies" or "Terms & Conditions" pages, is the lower tier, a.k.a. crappy van disclosed. Get it together, STG Shuttle!! I understand if an older style van may substitute on occasion (don't know if this was the case for my experience), but be forthright in your advertising and disclosure. All disappointment is the result of unmet expectations, and STG Shuttle failed to meet the expectation THEY created for this particular trip. Revise your website, STG Shuttle! Definitely the best of the two options for shuttle service from St George to Vegas. Very comfortable seats on the Executive shuttle. Water and snacks provided. WiFi worked off an on, but the other shuttle services' wifi never worked. Drivers are always nice and efficient. read more

Trying to get a refund (versus just a travel credit) since our trip through Road Scholar was cancelled. Customer service folks are nice, but they can't do refunds. I was very disappointed with this service. Two friends and I used the shuttle service two days in a row in Zion... on the third day my friend hurt her ankle and was unable to hike anymore. We called to cancel in the morning and request a refund. We were told even despite the circumstances, we would not be given a refund... what's more is that I received a phone call from the company later that day asking why we hadn't made our return shuttle home. This shows me that the company is not communicating internally; our call to cancel was never recorded properly, and we will not be getting our money back for that day. I find it extraordinary that a shuttle service can have such strict cancellation policy when the conditions of Zion national park are so volatile (weather, injuries, COVID-19 to name a few). They are clearly just taking advantage of people. My other friends used Zion Adventure Company shuttle - they seemed MUCH more convenient and organized. I would definitely go with Zion Adventure Company next time instead. read more

We will never rent a car again from Las Vegas to Mesquite. After traveling 6 hours from Maryland to Las Vegas, the last thing my husband and I wanted to do was drive an additional 1-1/2 to 2 hours to Mesquite to visit my sister. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. We were stranded in cedar city trying to get to st. George to rent a car, and we called this company. They told us that a shuttle was coming in 1.5 hours, but it was too soon to pick up to make a reservation. We were told to stand at the pick-up space and just pay the driver when he got there. Fifteen minutes after the scheduled pick-up, I called the company to find out how much longer until the shuttle arrived. They told me that the shuttle didn't stop in st. George because there were no reservations. The same company also has taxis and refused to give us any discount on the taxi because we never had reservations. You must be kidding me! After speaking to a manager, he said he talked to the CFO of the company and least amount they could do it for was $100. The shuttle price was $38 for two people and the original quote of the taxi was $138. So I let that manager know that we already got a quote from another company at $100 just calling from Google. Only then did they offer $75. We took the other taxi because we had to book something, while I was on hold for the final $75 quote. I would rather spend more money with a different company than give this company a dollar of my money. All they did was screw me out of 2 hours of my day, on a day where I just needed a little help and customer service. read more

St. George Shuttle and Taxi really helped me out of a bind. I was stranded at Zion National Park, and needed to get to Las Vegas. Initially, I had reserved a rental car and scheduled a taxi to the rental car location. The taxi arrived promptly, my driver, Aaron, was so great! He convinced me to cancel my rental car reservation that was $188, for their shuttle to Las Vegas, which was $39! The shuttle was great too! I arrived just in time for the 10:00 shuttle. I basically took a 2.5 hour nap and arrived in Vegas, right on time. I can't thank them enough for their service, help, and honesty. Thanks SO MUCH! Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip from Massachusetts to Utah due to the Pandemic, I had no choice. I cancelled my ticket with St. George Shuttle with 30 days notice and they refused to return my money. I will not likely be traveling there again, so I cannot use a credit. Despite expressing this, the company refused to return the value of my ticket. In times like this, that is quite unfortunate. read more

We've used St. George Shuttle and St. George Taxi several times to get us to and from the Vegas airport from St. George. Always on time, vans are OK, and taxi service door-to-door so easy (Cowboy was great!). A little stuffy when vans are full, but we tend to sleep most of the way anyway. Haven't tried the other shuttle services as we've been pleased with St. George Shuttle. read more

One of the worse "not pet friendly " service ! That is all I can say. Good thing we still have other option. Let me break down the followings. Called days ahead of time and asked if they would take pet and am told yes with dimensions, nothing was mentioned about the soft or hard crate . Called again later to reconfirm and they said a hard crate is required . Went and return the soft one and picked up the hard one. Two days before , called again to confirm if they would have enough space to fit my dog underneath the seat as I saw the photo online, it looks small. I was told okay to put the dog on the seat since they only have 12 passengers . Today I called and spoke to the manager as well as other employees and I was told they were fully booked and have to use trailers so they won't allow pet ! At least they are still not inhuman ! There is not guaranteed that they will take your pet even if one purchased the ticket and told them he or she will have a pet! They make their decision based on the last minutes. Animals are left over ! Don't use them if your plan to bring your animals. read more

BEWARE!!! My husband's flight was supposed to arrive at 10:30 pm and he was scheduled to take the 11:30 pm shuttle. His flight was delayed and wouldn't land until 11:23 pm. They would not wait, which is understandable, but they WOULD NOT REFUND HIS MONEY, NOT EVEN A CREDIT FOR A LATER TIME. The 11:30 pm shuttle is the last one until 6 am the next morning. "We'll waive the $5 change fee and rebook him on the 6 am shuttle" Oh how generous of you guys! So he's supposed to sleep at the airport in an uncomfortable chair? I use the shuttle frequently and never had any problems. They are generally early or on time to las vegas. Some of the vans are a little older, but clean and acceptable. For the price, its much easier to jump on the shuttle and let someone else do the driving rather than driving to Vegas and paying for parking. The return trips are when it really makes sense after getting off a flight and really tired, the last thing I want to do is drive another hour and a half to st. george. Also, I've only one time not been able to book a tip even at the last minute. read more

Yes they have comfortable seats and the van is nice but if you need to get to the airport on time do not pick this company. I waited over 30 minutes for the van to leave because they were waiting for someone who was running late. This resulted in my missing of my flight. I rode the shuttle back and forth from St. George many times over two years . I found that I could travel down and back for less than the cost of gas. Plus, I enjoyed having the wireless signal and the USB charge port making for a very comfortable trip where I was allowed to enjoy the scenery or do whatever I wanted without the risk of causing an accident. I highly recommend this group as they always step up to the plate in doing the right thing with their clients. read more

I absolutely loved the shuttle. Both my drivers were personable and helpful. My first solo trip to a place I had never been. Las Vegas to St. George. The scenery was spectacular. Nice to be a passenger and be able to snap photos along the way. It would be nice to earn points much like Southwest points. read more

We sat in 100 degree plus Vegas heat waiting for driver who was 25 minutes late. (Said he needed to get gas - "you wouldn't want me to run out of gas would you?") Then crammed way too many people into a van with 6 inches of leg room between seats. I literally could not move for several hours on the ride to St George. The worst service I've had in a long time. Driver couldn't find our names on the roster and said we weren't scheduled on the ride. The driver let a girl on who told him she had paid for a different shuttle but wanted to take the one we were on instead of waiting so he let her on. My husband asked him to check the roster again and he found us! So we boarded and there were no good seats left. The girl that wasn't suppose to be riding took up 2 seats, one for her luggage. When i asked her to remove her luggage so I could sit there she refused! My daughter and I got crammed into the front seat with a very overweight person so I had to hang off the seat for for 3 hours! The van was cold and the driver refused to turn down the air, he told me I could control it from my seat. I had to stand to try to adjust the air but couldn't turn it off. My daughter froze most of the way home until a nice lady behind us gave her a coat to put over her legs. Then a drunk got on at Mesquite and continued to gamble on his phone and was loud and obnoxious. The driver tail gated, drove to fast, switched lanes constantly. It was a frightening ride. I've used these guys several times getting to and from McCarran (LAS). Fast, safe, cheap. Very nice staff, clean comfortable vans. Best way to get to souther Utah from Vegas. The go all the way to SLC but I've never needed it; and south to Anaheim, CA. Only $39 (one way). Book ahead of time online. read more

I rode the executive shuttle. The seats were extremely comfortable and the service efficient. However, it was extremely hot inside the shuttle. Multiple passengers asked for the air to be turned on, and the response was that it was already on high. This made for a nauseating trip, as it was SO hot in that shuttle. read more

The shuttle was nearly 2 hours late because the driver switched shifts and didn't know he was supposed to be working. Dispatch didn't bother to look for accurate information when we called, they just gave us a fake ETA of 20 minutes (it was already 20 minutes late at that point). The only reason we ever got a ride was that an off duty driver pulled in to gas up and I assumed he was our driver. He looked up the schedule and called the on duty guy directly. That man was named Darrel and he was the only helpful part of this. I'll never use this service again read more

Their biggest problem is their reservation system , you will NEVER have your call answered right away no matter what time of the day or night you are calling at , you will listen to SPAM ADVERTISEMENT for 20 minutes or more before someone picks up the phone. If your time is valuable better check with their competition (they pick up the phone promptly , they don't charge you extra to sit by the driver and their cancellation policies are a lot more reasonable) St. George Shuttle love to penalizing you for every little thing though they allow themselves to be late for example if they feel they can pick extra passengers at the airport... Their new vans are not as comfortable as the old ones as the seats do not recline. I had been a loyal customer for the last three years but no longer will I use them . read more

I booked shuttle trip for my wife from Vegas to St. George. She was treated very well and the ride was extremely comfortable. She felt her driver, Hans, did a great job and the service was excellent. The rudest customer service imaginable. My 17 year old Nephew was not allowed to ride because of waver, although he has previously ridden several times without it from St G to Las Vegas . They talked to me and his mother on the phone but still wouldn't let him on. He was stuck. The customer service argued with us and cut us off mid sentence. Even in phone calls trying to get a refund for ticket there was no hospitality or professionalism just very rude behavior. We still have not received his refund for ticket or any apology. We had a great experience using St. George shuttle for a program we were running in Mesquite, Nevada. We booked them for 16 airport transfers between LAS and Mesquite, 7 off-site day drips to Zion national park, and about 5-6 days of continuous shuttling between our hotel and athletic fields. All in all they supported over movement of over 1000 athletes in a 2 week period. All the drivers were on time, professional and a pleasure to work with. The customer service and scheduling was easy and we look forward to working with them again. read more

My trip with St. George shuttle was a nightmare today. I rode in their executive shuttle. They had no air conditioning for at least 30 minutes in Las Vegas. It was clearly over 100° in that van and I was sitting in the backseat that had no air vent even. Sweat was falling from my face and my back was soaked and it was too much for me to handle being in the high temperature for that long. The bus driver knew that we would lose his air because his air conditioner was not functioning correctly. I made a complaint to the home office here in St. George and they offered nothing, not even a discount or refund for the horrible high temperatures in that van. I'm just wondering how long they have had this problem and I'm appalled that they would put their clients through this. read more

I booked the early morning shuttle to McCarran airport in Las Vegas. The driver was very courteous. He waited an extra minute for a couple who arrived late, but got us there on time. The van was comfortable and clean, with a USB outlet so I could charge my phone. Other members of my family have used their service and recommended them to me. The price is reasonable. This guy is the most insane driver on the road. Literally every single time I've seen him he's trying to cause accidents. He parks over 3 spaces in front of gas stations instead of parking out in bus parking like regular people, because he feels special. One day, he blocked traffic on Geneva Road attempting to board a passenger in the right hand turn lane. Who does this? That's not safe! UTA, Greyhound, etc. would never board a passenger in a left hand turn lane while backing up everyone else. Immediately following that, I was entering the freeway and his lane merged into mine. What do you guess the guy does? Speeds up into an area where there is no merge room instead of merging behind me where there was. HE RAN ME OFF THE ROAD! Then, of course, he crosses the solid white line in a fury. Yesterday, this guy gets behind me while I'm exiting a gas station. He's turning right and going about 4 mph. The guy is literally 300 yards behind me. When he sees me pull in front of him he gasses it hard and starts flashing his lights, then tries to pass me on the right way before the turn lane comes. He nearly hit a college student exiting out the apartments. The guy is insane. read more

I had a nightmare experience with this company. Awful, uncaring customer service. Their shuttles are poorly maintained. The shuttle I was on July 27 broke down on the 1-15 at 3:30 in the afternoon, outside temperature was over 100 degrees, the a/c stopped working and smoke began filling the cabin. We all had to stand outside in the blazing hot sun. The shuttle was only 38 miles from Vegas but instead of sending a shuttle from there to pick us up, they sent a shuttle from St George that would take 1.5 hours. 4 of us had flights that were leaving within 2 hours, one a must make connection in SF to catch an international flight, so we hitchhiked and got a ride with a nice family to the airport. St George shuttle never called to apologize-I had to call them twice and left a message for the manager Sean. He never returned my call. I talked to him on my second call. He never apologized nor did he offer me a refund. I had to ask for a refund for my inconvenience and they only refunded half the fare. Do not use this shuttle service. read more

First and last time I will ever use the St George Shuttle. I booked them last minute for my daughter who was coming home for Christmas from college. She had already been trying to get to St George for 2 days due to flight cancellations. Had to end up flying into Vegas. Her flight landed a bit late and obviously had to wait for luggage. She called the office 3 times to please ask them not to leave her. They said they could only wait 10 min past their leave time. She called again to say she was at baggage claim waiting for her bags and had 5 min till they said they "had" to leave. The lady said she would call the driver again and call her back. Not only did they NEVER call her back, they left her behind. She is a teenager for crying out loud and they just left and never even bothered to call her to tell her. I have used Salt Lake Express in the past. Fabulous! Not only did they wait on us when our flight was a few minutes late, a college kid was running even later and they went and picked him up at the other terminal. THAT is coustomer service, something St George Shuttle clearly needs to learn. There is a priviate company called OWL that has private cars that will pick up from Vegas to St Geoerge as well. Found them on Yelp after another customer had slammed St George Shuttle. Wish I had found them before so I could have booked my daughter with them. Only reason I hadn't booked with Salt Lake Express after my WONDERFUL experience was because they didn't have a Shuttle leaving till 10pm and my daughter was suppose to land at 7:10pm Oh and Bobbi who works the phone for St George Shuttle was not nice to my daughter or me. All she kept talking about was their policy. Well here's a thought, how about doing the right thing especially for a kid who had been trying to get home for Christmas! read more
