Paperwork took less than 15 minutes. Matt was pleasant and efficient. Matt walked us to the Honda to get our luggage, and coincidentally, it was next to the Camry! Could not have been easier. According to the representative assisting us. He claimed, "you got what you ordered, look at the fine print" ok, I saw it later, but still, very rude. I told him my concerns about the Nissan he gave us, bumpy ride, recent back surgery, he said I'd be fine. He was wrong. I felt everything! A full day of recovery upon arrival, and another when I got home. Next, this SUV was filthy!! Windshield, had such a haze on the inside, feet prints, sticky fingerprints all over the back. Who knows the last time it'd been vacuumed. WE had to take it to be washed, in and out before our trip. And to think, all this for $756.00 Beyond disappointed with facility. NEVER AGAIN

Luckily I paid the tow truck driver out of my own pocket and he let us ride with him into provo Utah where he dropped us off at about 6 o'clock in the morning and I had to wait after talking to another agent on the emergency so called roadside service until 9 o'clock at 9 o'clock I made numerous phone calls to multiple Enterprise rental offices not one which was willing to help or said they would call me back and never did in fact some of them were downright rude telling me that it wasn't their problem but I didn't read the car from their office so they had no concern for it. I counted on my phone almost 30 phone calls that I made through the course of the day to enterprise trying to get another vehicle so we could continue on with our vacation. I suppose if you're going to rent a car for the day any of them are just as good as the other but this company wanted to leave me stranded out in the middle of nowhere and I did not get any help until 7 o'clock at night where I finally got a hold of a gentleman at the emergency roadside service who was appalled at my situation. In less than 45 minutes this good person got me an Uber car and got me into another vehicle it took a day and a half of my vacation time and nobody except for this one gentleman at enterprise seem to give a damn. It was an extremely frustrating situation and I would never ever recommend or rent from this company again if there was a possibility to give negative stars to this company I would..
