Lots of hikes, a small lake, mountain biking all nearby. If you want to spend more time relaxing and recreating it's a great option. Verizon service sketchy but park wifi good enough for checking weather, emails and texting. Staff exceptional and customer focused, super helpful and friendly. Diane moved mountains to extend our stay when we had a pet emergency that required surgery. It was in an extreme heat event and the air conditioner ran nonstop 4 days. Park power never wavered. Doug the grounds keeper is always working to keep things looking sharp. Only downside is most spots require leveling due to hillside location. Oh and it is windy but gravel and pavement keeps dust down. We'll keep coming back!

The establishment was clean and easy to navigate. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They have codes for the bathrooms, which I liked because it kept things more private that way. I wish it were bigger so our dogs could really run around more to unwind at the end of the day. We look forward to staying again.

I was a little concerned when I…read moresaw that there weren't any reviews more recent than 2023 but everything went well for us here, no complaints. Online booking and check-in were easy, front desk staff were friendly and our single king room was clean and spacious. The room includes Dove products and the lobby has a display of local businesses and attractions - found a card there for a discount at Viva Chicken, that we used (VIVALIFE for $2 off) which was a nice touch. We come to STG a few times a year and this might be our new go to spot for the convenient location right off the freeway and the free breakfast. The property was quiet, the parking lot is well lit, and they have a complimentary hot breakfast buffet daily from 6:30-9:30 with breads (english muffins, toast, mini muffins, etc), a waffle machine, eggs and sausage, cereal, juices, coffee and more - good variety to get my toddler fed before venturing out for the day.

Luckily I paid the tow truck driver out of my own pocket and he let us ride with him into provo Utah where he dropped us off at about 6 o'clock in the morning and I had to wait after talking to another agent on the emergency so called roadside service until 9 o'clock at 9 o'clock I made numerous phone calls to multiple Enterprise rental offices not one which was willing to help or said they would call me back and never did in fact some of them were downright rude telling me that it wasn't their problem but I didn't read the car from their office so they had no concern for it. I counted on my phone almost 30 phone calls that I made through the course of the day to enterprise trying to get another vehicle so we could continue on with our vacation. I suppose if you're going to rent a car for the day any of them are just as good as the other but this company wanted to leave me stranded out in the middle of nowhere and I did not get any help until 7 o'clock at night where I finally got a hold of a gentleman at the emergency roadside service who was appalled at my situation. In less than 45 minutes this good person got me an Uber car and got me into another vehicle it took a day and a half of my vacation time and nobody except for this one gentleman at enterprise seem to give a damn. It was an extremely frustrating situation and I would never ever recommend or rent from this company again if there was a possibility to give negative stars to this company I would..

I've upgraded my rating to a 5 due to the responsive staff. You can see my initial frustration below. --------- They are nice and the rates are great. But the guest WiFi is horrible and for me, that's important. It works in the lodge but not in the RV sites. Yes, it connects to the router....but not to the internet. Wish it were better because I'd love to give them a better rating. They've been pretty friendly to me and both individuals I've run into are hard working, friendly, and want to help out the customers. I'll gladly tip them. But I need my internet. I'm running out of data on my phone plan (haha). Why do RV parks have such lame WiFi?

Speaking of RV Park or resort as they call it is an absolute joke to put it simply. I know they are…read morenew in the RV Park business but there is absolutely no excuse for being rude and inconsiderate on part of the management. We are part of a RV club that's been around for the last 30 years and have been around many RV cams with monthly outings. We never had experienced anything like this before. Our members are older couples ranging in ages 62 to 92 and this was our first time here excited to have found this new place where we can enjoy as a group as we have at many other camping trips. Not at this place! We were given conflicting information and when trying to follow the instructions given we were rudely interrupted and thrown out of the back area of the building where we were previously told by the same manager to assemble in the first place. After we had our meet and greet and started to have our "finger foods" dinner outside in the back of the building (restaurant) where we were told we can assemble the manager comes out and as rudely as she can be ordered us off the area and back to our RV spaces where (by their rules) we couldn't be assembled as a group without management permission. So we had four people with their walkers and trying to carry their food at the same time having to leave the area "right now" as manager yells out to them twice very impatiently as if they were bunch of young hooligans disturbing the peace. These are the older folks in their eighties who have paid high price for these camp sites and didn't deserved to be treated this way. The prices they are charging are outrageous because this really is not a resort as they claim because they have no amenities it's a small golf course with a small restaurant, period now wan to be RV resort. They may get there some day but only with different people who are in charge because the current one is not going to cut it. Good luck to them. As far as we are concerned our group will never be returning here. By the way, when my wife told this to the manager her reply was "well good ".
