Jocelyn and Corrine are so sweet and knowledgeable! I love this med spa! Amazing deals tooread more

I'll try to make this as short as possible. I bought a syringe of lip filler. At my first…read moreappointment I wanted to use the entire syringe but was told she suggested to use conservatively and that it was good until September. January I made an appointment to use to remaining filler and after consulting with Corrine and verifying the expiration date decided to wait until Spring. I made an appointment in April and when I arrived the technician did not do injectables. I verified when the expiration was and was told again September. For all of these appointments I drive 20 minutes each way to not be serviced. On August 22 I made an appointment online for August 30th. This time I called to verify that the appointment time and provider was correct so that I could be serviced. After all this was the 3rd time I had tried to use the remaining half syringe. I received a call back stating it expired that previous Friday August 19th. I made several attempts to use the service I purchased within the time frame they provided me. Each time I asked I was told it expired September. So I ultimately paid over $600 for half a syringe of filler. I had communication via email with Corrine. I asked if I could please be in contact with Jocelyn. Corrine said she and Jocelyn would be calling me the following week during a specific day and certain timeframe. The reason I asked to speak to Jocelyn was because the first time I received injections at her Spa I had a bump/ bubble of filler protruding from lip from improper injecting. My next appointment she asked why I didn't call the office. I said I didn't want to be a pain and figured it would go away. She proceeded to tell me that she insisted I call if I ever have problems again. I made sure to make myself available during my workday and never received a call from Jocelyn or anybody. I ended up finding another medspa closer to home and was refreshing to find prices much much more affordable and a higher quality of care.

The owner Shaela is seriously the most kind and sweetest person I've met, she makes you feel so welcome in her shop and knows all of the interesting facts about every product in her store, she's like a little book of knowledge. I am obsessed with the local goat milk soap from sunny Brook farms in Wi, I come in often to restock the oatmeal and lavender were my faves and now the scent is combined in their new soap! Love it. I also love all of the little sweet treats they carry here and the dog treats as well, my dog loves the freeze dried liver treats! Such a great addition to downtown Hudson I hope they remain successful and stay for a long time so be sure to support and check them out.

I thought that with the switch from Walgreens to a private company, the service would improve. NOW…read moreTHAT THE SERVICE IS NO LONGER CENTRALIZED IN HUDSON, WI--where only a few prescriptions were filled at the pharmacy--BUT INSTEAD COMES FROM A DISTRIBUTOR, where they package the medication in a way that's completely unnecessary and expensive for the company, since it comes in a plastic bag, and inside that, another paper bag with the medication. That costs money for the company, packaging and shipping and time for the customer. They keep making things more expensive for them and call themselves businesspeople. I have worked and lived in four different countries and at pharmaceutical companies, and none of them had such a huge bureaucracy at the pharmacy level.

I constantly have problems with the pharmacy. My latest was a late refill. I called last Monday and…read morethe pharmacy tech said it will be ready Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, on Thursday I called for an update. I was told my insurance was out dated. I asked what insurance they were trying to use and it was my 2025 insurance. Then after further research they found that they did indeed have my 2026 insurance card on file since the beginning of the year. At this point I'm told the prescription I need is now being processed. Five days later the Walgreens app shows the prescription is delayed. I am completely out of medication at this point and the phone system for Walgreens just verifys it is in process. So, I need to select more options thru the phone system and repeat all of my information to get thru to a person. I'm finally told it should be arriving later today. This experience is becoming the norm when dealing with Walgreens pharmacy. I have started moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy, to avoid constantly needing to check up on my prescription status.

I loved how they called me when there was a cancellation and I could come over in the morning two hours before my scheduled time. They have the same great services medical, surgical, and cosmetic. My favorite is the hydra-facial that I get monthly in Roseville. They don't have a full pharmacy here, but offer samples. Some of the staff come from the Roseville office and I recognized Mackenzie who was my excellent MA. I was able to look around the new place. The vibe is a little more serene, even the waiting room. I think Dr. Tareen is starting to clone herself with a great board certified medical staff. I loved being able to go to my favorite Hudson stopovers. Now they are as fortunate as we are in MN.

Dismissive attitude out of the gate from reception and carried through the appointment by the doctor. No bedside manner whatsoever, "we can try this, but it likely won't work...", and refusal to even look at something on their skin in the ear area! ( " You should go to an ear, nose and throat doctor for that.") He didn't even know what "that" was! In any case, I've been to a few dermatologists in my lifetime and have NEVER experienced this kind of awful client treatment. For what these people charge, I think people should know. There are other dermatology options and one might actually be treated differently.
