They will gladly tell you what is what, and why. The ladies that run it are very nice and extremely knowledgeable. They can help you make choices that won't disagree with your dietary issues. Not knowing much about lentils, I told her I wanted just enough green and brown lentils to make two batches of soup and in 20 seconds she had them for me in two small baggies. I even got to sample some of the dried fruit and vegetarian bacon bits. They're located on a small street that gets very little traffic. There's plenty of room to park on the street, but you could probably just park right in the street and no one would notice. I was able to stop in a little after 9 to get everything I wanted. They offer prepackaged meal deals that's even cheaper than picking your own. It's a great offer because you get one entire choice and two sides; anything labeled a side is a side option and the entires are labeled too but don't trust the internet because they said you could mix entries and you can't get half and half of chicken and fish. The staff at the deli counter was pleasant, helpful and patient while I was trying to decide. They even have individual meals too so you don't have to commit to one meal prep option for the week. Appreciate that you can also drop off your Amazon returns here too. Space is clean, well lit and lots of parking. Pro tip: get the brown butter chocolate chip cookies, it's worth it.

Parking is a bit tough at times - the parking situation could be better, but I nit-pick. The store itself seems bigger than the Minneapolis locations. The selection and inventory seems to be a bit better, too. Sometimes, I have to go on certain days to other WF stores if I want certain things, but this one seems well stocked. Not night and day, but some difference. Produce is usually solid and meat department is, too. The dry goods selection is particularly good here. We are able to shop and get all the things we need, even if it is a slightly longer drive.

THE BREAD SITUATION: The artisanal rosemary sourdough loaf from One Love Bread is the stuff boy bands are made of. This bread is basically what happens if you roll Harry Styles in flour and water.
