Clerk: yep he's dead Me: I thought maybe you would say it nicer Clerk: well what? He's dead I gave him the chance to correct and realize how cold he sounded and he didn't just double down he tripled down and followed it up with Clerk: yeah and it was a real rough end to he suffered I just stared at him in disbelief as he smirked at me. I left! As I left I explained how incredibly cold and rude he sounded and his last words were I mean he was like family I said "then act like it!" This is th face of your company today. I'm not sure I'd be too proud of that if I were you. Actually I just found out Michael, who I thought was as a clerk is actually the Manager. So that takes care of everything actually seeing any improvement. I hate that I don't have a good place to refer people anymore! Also if Andrew sees this. The stuff was ok, but I thought there should be something better out there.. Today I went to another shop, not even worth mentioning, I was so unsatisfied, I chatted up a guy at the shop and was told that there are vape shops outside of the city limits that have better selections on juices (and I was hoping customer service as well) So, I headed to Woodbury parked at SA and let yelp lead me here to Smokeless Smoking. The lounge is well, a lounge, it reminds me of my hubbies cigar lounge but, with a younger crowd :). With some nice amenities. *Huge mounted TV with some sort of gaming system attached. *Comfy looking couches, a few 2x2 sitting areas for customers. * Water cooler for patrons and customers. The clerk that helped me Jack, was awesome, he showed me 4 different units that were all better than my cheapie $20.00 unit and informed me of the differences between, tanks and the units ( a bit overwhelming) but, I have a nice little wish list now. (Thank you Jack!) I also was interested in purchasing a juice that I could use in my unit since my unit does not run on the high VG juices that I have been using so, I was very interested in sampling the lower VG's. The selection of 503 juices that they carry is huge I fell in love with 3. * Betty - its like a flavorful blueberry pie * Dewwey - Honeydew (that's what it tastes like) * Dutch Baby - OMG tasted just like the Dutch Baby from Original pancake house. Oh I almost forgot about Mango Fantastic (this mango flavor is Fantastic) So, out of the 4 flavors I purchased Betty since it is a 45/55 and would be a better fit for my little beginner unit, when I get another unit (hint Christmas Present) I will definitely come back to purchase 1 or more on the list here. Long story short, I was there for a little over an hour, customer service was excellent, there was a customer that was there lounging and he shared his suggestions, opinions and back story on vaping which led to an even better experience for me. If you want a great product, hardware and customer service experience I would definitely stop by. This will be my go to spot!! Thanks Guys!!

On Jan 9, I purchased 4 ELFBAR vapes and discovered later they were 18 months and 28 months EXPIRED. I called the shop, spoke to a female who identified herself as the Manager, and I requested a refund. I also pointed out that in the State of MN "Vape shops are NOT allowed to sell expired vapes". She refused to issue me a refund, and then went on to say they WERE allowed to sell expired vapes as long as they tell the customer they're expired, and the customer agrees to purchase an expired product. I told her they certainly did NOT advise me these were expired, nor were they displayed with any signage within the display case indicating these were OLD and expired. This is clearly a case where the business knows they're engaged in deceptive practices and even when challenged, they're unwilling to do the right thing or even back down from defending their deception. He was warned that there is a 24 hour return policy - as I completely understand how returns cause loss at these establishments. It worked great for the first day. We had to leave town the next day for the holidays. It stopped working. Completely. The thing was completely dead. Even though it was fully charged. Never dropped it or dunked it in water or anything. Now. I am not saying that the defective item was the fault of this establishment. My boyfriend finally had the chance to go over there and ask about EXCHANGES which they failed to tell him when they warned him about the 24 hour return policy. I have worked in retail for many many years and the return policy is always different than an exchange policy. I wanted the same exact vape device in the same exact color or another color or even a different vape device of the same or similar price. The best they could do was offer 30% off of any other device. I am severely and wildly disappointed. I don't care if they are "knowledgeable" or "friendly", they're salespeople. They will tell you that any vape they have in that store is great. That's their job. The other part of their job SHOULD be adequate redemption for a faulty product. And I will say again, I fully respect the 24 hour RETURN policy and the communication of that. But I fully resent what was not said about exchanges or even store credit. My boyfriend lives in WBL and has been bugging me about coming here for weeks because he heard it's like the best place ever. Never ever will I go to this establishment ever, ever, ever.
