For example, today I drove in and brought in a receipt from a previous purchase that didn't get the 20% off it would have because the new pos wasn't updated yet. Hudson, my Cannabis Guru, got on the phone with corporate and fought to get me a discount I could redeem same day that isn't offered typically. I saved time and money, that's value that can't be beat! Every time I have been to this location, I have been taken care of very well. From walking into the store to checking out and leaving, I have been taken care of. I live almost 2 hours away and drive to Vape Pros just because of the people at this store. One particular employee has always went above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of is the employee by the name of Kate. She is so helpful and has a lot of very good knowledge. I think Kate is awesome and would say Kate is the only reason I continue making the 4 hour round trip.
