I have had such amazing experiences here. Every single staff member has been delightful! They took the time to answer my 9,000 questions. They were welcoming and encouraging. I don't know what kind of screening practices they have for how they find staff because everyone who works here is awesome. Their selection is bananas! The cases of edibles made me feel like I was hanging out in a weedy Wonka World. We bought some Delta 9 edibles that were mind blowing. The entire store is so fun. I love the personality throughout the whole place. Looking at the funny signage telling customers to be respectful made me really appreciate the way that the business values their employees being treated kindly more than a rude person's business. The manager was really kind when I had concerns about my handicap dad. I appreciated him reaching out to me, and addressing my concerns.

My boyfriend went in to buy a water pipe with my card and he got harassed about using my card and WOULDNT even let him use it, although I was just in the car outside. She then asked to check his second card TWO times. Not sure if they are racially profiling him here but I would not shop here. I really enjoy hideaway. Whenever I need glass, I come here. It's a really cool shop, and I love the way it's laid out. The staff know about the pieces they have, so don't be afraid to ask questions. The staff are generally pleasant to be around. One thing that stood out to me is their humor. All over by the register there's something funny to read. Whether it's their tip jar or something and your I.d. I really like how they support local glass artists. Coming into this store and looking around, you will see at least 4 different local glass art, which I really like. I'm all for supporting local Minnesota businesses. They can be a little spendy, but it all really depends on what you're looking to get. They have lower cost pieces that are beautiful as well. Hideaway is where I go to get my glass. I won't go anywhere else, so I highly recommend this place. Make sure you have your i.d or they won't let you buy anything. read more

My favorite hideaway location! Staff has been really friendly every time I go. Hideaway card is the bomb diggity, get those bucks back on your spending, they add up quick even if you don't go too often. MN Legit is the best priced high end glass in the state, my opinion anyhow. I will continue to get my smoking accessories here, but I do wish they carried my eliquid. Jabako is the best tobacco Vape and I have to go to Smokeless to get it, which is a great shop, but it's a 2nd trip to get both smoke and vape supplies read more

My fiancé and i walked in, we were greeted instantly and helped. we picked out the products we wanted and the worker brought us to the counter to check out. my fiancé went to pay for the products and the worker refused to let my fiancé buy the product even though my fiancé is 21 "because i picked out the products and i'm not 21 and it would be the same thing as going into a liquor store and picking out liquor". the worker was very rude after that point. very disappointed to get treated like that even though we are both military members. will not be returning here in the future. read more

Everyone here is extremely helpful! They run out of stuff sometimes but are usually pretty good at helping find an alternative. The music is good all the time, I love all the fun colored hair everyone has. Everyone is awesome. Better then smokedale and super smoke oakdale. I recommend everyone to go there!!! Doors were closed and locked well prior to the posted closing time. After my knocks on the door were ignored initially (I saw both employees look at me), they let me in from the -5 degree weather to ask my question. The business was unwilling to exchange the items (that didn't work) I had bought at the shop just hours before. I explained I am not from here and am on the road headed to California, so coming back in the morning is not an option. It would have taken all of 2 minutes for the gentleman to exchange the atomizer, but there wasn't "anything I can do for you, man." Correction: nothing you WANTED to do for me. I'm now the owner of 6 atomizers I'll be unable to use or get refunded, let alone exchanged. Poor customer service. read more
