Staff here is really friendly and they have a fair selection of snacks and drinks. The hot food section is pretty overpriced . Vegan selection is pretty small and minimal in my opinion. They didn't have a variety of the drinks that I want. Not even that, most of these shelves were pretty empty as well. There's a big parking lot and it's by the highway. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my visit here. I did take advantage of a few deals!

I inquired about Blue (the carrot loving dog with adrenal issues) Me:hey where's Blue? I haven't seen him in awhile Store clerk: (flat expression) he's dead Me: (in shock) he's dead? Clerk: yep he's dead Me: I thought maybe you would say it nicer Clerk: well what? He's dead I gave him the chance to correct and realize how cold he sounded and he didn't just double down he tripled down and followed it up with Clerk: yeah and it was a real rough end to he suffered I just stared at him in disbelief as he smirked at me. I left! As I left I explained how incredibly cold and rude he sounded and his last words were I mean he was like family I said "then act like it!" This is th face of your company today. I'm not sure I'd be too proud of that if I were you. Actually I just found out Michael, who I thought was as a clerk is actually the Manager. So that takes care of everything actually seeing any improvement. I hate that I don't have a good place to refer people anymore! Also if Andrew sees this. Thank you for sharing your Blue with all of us! He is missed.

Being a German Swiss, being raised German,…read morehaving been in Germany and in Europe in general, many times, I do not understand how a company that proclaims being the best in service and in quality and European products, well nothing like that I did see. I did not see any European brands. Not even a chocolate or a sweet cookie. On the contrary, any mama's and papa's little markets will do better and with a better image and welcome you with a little bit of hospitality. Which this Aldi has not. Bad service. Disorganized. Everything unarranged. Even dirty. The personnel very inattentive and rude. I expected more. Much, much more. Est ist sehr Traurig, ein deutsches Unternehmen zu sehen, dem das leichtsinning ist. I like how often they rotate the non food types of things. It seems every time I go in there, there is some kind of kitchen gadget or other that I want. The produce is always fresh and rotates often (same with the meat). I like the selection of frozen foods and usually end up leaving with more than I came in for. Aldi has come a long way since they started opening. it's a great place to get all your staples at a great price. Their versions of a lot of snacks are just as good. I save a fortune buying my salad kits here (like at least a dollar off each kit). Also a great place to get cheese and deli meats for a good price. Don't forget to bring a bag or two. I usually can't find an empty box to use for all my stuff. Shop at off times like later in the evening to avoid the crowds and long lines.

We are lucky to have RJ's in Hudson! I've been going there for many years and I've never been…read moredisappointed. They grind their own beef which is important to me. At RJ's I know what I'm buying. I can see with my own eyes that the beef is being ground in a nice clean area by trained adults. When you buy ground beef from a large store, it was probably ground in a meat packing plant. It probably has preservatives. You don't know where the meat was sourced from and you don't know the conditions that it was processed under. They carry Boars Head deli meat and cheeses. Boars Head is high quality and always sliced fresh in front of you. They have the best fresh brats I've ever had. All of their fresh meat is top-notch. Their homemade dogs, sausages, marinated meats, beef sticks are all delicious. You have to try the BBQ baked beans. I could go on and on about all of their products!
