Terrific Provider!! I lost weight and needed to have bodywork done. 2 years later I am so thankful to have worked with Dr. Ghaderi.

I had a breast reduction done. I had a recommendation from a friend to see Dr. Ghaderi. Let me tell you, as soon as we met and chatted about what I wanted I knew I was in the right hands! He has been truly AMAZING and life changing! His bedside manner is outstanding! I think he saw that I was nervous and always made me feel I was making the right decision! He made me feel confident in my own body again! I would recommend Dr. Ghaderi over and over again! Thank you Dr. Ghaderi for everything :) Everyone in his office has also made this process so easy! Very kind and respectful! read more

Totally outstanding care and his surgeon skills are way above Exceptional ! I wish I had known about him for my other surgeries . The staff is excellent too! I can't say enough about his care from beginning to end. This is a resent review. read more

So happy with my outcomes! I have had two surgeries with Dr Ghaderi. The first was a tummy tuck. He listened to what I wanted and set realistic expectations for my outcome. He understood that contour of the upper and lower abdomen was important to me and told me he could achieve that, but the scar would have to be a little higher than most. He also counseled me thoroughly about what to expect for recovery. He did not sugar coat anything at all, and I appreciate that. How he was able to achieve such symmetry, I have no idea! My second surgery was breast implant exchange and lift. Again, he listened to my priorities and tailored the surgery to fit my needs. I am so pleased with the outcome! The OR staff at Delnor regard him highly and his office staff are pleasant and kind. So happy I found him! read more

Today was my last follow up appt on my explant surgery and I knew I had to write a review. Dr.Ghaderi and his staff exceeded my expectations. It was such a pleasant experience with something that I was dreading. It was exciting to get breast implants but removing them was something I wasn't looking forward to. Dr. Ghaderi's bedside manner is unmatched and while everyone has a different experience, I personally had almost zero pain. I'm so incredibly happy with my results and cannot express how grateful I am to have found St. Charles Plastic Surgery, I highly recommend. read more

I can't say enough positive comments about Dr Ghaderi and their whole staff. From the consultation to surgery to recovery, I have felt like a Queen. He took the time to explain, educate and talk through goals. I had a few quotes from others and ended up w Dr. Ghaderi because of his professionalism, understanding, and making sure I understand what all will happen. I had arm lift / lipo and breast lift. You will be ecstatic if you choose this office for any of your needs! read more

I have only had a consultation so far with the doctor but the experience was by far the best I have ever had in any physicians' office. The entire staff is kind, understanding & knowledgeable. I definitely have full confidence in this team. read more

Dr. Ghaderi is wonderful. I was really unhappy with my first surgery by a previous doctor, so I was nervous going into this one. Dr. Ghaderi calmed my nerves and the day of surgery I was confident going into it. He has wonderful bedside manner. His office staff are always so warm whenever I interact with with them. The after care is even more impressive. If you need to speak with him he makes that easy. You can tell he is one of those doctors who truly cares about the well-being of his patients. It has only been a little over a week since my surgery and I am already so happy with my results. He guided me to picking the right implant size to fit my body. Dr. Ghaderi was recommended to me by two friends who had gone to him, and I would recommend him to all my friends and family!!! Thank you Dr. Ghaderi, and thanks to the rest of your team for making this such a great experience for me. read more

About 3 years ago, I wanted to downsize my implants. After 3 consultations with other doctors who told me that I would need a lift as well- I was relieved to have Dr. Ghaderi say that it wasn't necessary. I had the surgery with Dr. Ghaderi--but my left breast came out much lower than my right-- he suggested I wear a push up bra. I didn't want to hide it with a push up bra so I paid Dr. Ghaderi for that one breast to be fixed. I wasn't pleased that I had to pay again--- but my breasts turned out phenomenal. Every employee in this office is very sweet and professional. It was a great experience. read more

Dr. Ghaderi and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I was referred to Dr. Ghaderi by a few of his patients. From my first appointment to the last appointment, he was honest, upfront, and very caring. I had been trying to have my surgery for over 15 years, and I am so happy that I finally decided on STC Plastic Surgery. My results are amazing, and I couldn't be happier!!! His staff is very attentive to your needs. They are constantly calling to follow up to make sure that your recovery is going well. They are always friendly and smiling when you walk into the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Ghaderi! read more

I first met Dr. Ghaderi ten years ago when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was only 33 years old and I was very overwhelmed and emotional. Dr. Ghaderi took the time to patiently explain the reconstruction choices that were available to me with a single mastectomy, and the positive and negative aspects of each one. Dr. Ghaderi is also quite meticulous in the operating room. (I was awake for the nipple reconstruction surgery.) The nurses at Delnor know that he goes above and beyond with each patient. I went back four years ago because the skin around my initial implant had contracted. Once again, Dr. Ghaderi walked me through each step of the process and patiently answered all of my questions. The office staff was (and still is) exceptional - still the best that I have ever interacted with through this long medical journey. Two of the current office staff members are still there ten years after my first visit. The concern and care is genuine. read more

There are so many reasons I call Dr. Ghaderi (and his staff) amazing. First and foremost is his flawless work. I've had 3 procedures done by him (over approximately 20 years) and couldn't be happier. One of my primary care doctors commented to me on how beautiful his work is when I told her about it! He is so easy to talk to, is very direct about what he recommends (and doesn't recommend--which I respect) and his caring follow-up always impresses me! His staff has the same caring and professionalism that he does--always friendly and accommodating. The entire practice is made up of true professionals! I would highly recommend Dr. Ghaderi to anyone in need of or interested in his services and top-notch skills! read more

Dr. Ghaderi is amazing!! I recently got my breast implants replaced and my overall experience was wonderful. His staff is very kind and personable, always calls me by my first name when I walk in (love that!). Dr. Ghaderi is excellent and incredibly talented. My experience at Delnor was great too. Everyone checked in on me after surgery. I highly suggest visiting his office for a consultation. I have had a few surgeries in the past and this by far, was my best experience. Thank you, Dr. Ghaderi and staff! read more

Two years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was a mess and I was scared when I met Dr Ghaderi. He was very sensitive to my emotional state and reassured me that I would get threw the surgery. He explained everything that would be done to me. I ended up getting a double mastectomy. A few weeks before my surgery I asked him about refreshing my face. I did agree to that and I am so happy I did. It gave me something good to look forward to. The results from the surgery on both counts were more than I expected. I also want to say thank you to his staff for being caring and professional. Thank you Dr Ghaderi Carolyn Burr read more

Dr. Ghaderi and his staff are fantastic. I did my homework on surgeons and made the right choice by choosing this practice. I had my procedure done last week and am recovering nicely. Any questions I had were answered immediately and Dr. Ghaderi made me feel at ease before and after my surgery. read more

Went for a consultation for simple blepharoplasty. While staff was friendly, they asked for photo id AND an actual photograph to be taken. I said I didn't understand why that was necessary given that they have a copy of my driver's license. So I politely 'declined'. The doctor didn't appreciate this-and the first moments of our initial consultation were spent explaining his policy regarding photographs of new clients. I said that I understand needing a photo ID to confirm the validity of the insurance card-but an additional photo on an initial consultation seemed superfluous and given that I am a nurse who worked in a physician's office, I reminded him that it is not legally required to take a photo in our state. Well he didn't seem to like that. He told me that he wasn't going to take me as a client and politely referred me to someone else in the area. At least I wasn't charged for the visit. The conversation was friendly and professional. I just got the impression that he does not like patients who offer any type of resistance to his policies or suggestions. I have heard much praise regarding his work. I just get the feeling that he is a strong personality that will not tolerate other strong personalities. read more

As a breast cancer survivor I am here to tell you that Dr. Ghaderi has been absolutely amazing. He has calmed my fears, encouraged me and always been available for any questions or concerns I have had. His attention to detail is impeccable and work remarkable. At a time of such uncertainty I am thankful for Dr. Ghaderi and his staff. It is always so reassuring to hear other doctors and nurses speak of how well respected he is amongst his colleagues. There are many plastic surgeons in the area that won't even deal with breast cancer reconstruction. I think that speaks volumes to the kind of man Dr. Ghaderi is. His staff is friendly, efficient and always helpful. I have been blessed beyond measure with my experience. read more

I made a decision to go thru with breast reduction surgery in November 2017. After my initial visit to Dr. Ghadari office, I felt like I was in the best hands. He was clear on what to expect. He listened to my needs and wants! When I was nervous, he calmed me, when I had questions he answered all of them. Surgery was in January 2018. The recovery was easier than expected. The results are even better! Now everyday activities and other aspects of my life have improved dramatically! I wish I had done it years ago. The staff have been amazing and I love how easy it is to contact their office with any queries or concerns. The staff was very experienced, supportive and knowledgeable. I always felt taken care of and not pressured. Thank you to Dr. Ghaderi and the entire team! read more

I was referred to Dr. Ghaderi by Dr. Seema (a local Chiropractor and non-invasive/holistic Doctor) to talk over options on getting my torn earlobe fixed. After years of wearing heavy earrings and getting earrings caught/pulled out by kids the hole in my ear ripped. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Ghaderi to discuss my options. Dr. Ghaderi looked at my ear, explained the process of fixing my earlobe or getting fillers to temporarily keep it closed. After he explained my options he told me his recommendation was to do nothing and explained why. Dr. Ghaderi said if anything changes to come back and see him. I cannot thank Dr. Ghaderi enough for his honesty, especially since his honesty isn't in his financial interest. Dr. Ghaderi was professional, knowledgeable and very honest. His staff was awesome too! I highly recommend Dr. Ghaderi from my experience since it is clear he will give you his honest recommendation and not just sell you something that isn't beneficial. Thank you again Dr. Ghaderi! read more

So very happy with the whole process. I had another consult for lipo and the difference between offices was night and day. I never felt like I was being talked into more than what I wanted. In fact, he talked me out of some stuff I thought I needed because he said it wouldn't give me the results that I was picturing in my head and explained why. Who turns down work? More should because that's honesty. With Dr. Ghaderi I knew I was in safe hands. Easy to reach with questions and approachable. So I saw a couple reviews say he could be challenging. Not true! I did not experience that all!! I found it to be very opposite of that and maybe some people just think people are difficult when a trained medical doctor won't give them everything they want. idk. Personally, I appreciated his insight and expertise and LOVE, LOVE how everything went and turned out! read more

I cannot recommend Dr. Ghaderi highly enough. I had always been self-conscious about my sagging neck, and, after searching several sites, saw how well-recommended he was. He was so gentle and thorough, and put me at ease. He gave me a few options to consider, and recommended the least expensive of the two. My surgery was performed at Delnor Hospital in Geneva. I include this in my review because a few people thought that this type of necklift was done in the physician's office. Follow-up visits were all included in the cost of the procedure. My before-and-after shots prove his professinalism and expertise. No review would go without a sparkling review of his well-chosen staff. Every visit I am greeting warmly and taken directly in to see Dr. Ghaderi. What a pleasant experience. P.S. My husband loves my new neck - and so do I! read more

I had been to 2 other doctors for consultations on blepharoplasty prior to coming to see Dr. Ghaderi. Dr. Ghaderi explained everything and answered all questions that I had. I didn't feel rushed or even pressured in any way to make a decision. He was very professional. His team was extremely nice, including the two that assisted in the surgery. I am very pleased with the results and if I ever need to see a plastic surgeon again, Dr. Ghaderi would be my choice. I would recommend Dr. Ghaderi and team to everyone! read more

I had breast cancer and ended up with a double mastectomy. Dr. Ghaderi did my reconstruction. Truly the man is an artist! Being a woman who has lost her breasts and a sense of feminity I was sensitive. I wanted things to happen in a time frame that was unrealistic. I appreciate Dr. Ghaderi for being the perfectionist that he is. The end result is more than I could have hoped for. He has given me more than just breasts, but also a sense of feeling pretty again. He knows what he is talking about even if it's not what I had wanted to hear. He is a great doctor! Karen Higgins read more

I was foolish and at our initial consultation Dr. Ghadari didn't tell me what I wanted to hear. 3 weeks later we spoke again and i paid and was put on the schedule. He held no grudge and reminded me that if I wasn't comfortable then it wasn't the right time. His skill, with a scalpel is artistry in motion, his bedside manner is top notch. He is one of those doctors that are either in scrubs in the hospital or in a suit in the office, aka always on. My surgery was a few days before his family vacation. He gave me his personal cell phone number in case anything was wrong or if I just had questions. He may be a plastic surgeon, but he is dedicated, experienced and I was incredibly comfortable around him. As for the support staff, Dale is awesome, always accommodating the best she can, and goes above and beyond every time I've called. Gabrielle and Monica are friendly and totally awesome and they take care of scheduling and other office duties. They take the time to get to know you on a personal level and I have never felt like "just a patient" My all around experience has been above expectation, from top to bottom and I cannot say enough good things. read more

I saw Dr. Ghaderi in October and have to say I am over the moon with the results!! after having three little ones and breast feeding all of them my breast weren't where they use to be and I can finally say I have my confidence back! Hands down best surgeon around! I definitely plan on seeing him in the future to complete my mommy makeover. Bonus points his staff was amazing very sweet and very personable! read more

I saw Dr. Ghaderi after going through chemo and other therapies for breast cancer, I was only 42. All the information for everything I had done and was about to have done was overwhelming. He met with me several times until I felt comfortable moving forward. He didn't push me into any decisions but guided me through the process, willing to work with me in whatever I decided to do with my reconstruction. I'm so glad I listened to his advice. The results were amazing! I'm so happy. Any time I called with questions, my call was returned within 30 minutes, usually directly by him. His staff too, are compassionate and friendly people. After being diagnosed with breast cancer, I had a lot of surgical decisions to make. Dr. Ghaderi explained all of my options, discussed all the pro's and con's of the options, and helped me decide what would be best for me. Dr Ghadari is the most amazing plastic surgeon! He is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He graduated from UCLA and is the head of the plastic surgery unit at one of the hospitals. I had my surgery at Delnor and the staff there was fantastic! My scarring is so minimal and I am ecstatic with the results!! He is not the cheapest doctor around BUT I don't want the cheapest - I want the best and that is what I got! I have already referred him to friends and will continue! Went to him for a Top masculinization consult. I have look at numerous different surgeon's results for people with the same body type as me, so i know a general idea of what is plausible for me. I understand that everyone is different, but he tried to tell me the outcome I wanted was unrealistic and said no matter what i'd need revisions. He told me Id be better off just tattooing my nipples on instead of grafting them because what i was asking for was too complex. All i asked for was smaller nipples? Then had the audacity to suggest gastric bypass for me. Excuse me? I'm not even 265 pounds? None of the other surgeons I have consulted with even mentioned weight being a problem. If he did not have the ability to give me what I was wanting, he should have just said that instead of proceeding to insult me for the last 15 minutes of the consult. I chose Dr. Ghaderi for my facelift and blepharoplasty because of his positive reviews from patients and the respect for him within the medical community. I also work in the medical field, so had heard of his perfectionism and detailed approach to every surgery. I interviewed other surgeons, but felt the best choice for me was Dr. Ghaderi. My surgery was performed at the hospital of my choice, and not a remote surgery center. As some reviewers have mentioned, yes, he can be direct and abrupt; however, I found his directness to be comforting and was, for me, assurance of his confidence and a reflection of his ability. He is a very caring man and wants every patient to be 100% satisfied. I couldn't be happier with my results and feel like a new woman! Thank you Dr. Ghaderi! read more

Dr. Ghaderi is amazing! He is meticulous and incredibly talented at what he does. His office staff is also so kind, personable, and easy to work with. I had a small procedure done with him and he thoroughly answered any and all questions I had and gave me as much detail as I felt I needed. He is very direct while also extremely caring and understanding. He never made me feel rushed or as if my questions were stupid (and I know I asked him plenty of dumb questions throughout the process). After the procedure, he called me to check in and make sure everything was going well. I was having some pretty intense pain a few days after the surgery, and I called the office and was able to get in to see him within a few hours. He was incredibly easy to reach with any questions and I have never had to wait for an appointment--he is always on time. While in the hospital for my procedure, multiple nurses spoke so highly of him, and all of the praise has proven to be true! My scarring is minimal and so much better than expected. This is probably one of the best experiences I have ever had with a doctor, and I will 100% be recommending him to everyone/ returning to his practice in the future. read more
