So happy with my outcomes! I have had two surgeries with Dr Ghaderi. The first was a tummy tuck. He listened to what I wanted and set realistic expectations for my outcome. He understood that contour of the upper and lower abdomen was important to me and told me he could achieve that, but the scar would have to be a little higher than most. About 3 years ago, I wanted to downsize my implants. After 3 consultations with other doctors who told me that I would need a lift as well- I was relieved to have Dr. Ghaderi say that it wasn't necessary. I had the surgery with Dr. Ghaderi--but my left breast came out much lower than my right-- he suggested I wear a push up bra. I didn't want to hide it with a push up bra so I paid Dr. Ghaderi for that one breast to be fixed. I wasn't pleased that I had to pay again--- but my breasts turned out phenomenal. I first met Dr. Ghaderi ten years ago when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was only 33 years old and I was very overwhelmed and emotional. Dr. Ghaderi took the time to patiently explain the reconstruction choices that were available to me with a single mastectomy, and the positive and negative aspects of each one. Dr. Ghaderi is also quite meticulous in the operating room. (I was awake for the nipple reconstruction surgery.) The nurses at Delnor know that he goes above and beyond with each patient. Went for a consultation for simple blepharoplasty. While staff was friendly, they asked for photo id AND an actual photograph to be taken. I said I didn't understand why that was necessary given that they have a copy of my driver's license. So I politely 'declined'. The doctor didn't appreciate this-and the first moments of our initial consultation were spent explaining his policy regarding photographs of new clients. I said that I understand needing a photo ID to confirm the validity of the insurance card-but an additional photo on an initial consultation seemed superfluous and given that I am a nurse who worked in a physician's office, I reminded him that it is not legally required to take a photo in our state. Well he didn't seem to like that. He told me that he wasn't going to take me as a client and politely referred me to someone else in the area. At least I wasn't charged for the visit. The conversation was friendly and professional. I just got the impression that he does not like patients who offer any type of resistance to his policies or suggestions. I have heard much praise regarding his work. I just get the feeling that he is a strong personality that will not tolerate other strong personalities. read more

I was referred to Dr. Ghaderi by Dr. Seema (a local Chiropractor and non-invasive/holistic Doctor) to talk over options on getting my torn earlobe fixed. After years of wearing heavy earrings and getting earrings caught/pulled out by kids the hole in my ear ripped. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Ghaderi to discuss my options. Dr. Ghaderi looked at my ear, explained the process of fixing my earlobe or getting fillers to temporarily keep it closed. So very happy with the whole process. I had another consult for lipo and the difference between offices was night and day. I never felt like I was being talked into more than what I wanted. In fact, he talked me out of some stuff I thought I needed because he said it wouldn't give me the results that I was picturing in my head and explained why. Who turns down work? I cannot recommend Dr. Ghaderi highly enough. I had always been self-conscious about my sagging neck, and, after searching several sites, saw how well-recommended he was. I include this in my review because a few people thought that this type of necklift was done in the physician's office. Follow-up visits were all included in the cost of the procedure. He is one of those doctors that are either in scrubs in the hospital or in a suit in the office, aka always on. My surgery was a few days before his family vacation. Went to him for a Top masculinization consult. I have look at numerous different surgeon's results for people with the same body type as me, so i know a general idea of what is plausible for me. I understand that everyone is different, but he tried to tell me the outcome I wanted was unrealistic and said no matter what i'd need revisions. He told me Id be better off just tattooing my nipples on instead of grafting them because what i was asking for was too complex. All i asked for was smaller nipples? Then had the audacity to suggest gastric bypass for me. Excuse me? I'm not even 265 pounds? None of the other surgeons I have consulted with even mentioned weight being a problem. If he did not have the ability to give me what I was wanting, he should have just said that instead of proceeding to insult me for the last 15 minutes of the consult. If you are a larger trans man looking for top surgery, look somewhere else. read more

Dr. Ghaderi is amazing! He is meticulous and incredibly talented at what he does. His office staff is also so kind, personable, and easy to work with. I had a small procedure done with him and he thoroughly answered any and all questions I had and gave me as much detail as I felt I needed.
