Be sure you are getting full information from the scheduler. Went in for a consult in November and was told it was not a consultation it was an appointment to have a surgical procedure done. I was put on the spot and told I would need to pay cash. When I questioned why it was not a consultation and exactly how much the procedure would cost, I was told it would be months before I could get back in. I agreed to have them proceed and make payment, they stated they would take an HSA payment card. Then after I offer my card for payment , they stated oh don't you have a check we charge 3% for card payments. I was completely ambushed by them not offering a consultation, had the scheduler informed me this would have been the procedure AND provided information regarding payment requirements I would have at least been prepared. Since then they sent to my insurance companies for payment, of which they will receive $445 paid directly to them, not me! Poor business practices and very unprofessional! I have requested the full amount the insurance company has remitted and a refund of the $21 I paid in service fees. I was informed they would not refund anything and they have charged an additional consultation fee I was not informed of. read more

I understand dental offices have been overwhelmed since the pandemic. I also have worked in dentistry for 44 years. The staff at this office is clearly not well trained for their positions. I understand surgeons are very busy and see many patients. It is up to the staff to ensure things are done properly and compassion for their patients should be their top priority. With that being said I would not refer any patients to this office. It is very clear that it's all about the production and not about patient care. Would definitely not recommend. read more

We saw Dr Haddle for a consult to remove wisdom teeth. He was not friendly and was robotic and arrogant. He asked us if we had questions but when we asked one, he was defensive and annoyed. I feel bad about writing such a horrible review, as Dr Haddle was great for the 10 mins that I talked to him before my wisdom teeth removal. However, the rest of the staff here is so unbelievably incompetent, I would stay far away from this place if I were you!!! Not only that, he should really consider firing his entire staff, it is honestly that bad. Dealing with the staff here is beyond frustrating. It took months of back-and-forth, and promises of having a phone calls returned to me before I actually could have my surgery because no one there seemingly understands how a phone works. You were expecting them to call you on a Wednesday? Well, when you finally get a hold of them a week later expect to be told they will have to get back to you next week because they couldn't reach the insurance office. I had to fax my referral to this office on four separate occasions because they "never received it." Literally, I spent hours of my life trying to deal with the people in billing department to make sure my insurance would cover the surgery at this location. My pre-op consultation was in May, and my surgery was not until August because of this. So after these three months pass by, I finally have surgery. I asked several times if there was anything I needed to do after I had surgery other than rest and do salt rinses. I was told by the nurse that was it. Evidently, I was supposed to go to a post-op appointment to have my stitches removed. You'd think they would have scheduled me for one that day, or at least informed me about it right? Well, not when you are dealing with the most incompetent staff in the world. Literally a week later my gums were in so much pain I went back on my own. And again, this was after trying to call and get a hold of someone for three days. Thanks for that follow up phone call you were supposed to give me guys!!! Maybe if you did your job this wouldn't have happened. Seriously, worst experience ever. The kicker is that I paid for my pre-op panoramic x-ray in May with cash, and now I am being contacted because it is a new billing department that claims my payment was never posted and that I still owe them money. This is now the second time this month that my WISDOM TEETH REMOVAL SURGERY has been cancelled with little notice at the last minute. I just received a letter in the mail that I have been dismissed from your care without any explanation. I have 6 wisdom teeth that already have poked through the skin. VERY shady billing practices! Beware. When my son had his wisdom teeth pulled last winter, I was asked to pay $500 upfront even though I had two dental insurance policies (which Dr. Haddle is in-network). My insurance companies did pay 100%, then it took this office SIX MONTHS to refund me the $500, after I contacted them multiple times asking for my money back. They had a different excuse about the refund every time I called. Then my daughter had her teeth pulled this past summer. I didn't think I would have any issues this time, since Dr. Haddle's staff now knew that my double insurances would cover the bill 100%. However, when my daughter arrived with her (adult) brother for her surgery, the staff said that they would have to make a payment of $2400 THAT DAY. I called and spoke to a receptionist in the office and she said that amount was based on the pre-determination from the insurance company. I told her that I would like to see the pre-determination figures before I paid anything. (In the meantime I called my primary insurance company and was told that they had never received any information for my daughter's surgery, so there WAS no pre-determination amount!) Dr. Haddle's staff then called me back to say they would wait for the insurance companies to pay before they billed me anything (they knew I was on to them), which obviously confirms that they never sent anything to the insurance company ahead of time. They flat out lied about the $2400 being due, which is completely unprofessional. I also believe they are also violating their contracts with the insurance companies they are in-network for. I'm sure Dr. Haddle may be a good Doctor, but Lisette and the office staff are as unprofessional as they come! If you go there, do your homework ahead of time. Find out what your insurance company will pay, ask to see their 'pre-determination' amounts, and know what your rights are with your insurance company. Otherwise this shady office will take your money and not give it back until you take the initiative to ask them for months!!! read more

The girls at the front desk were professional, kind, friendly and funny! Not sure if any of them where the manager, but I think we will be going for drinks soon! I had an impacted, infected wisdom tooth removed. Dr. Haddle explained everything thoroughly. He answered all of my questions and really prepared me. His staff was excellent. His nurses were top notch and the ladies up front were kind and efficient. I had to pay before the procedure, but only the portion not covered by insurance. The surgery was fine. I'm amazed to read Sabrina's review because I, too, am having trouble with Dr. Haddle's office staff. My two daughters had wisdom teeth removed on October 5. We went to Dr. Haddle on September 27 for a consultation because he was IN NETWORK for our insurance. The office staff confirmed that insurance status. Fortunately for us, Dr. Haddle was able to do the surgeries one week later, on October 5. I was shocked by the amount they charged me, after insurance, but paid the bill so the girls could go on with their surgery that day. Imagine my amazement when the insurance company informed me that Dr. Haddle was NOT IN NETWORK. Apparently, he had cancelled only 3 days after our consultation. NEVER, in any of my conversations, did the doctor's office inform me that they were cancelling the contract and that I would be paying out of network rates. I wouldn't have stayed with him. I had other choices but decided to support an oral surgeon in my own community. If you sit in the waiting room long enough, you will over hear many conversations between office staff and former patients regarding billing issues. Many appear to be as much as a year old. I can't hardly wait to find out what else I get billed for in the future! While Dr. Haddle was a very nice man, he still, ultimately, owns his business. If he doesn't make sure his office runs properly, what would make me want to entrust another one of my children to him? My third child will NOT be going to Dr. Haddle for wisdom teeth. I'd rather hold on to the extra $1,700 than give it to him and his staff. read more

Great Guy I recommend to go to Dr.Haddle for wisdom teeth removal. I got my wisdom teeth out on a Friday. I prefer to do IV sedation and you don't feel or remember a thing. My cheeks were swelled for a few days and it went down on the third day. I went back a week later for them to pull my stitches and to check if everything was ok and now I can eat real food nothing crunchy for three weeks. Just have to keep the holes clean he does give you a syringe I prefer to use salt water to keep my holes clean it does not burn at all. Dr Haddle is one great Oral surgeon that knows his stuff so go to Dr. Haddle and I am sure you will be pleased with his work. read more

I had an appointment with this group. I received a call the day before the appointment verifying the date and time. We drove 45 minutes. Once there, we were told that they had tried to get in touch with us to tell us they didn't do the procedure that I was interested in. They left no messages on our phone requesting us to call back. They said that was due to patient confidentiality which does not make sense. Leaving a phone message asking us to call back in regards to an appointment would seem to be a reasonable requirement.....especially since they had left a message CONFIRMING the appointment. They eventually said they were sorry. However, missing a half day of work and a 1 1/2 hour drive leaves me a little angry. Shame on the office staff! read more

We too have had a terrible experience with the front office. We feel like we've lost money without having any services done. We chose Dr. Haddle because he was recommended by our dentist for wisdom teeth extraction and because he was in our insurance network. Our initial visit was in August with a scheduled extraction date in late December. We, of course, provided all the insurance info in August and stressed that the extraction will be covered by our health insurance. We asked them for a pre-estimate of the cost of the extraction as well. The office indicated that they would call with the cost within a matter of weeks. We never heard from them, and finally called them in November. They informed us that the dental insurance was going to cover the service and provided us with a $ value. We knew this did not come from our dental insurance and asked them to get an estimate from our health insurance. I also contacted our dental insurance and discovered that the office requested an estimate but was told that the services were not covered. Dr. Haddle's office , once again, requested our health insurance information and told us they would call us back shortly. Never heard from them, of course. We called them again, talked to a new person and had to provide our insurance information for a third time. They told us that they would talk to their office associate and get back to us the next day. We understood that theses offices can get busy sometimes so we gave them another week before calling them again. Now at 2 weeks before the procedure, we find out through our own investigation that Dr. Haddle exited our insurance network and the cost would be 3 times the original estimate (yes, the first estimate was from our health insurance and not dental). Dr. Haddle's office never once indicated to us that he was exiting the network. We had to HOUND THEM DOWN to get incorrect information and never was called back. We cancelled the extractions and now can not reschedule with anyone else and take advantage of health $ and a reduced deductible before the end of the year. Nothing was done and we are out money! Dr. Haddle may be a good doctor but is receiving a poor rating because of his screwed up front office. read more

After working in the medical field for several years, I can honestly say Dr. Haddle and his office staff rank amongst the most professional and knowledgeable offices I have ever encountered. I received fractoral firming through Dr. Haddle in addition to other skin care needs. His skin care line is the best I have ever used!! I am extremely happy with the results and would recommend him to anyone I know. Dr. Haddle is highly knowledgeable, and did an excellent job of educating me on my skin and explaining the specifics of the procedure. In addition, Dr. Haddle shows a great deal of compassion for his patients that you rarely see these days. The staff was attentive to all of my needs and answered any questions or concerns promptly. What a horrible experience! I broke my cheekbone in April 2014, and was referred to Dr. Haddle by Delnor. I had literally, a 5 minute visit and he told me I was fine. Because Dr. Haddle was not in-network with my insurance company, I was charged the full amount of the appointment - $500!! The insurance company said I should ask to pay the contracted rate in-network, which was $291. I called to do so, and they refused and sent me to collections. I received several calls from collections agencies, and they wouldn't accept anything less than $400. For a 5 minute visit. Completely unreasonable, and I would never recommend anyone to this office. read more

Before even seeing anybody, I was required to spend over $1000 out of pocket for a consultation and MRI for wisdom tooth extraction that my insurance did not want to cover, and was explicitly told I would have to pay for another consultation with MRI if I did not have the extraction within 12 months. During the consultation Dr. Haddle looked like he was about to nod off in the middle of the consultation, and acted confused and annoyed when I asked questions (not confused about the answers, just confused that I would ask questions). I was told the office would coordinate with the insurance company to determine what parts of the extraction procedure would be covered and they would then contact me. After several months of not hearing anything I tried calling the office a couple times, with no answer. When I finally did get someone, I was told they were still coordinating with the insurance company, and they would call to schedule when things were worked out. Fine, except they never called, ever. They did reply to my Google review offering to set up a payment plan, but they obviously only did that for PR purposes, because they still have never called me. It appears to me as though they think I am too poor to have them extract my wisdom teeth, but not too poor to give them over $1000 for nothing but wasting my time. read more

Going to the dentist is no picnic no matter what but this was horrible. First of all how can they not know if they are or aren't in network with my insurance? That makes no sense. I guess that should have been a sign to stay away. Staff seemed unorganized and not enough knowledge. Train your staff! Doctor gave little to no eye contact and seemed completely uninterested, was like a robot when he spoke to us. Everything seemed rushed and my daughter said she felt uncomfortable and like nobody there really cared to be there. Not a good feeling when you are a kid about to have your first surgery. On top of it all from the time my daughter was taken back for surgery and up until they took me back where she was in bed but awake was maybe 40 minutes yet they charged our insurance for a whole hour of anesthesia. I didn't make a big fuss since my insurance did pay or at least I was told they will, but isn't that fraud? Watch how this place bills you because you may be getting over charged. Over all I would not recommend I will be taking my younger kids elsewhere for there oral surgery needs. read more

I have had the privilege of working with Dr. Haddle over the past year. I am a Nurse Practitioner and have worked alongside many doctors in my professional life, and I can honestly say that I haven't worked with anyone as amazing as Dr. Haddle. First of all, he is beyond compassionate. He truly cares about his patients. He knows that every patient is unique, and takes the time with each of them to answer questions, discuss their individualized treatment plan, and make sure they are comfortable. He never rushes his patients. Second, he is so incredibly talented at what he does. Dr. Haddle's knowledge in his field is superior, and he uses cutting edge treatment modalities and skin care regimens that work, period. I have used a lot of different products on my skin and I can tell a huge difference after using these products. Other people have commented on how healthy my skin looks as well. He is an extremely conscientious and thorough surgeon. Hands down, I would trust and want him to operate on my family members and myself any day of the week. He is also an incredible teacher! Any patient who comes to see him will leave not only feeling well cared for and that their concerns were addressed, but with a true understanding of their condition, which is wonderful. His office and staff are fabulous; they go above and beyond to make each patient's experience pleasant and as easy as possible. We saw Dr. Haddle to have my daughter's tooth extracted. It was the most horrific medical/dental experience I have ever had. He talked me out of sedating her by saying that it was unnecessary and that she wouldn't feel a thing. He did not properly administer gas and did not wait at all for the Novocaine to set in. . When she began screaming, he told me I could bring her back in to be sedated in the most condescending manner. My daughter was traumatized from this experience. Now, two months later, I am still waiting for them to work out billing and insurance. STAY AWAY!! read more

My daughter had her four wisdom teeth removed in the summer of 2015. It was not a good experience. She was in excruciating pain several days into recovery. Every time I called, they said oral surgery isn't fun and asked if I wanted more pain meds for her. I felt like they were condescending. She was in so much pain around the clock that that she would sob and rock back and forth while I massaged her legs and back. Medication was not helping. After the forth day I called and demanded Dr. Haddle see her. This was a very different experience from my son. I truly felt like something was not right. When we went back in, the nurses were shocked she was still incredibly swollen and black and blue. He said he would have to cut her back open to see if any bone was left behind . This was very painful as it was with just a tad of numbing medication. We went home and she continued to have terrible pain. She went back in and they again opened her up. Very long story short, she went back in four times and they cut her back open two times after surgery. It is nine months later and she still can't bite into an apple. She gets reoccurring pain up her jawline from time to time. She is a nursing student and after talking to a trauma surgeon she knows and showing him pictures of her face five days after surgery, he was shocked. He said it was very clear there was something majorly wrong. Possibly something life threatening at the time. I would not recommend having wisdom teeth removal from Dr. Haddle. If you do, please check with your insurance company about payment to Dr. Haddle. You have to pay ahead of time and many times the insurance company pays more than expected. Unless you ask his office for an audit, you probably will not be getting a refund. I had to ask for both my son and daughter and both times I was refunded several hundred dollars. Wish I could be writing a positive review. I just know that my third child will not be getting his wisdom teeth out by Dr. Haddle. read more
