I went to see him as a referral from my regular dentist due to 2 blue spots on my lower lip - essentially like blood blisters that never healed from when I was biting my lips a lot. I was able to get in within 2 weeks and he removed both spots on that first visit. He was very concerned about my comfort and kept asking to be sure I was not experiencing any pain. He sent it to hospital to be analyzed to ensure no issues with tissue removed. Then he took care to stitch me up with very tiny stitches so I would not have scars on my lip. He also gave me pain medication and an antibiotic. Both greatly appreciated. He was professional, efficient, and caring and the office staff was the same. The receptionist called me by name the 2nd time I came in. They even worked me in to just take a look at the stitches as I was worried something might be wrong. But he took the time to see me and all was ok. Stitches out 2 weeks later. Healed great!!
