But I thought I'd give Computiverse a try since I had had so many good experiences with them in the past. Paul began the surgery and told me that my hard drive was on the verge of cardiac arrest. He explained to me that a new solid state replacement was available, that had no moving parts, and that it would provide an upgrade from the original part. So I took my external hard drive with the latest back-up to him and he did the change-out. This thing is now lightning fast! Faster than it has ever been! And I am thrilled with the results! Thank you Paul! And thank you Computiverse! You guys are the best! So glad you are there! Bob McBride

When I brought it in and they were able to look at it the estimate was revised downward to $110. After it was fixed and I went to pick it up the final price was $100. This is a rarity in my experience to have a merchant consistently move their price downward especially when you've essentially previously agreed to a higher price. $100 was a highly competitive price. During my research to find a place the next lowest rate I found was $150. The repair was turned around in 4 hours. I dropped it off at 11:00 AM and was able to pick it up at 3:00. Given how much I use my Ipad this was a lifesaver. Typically they offer a groupon for iPhone repairs which is how I found out about them in the first place. It is not applicable to Ipad repairs though. If you need a cell phone / tablet repair I'd highly recommend Cell Phones and More

My renters insurance required a full diagnostic report, so I called around to a few places and got the sense that it was going to be a hassle. Then I called Above & Beyond Computers and immediately had a completely different experience. Nate made it simple: "No problem, bring it in. We're very familiar with insurance diagnostics. We'll take care of it." Like just super easy.. I won't get into all the details, but I'll just say he was extremely fair and easily beat out several other shops I contacted. More importantly, he followed through with zero surprises, no complications. On top of that, Nate is just a genuinely down-to-earth guy. The experience went beyond just getting my computer looked at -- dealing with my insurance company had me thinking the world was falling apart. I walked out of Above & Beyond Computers thinking, "well... at least Nate exists." Highly recommend.
