They also noticed the coolant was low and recommended topping it off, which I authorized. Two and a half hours into my drive, the entire cooling system catastrophically failed, blowing out a fitting, throwing white smoke, and leaving my family stranded on the side of the freeway for over two hours. We had to pay for towing and an unexpected rental car. When I finally got a hold of the manager to discuss this, he was incredibly condescending, talked down to me, and completely deflected responsibility. His defense was that coolant "doesn't just go low, so there must have been an existing issue." If his technicians believed there was a major issue, they were completely negligent by just topping it off without a pressure test, failing to warn me, and sending me out on a highway trip. Absolute lack of professionalism and accountability. Do not trust them with your vehicle.

I have to flush out my transmission oil. It did hold for a year though. But I'm upset that I thought I had the problem fixed & now it is not, & I have to fix their mistakes. Which I now have to pay for again. I'm currently at another shop hoping that they can undo the damage that Jason's caused to my transmission. We went back to have them change our head gasket and back windshield wiper blade. Their quote price was about $1,000 cheaper than other places in Rexburg. We thought we got a great deal. They were quick and very friendly. Unfortunately, we went to a Subaru dealership about 8 months later because the front passenger airbag was recalled (2007 Outback with no accidents). They told us our head gasket is leaking. How can this happen when it wasn't even a year old? Now we're possibly spending another $3,000 or so to get it changed or we'll just have to junk it since we've already put way too much in it. It's very disheartening since we trusted Auto Aspects. Also, when we got our car back after taking it to them, our back windshield wiper was misaligned. We took it back and they fixed it, but it's still frustrating that it wasn't done correctly the first time. Update: I read the comment from Auto Aspects. They are correct, we were within our warranty. However, why would I return to a place when it wasn't done correctly the first time? We took it to the Subaru dealership instead. We trust the dealership's knowledge of or specific car and now we will only be taking our vehicles to dealerships. Lesson learned!

That's where you'll find Jacob and David in Rexburg. First of all, Lance with cutthroat towing got my butt off the freeway, but Aaa wouldn't take the trailer. Lance got me to Randy with all season towing and he came and got the trailer and brought it over to green light auto. I was desperate traveling from Los Angeles to Montana to pick up my son and his car. Everyone could've easily gouged the crap out of me, and not one of them did. I guess that's the difference between California and Idaho. Jacob and David assessed the problem and it was a big job a lot of work and they did it for me the day I brought it in I think an angel sent me to them. To top it off Jacob's suggested I take a walk to the snake river. Absolutely beautiful it's not just the countryside it's the people that make this God's country.
