Our philosophy has been to provide the best quality rentals in our area in order to attract great, long term residents, - and Epic PM has met or exceeded expectations from this perspective. On the maintenance side, their in-house staff and network of vendors has proven to be cost effective versus doing it ourselves from out-of-state. They keep up with their end of things without needing reminding, which is crucial when it comes to dealing with landlord licensing in some of the local municipalities.
