I've had the pleasure of doing business with crw multiple times…read more It is by far the most relaxing showroom that you can get when it comes to flooring, it doesn't feel like a dungeon when you walk in. They provide personalized service and you're dealing with real people- instead of whoever is on shift at the big box stores. I especially like the samples they have as well as their expertise. Highly recommended.

On April 15, I came into this store and placed a special order for tile. I was told by Tommy, whose…read morereal name is Haitham, that my order would arrive within five business days. After that time passed, I received another call saying the order still had not arrived. At that point, I requested to cancel the order and pick up my check because I could not continue waiting. Shortly after, Tommy (Haitham) contacted me again and promised he could get the order within 10 more days, so I agreed to continue waiting. After 22 total days of delays, excuses, and lack of communication, I became extremely frustrated. What disappointed me most was not just the delay itself, but how the situation was handled. After expressing my frustration through text messages, Tommy (Haitham), instead of having management or the owner professionally address the issue, involved people from my community who had absolutely nothing to do with this transaction. I started receiving calls regarding a private customer dispute. No business should allow an employee to involve outside individuals in a customer issue. That was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I later spoke with the owner, Simon, and explained the entire situation. At the beginning of the call, I even asked him what the company's mission was, and he stated that it was to make customers happy and satisfied. Unfortunately, I can honestly say I left this experience feeling neither happy nor satisfied. The delays already caused enough stress and financial loss due to rent and project setbacks, but the employee behavior and management's acceptance of it made the experience even worse. For the record, I never used disrespectful language toward Tommy (Haitham). I simply asked Tommy (Haitham) to stop contacting and harassing me, and I expressed how frustrating and exhausting this situation had become after weeks of delays and broken promises. I do not recommend this business based on my experience. Very disappointing overall.

Florentin noticed these weak spots in the floor upon initial inspection and made sure to point them out to us and let us know the proper plan of action to ensure this wouldn't happen to his new work. Florentin explained the process very thoroughly prior to beginning work and gave us a quote with an expected timeline. He worked very hard throughout the whole time he was at our house. Many times, he was googling and trying to get us the best prices on any additional materials we needed for the project. Our final result was so beautiful and modern... we couldn't be happier! We are so very glad that we hired Tile Marble Granite for our tiling needs. Florentin definitely went the extra mile to make sure we had quality work done that would last us a long time.

I echo the sentiments shared by others. Ali and his team did an amazing job on replacing the…read morecarpet on our second floor and updating our railings. One of the biggest frustrations when doing a home project is lack of communication. Ali went out of his way to keep us informed of the timeline (letting us know when to expect materials, find an install range that worked for us, and checking in throughout). As far as the finished results, we could not be happier. The new carpet is so plush and comfortable. The railings completely transformed the look of our home. Ali offered suggestions when asked (he really knows his stuff), but made sure we knew that the final decision was ours. A few other things to note: the installers were very respectful of our home, cleaned up when they finished, and were very polite. The cost was reasonable (actually less than we expected). I would recommend Town Center Carpet and Floors to anyone looking for new floors. I will share a couple before and after photos along with some separate photos of the completed project.

They were later joined by Mike. All three of them did a great job, were very easy to work with, friendly and hard working. John, the owner called me to see how the work was going and if I had any issues. There were none because all of them were outstanding to deal with. They were all a blessing to my family for the way they worked and their professionalism and personalities. My house now has safe wiring and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and have them do any future work for me and my family.
