I got it home and tried to roll it down to roll it all the way and....no dice. Since then I've been trying to contact Safelite to come out and fix the issue. It's only been three months since they replaced my driver's side window, and they have a warranty. But you can't follow through with the warranty if you are unable to reach them. I started by 'chatting' with a representative on their website. She referred me to customer service. I found a page on their website to put my information in to follow up on a warranty, but my information was not recognized. So, after receiving the error message listing a number to call, I did in fact call the number. I went through a series of prompts but was relieved that I would finally be able to speak with somebody. NOPE. After about 5 prompts I was directed back to the website, and then it hung up. Wow. I found the phone number on my phone of when I was contacted by Safelite and called THAT number. I could not leave a message because there was no voicemailset up. Wow, again. At this point I'm not getting a warm fuzzy about their customer service. So, deal with them at your own risk. I'm going to keep trying to contact SOMEBODY in the Safelite chain and I'll update accordingly.

This has been absolute chaos trying to get my windshield replaced. I get a phone call and get told Wednesday morning 10/8 that unfortunately my windshield shattered in shipment. I was then told the new one would be available to be there in two days, okay no problem. Meanwhile, I get my windshield plastic wrapped and the guy at the store didn't do the greatest and didn't have the best customer service. He saw what caused it and goes "Well that's what caused it" and starts to chuckle. I don't find any of this amusing. Fast forward to today 10/14, I've been playing telephone tag with customer service trying to get the easiest resolution. NOTHING and I mean NOTHING has been easy. There has been a serious disconnect amongst the shops and the customer service call center. They need to fix this and get a better line of communication established. Just a HORRIBLE experience.

They even made sure the vents were super clean. Overall, the car looked great! Their waiting room had TV, cold water, and phone charger!
