His response was, "We are all working the bar." That response was unnecessary and dismissive. If everyone was working the bar, it makes it even more confusing that I sat there for so long without anyone checking on me. A simple, "I'm sorry about that. Let me take care of you," would have been the appropriate response. I understand restaurants get busy, and I don't expect perfection.
