One of my favorite go to quaint little Food Trucks, right outside of Mathiesons Brewery and Tap House. Ms. Naa is so kind and so efficient, cooking to order and getting out hot fresh Food fast. She will even deliver your hot fresh food to you inside Mathiesons. The Crunchy Chicken Eggrolls, Shrimp and Pork Spring Rolls and the Pork Bahn MI Sandwich is so flavorful and satisfying. We're staying so close to the Di Da Food Truck we couldn't pass up the bright red food truck parked outside Gulf Coast Brewery. As long-time fans of Vietnamese cuisine, we missed our usual Pho and Vermicelli bowls, but the fried rice and Bahn Mi more than made up for it. The owner is incredibly sweet and personalizes every order. We loved the convenience of grabbing our food. We decided to go all-in on their fried rice, ordering both the Chicken and Shrimp versions & Banh Mi. Since they don't do Pho or a Vermicelli bowl, the Bahn Mi is their absolute superstar. The bread has that essential light, crackly crust, and the roasted red pork is incredibly tender with just the right amount of sweetness. The rice had that perfect flavor without being greasy. The shrimp were surprisingly large and fresh, and the chicken was tender and well-marinated. Vietnamese Iced Coffee was the highlight. It was thick, syrupy, and bold with a strong caffeine kick balanced by sweet condensed milk. It paired perfectly with the savory fried rice & Bahn Mi. Update to my previous review: I was downtown for a quick visit to the market today and decided to give it another shot, calling first. Pretty legit banh mi sandwich, with lots of fillings (including pate), but the pork is a little fatty if that bothers you. Not hard to pull out. Friendly owner, a 1st gen Vietnamese immigrant, and really good price. I'd say this was in the top 3 in P'cola for food truck/cafe style places. Hot tip: they don't open until noon on Sunday, so Yelp and Google are incorrect. read more

Very good service, the woman who helped me was very patient and helpful. We ordered bahn mi and fried rice and egg rolls. The food was good but the pork had a strange after taste for me. IWe've eaten here twice and had the pork banh mi both times. A lot of flavor and good size sandwich. Also had the Com Chien (fried rice) and it's good. The cha chien (fried fish) was great. I've never had swai fish before but the fish was fresh and the batter is great. It's right next to the gulf coast brewery and they will deliver the food to you at the patio. Highly recommend this place and support local small businesses. read more

Absolutely the best food ever to scratch my Vietnamese food itch. Doesn't help that I live so close, so, I can drive 5 minutes to eat. The owner is super friendly, and, recognizes me easily, probably because I come so much. Since it's near downtown and the ocean, the scene is nice. Parking can be a pain.
