Empty bowls all around and extra order for the road. They're a small shop just on the side of a busy road but if you don't stop in you're missing out. It was our first time staying in the area and craved banh mi but to our surprise their menu made it look so good we had to try one of each. Great food and great service for sure. We showed up 1.5 before closing for a group of 7 but they didn't flinch they just gave good service with hot and timely food! We must have drawn a crowd because another large table came in and sat next to us sorry pho shop but I bet you they loved it as much as we did! I'll definitely go back on our next trip out that way! We were a large group that came right at they opened. There was another large group that came right after us. Therefore, the entire restaurant was filled with people and they didn't have much employees in yet. However, they were very considerate and accommodating. Once more employees arrived, the food came out fast even though there was so much people waiting! The portions were a decent size and everything tasted great! Coming from my Vietnamese born and raised mother, the broth was slightly too seasoned but note asian taste buds are different, my mom is used to not having too much flavor but I tried it and it was fine. Since discovering this place last year I've come here 5 or 6 times and it's always fantastic. The owner is extremely kind and will even accommodate custom orders personally if able. My Mom was visiting and she loves vegetables. She asked if she could substitute one of the entrees for chicken and then add more veggies. The owner, Carolyn Nguyen from Seattle, who has won many awards for her cooking, went into the kitchen and made my Mom a custom plate that was absolutely divine. Excellent service, good food, nice atmosphere, and MASSIVE portions. The perfect spot for a cold and rainy day. You seat yourself, but have a server take your order and deliver your food, but don't wait for the check - be sure to pay at the cashier and reference the table number painted on the wall above your table. The restaurant was fairly open with enough space between tables for private conversation, but no private booths. Even the bathrooms were clean. We ordered spring rolls - 2 large vegetable and shrimp rolls with a delicious peanut sauce. I also went for my typical spicy dish of spicy beef noodle soup and my wife ordered wonton and bbq pork noodle soup. I must say, the pork noodle soup had a much better flavor. The spicy beef broth was tasty, but the beef itself had a gamey flavor, and I was not a fan of the chunks of liver either. I was still happy overall, just will not opt for anything beef here again. Nice little Vietnamese restaurant in a strip mall. It's been remodeled since the last owner. Everything looks fresh and clean. My waitress was very fast and helpful. I ordered the appetizer but she helped me make my meal choice. I started with the milk tea. I have never had it before so it was a whim. I would definitely order it again. The spring rolls were ok. They had only one shrimp in each one. The peanut sauce was very very good. My main dish was the filet mignon, brisket, meatball Pho. My waitress had to help me with this dish. You load the vegetables into the broth and add the chili sauce yourself. I liked the dish, but my chop stick technique eating the rice noodles needs work. Fortunately they had forks. It's a dish that's great on a cold winter day. I need to return and try the other dishes. read more

We had the most delicious dinner tonight. The service was fast. Food came out hot and so delicious. It was as they picked all the ingredient's fresh out of the garden. The flavors in the sauces and broth were divine. We had spring rolls and pot stickers for appetizers. Then had rice noodle bowls with shrimp and beef. Such great food. We'll be back. We were happy to see a pho place added to Gulf Breeze. We grabbed some takeout this week and were not disappointed. The grilled pork banh mi I had was great and definitely will be an order in the future. My wife had the chicken pho ball which is a generous portion and also tasted great. Our oldest had the strawberry smoothie and loved it (very big for a kid). I was extremely impressed how fast our order was completed when we walked in and ordered at the counter. Un-pho-believable!! First time here and everything, the food, restaurant, and service were great. This is what we ordered. Seafood pho - broth was tasty and seafood cooked just right. Not overcooked so nothing rubbery. Shrimp noodles - just everything was good. Spring rolls - love the lettuce and peanut sauce. The other items on the menu looked good. Scanned the other patrons and they seemed to be enjoying their food. We will be back to try other items on the menu including the dinner entrees. Comparing it to other Vietnamese restaurants, it's a 3.5. For GB, 4. Smaller dining area but probably enough for this area. Service was good since we ordered take out. Started with the eggrolls and potstickers. Both were better than average but not great. Shaking beef was okay and the beef short ribs, again, was okay. The short ribs had a different marinade that made them more savory, than sweet. Will try again but not rushing to do so. read more
