juices are good but repetitive. they only have 5 flavors and it gets pretty old after a couple of days. vegan ready meals are so spicy, I couldn't eat most of them and I'm FROM Texas, so I normally like spicy foods. but these meals are all spiced with black pepper, like a LOT of black proper! not flavorful at all. I think they don't want you to know how terrible the food is, so they pour on the black pepper like it's Christmas sprinkles. I tied to do a 3 day cleanse and failed. Maybe it was because I tried to start on a day that I was hungover. Or maybe it's just not for me. I will say that sweeter squeezed 9 ( apple, ginger and lime )was surprising awesome. They say the juices are good for 7 days from when they arrive but there is an expiration date on the bottle that is over a month after I received it. I used multiple coupons with the online purchase and deliver was in the expected window. A 3 days cleanse is expensive, think I was in it for ~$102 and some change after their 30% off coupon and the Bobby bones show coupon The cacao cashew milk is actually good - there isn't a strong coffe taste. Expiration date is 7/15/2019 and I received it on May 30 2019. Again, way longer than the 7 day expiration they say. The strawberry cashew milk is disgusting. There is also a LotId on the bottle which makes me think there is a factory or factories that do the cold pressing. Heck, probably a similar factory that does for other smaller companies. On the first day, I cheated and had a slice of pizza, on the secondary day some tuna and green beans and on the 3rd day a salad. At the end of it, I can't say I feel any better or have more energy. I will say that yes, I cheated , but my sugar/soda crave did substantially decrease. Don't think this is a life style for me, but did help me to realize that processed food, dairy, and high fructose corn syrup are bad for you. I've used this company twice in the past 6months. The first time I ordered a 4 day cleanse for both my husband and myself. They sent us an incorrect amount of juices, and their customer service department was a nightmare to deal with. Still, they made good on the order and we were eventually satisfied. There was a variety of juices, and they were mostly enjoyable. I referred people to the company, and would order from them again. Fast forward 5 months. I ordered a 7 day cleanse for my husband and I, and upon delivery we realized they gave us the exact same juices for all 7 days. I immediately tried to contact their customer service department - but they have since removed their contact info from their google profile and their website. All I had was a customer service email - so I emailed them asking if this was a mistake. No mistake; this is their new policy and way of doing business. No update on their website, and no FYI to returning customers. Had I known, I would have never ordered this cleanse again - let alone for 7 freaking days. The customer service email was zero help about making the customer happy, insisting there was nothing they could do. Since, I've noticed they removed the ability to post google reviews on both their profile and also their Facebook. Guess they don't want everyone to know how absolutely terribly low their business has sunk. Super unfortunate, but if this is how they treat returning customers then good riddance. read more

You can't expect miracles out of a cleanse and I never do. I do this a couple times a year to feel a little better, detox, etc. I already went plant-based in the fall and that has been the life-changer. These just usually reset or remotivate me. BUT, I digress. I have an aversion to the regular cashew milk that comes with the cleanse I ordered. Once I realized this the first time around, I subsequently requested the coffee-flavored one in its place, which is awesome, and that is what they sent me. No problem. There is a "Special Instructions" section at checkout. Today I received my 5-day cleanse but it came with regular cashew milk. I double-checked and sure enough, I requested the coffee-flavored cashew milk. When I finally got a hold of customer service, the wait was horrible, they told me this was all they had available. Now, they have a regular one, a chocolate one, a strawberry one and a coffee one. I told them I would have waited a few days to start my cleanse if they had for once thought of notifying me that something I ordered was not available and could not be fulfilled. They just sent what they had. I am not a happy camper. The product is fine but the customer service and quality control is subpar. But it doesn't work when I tried to apply it my $430 cart, and customer service said that's not a promo they're currently accepting. I'm going to go with Raw Generation instead. WARNING!! DRINK AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I bought a 5 day fast. It arrived Yesterday. I started this morning. Bottle #2 was spoiled. Unfortunately I found out the juice was spoiled by drinking a big mouth full. Now Im concerned I will be experiencing the Vomiting and diarrhea associated with food poisoning. Not exactly what I was expecting to be dealing with on my 1st day of this juice fast. I am not new to Juice or fasting. I have my own high quality juicer at home. I just did not want all the work associated with creating 5 days worth of juice. I thought this company was a great solution. Im honestly shocked at how wrong I was. Even worse, If that is possible is their customer service. Not helpful at all. After persisting to talk to a supervisor about the spoiled and potently poisonous juice; I was finally given to a man you apologized deeply and promised to have a refund in 1/2 hr. He said "I give you my word, I will get the refund and call you back in 1/2 hr to confirm with you". He did not. When I called back the new 'supervisor' did not listen to a word I said and only repeated the company procedure and process like she was a robot. So, the 1st 'supervisor' lied to me and the 2nd one was like a robot. Terrible company. Further I look at the other bottles left over and several contain no expiration date or Lot#. Gross. I thought this was a juice bar and heard about it on the radio. Sitting behind the desk of the receptionist is a case full of pasteurized juices. Nothing was fresh and everything had a shelf life of a month. I tried the "Super squeezed 2" and it was pretty disgusting. Tasted like Suja, which I can buy at Costco for $2 a bottle instead of $8. Think I'll stick with one of the local austin juice bars. (It's austin, we've got lots!) This feels like a crappy chain from Dallas. Absolutely terrible customer service. They completely ignored my food allergy and included it in almost all my juices even though I spoke to an employee beforehand to ensure this wouldn't happen. When I reached out about the mix up no one answered my calls (including their 800 number) and several emails went unanswered. If I had drank the juice they provided and promised would not include my food allergy I could have died. Shocked they didn't care and didn't respond to calls or emails after. read more

I ordered a 7 day cleanse, it was not delivered. They make it very difficult to contact them if there is a problem. Their business model is delivering your juices to your door between 3 - 9 the day before you are to start a cleanse. If not delivered by 9, email them, but they don't respond for hours if at all. The stories on their FB page about people taking off work to start a cleanse or scheduling their lives around this cleanse only to have the juices not delivered are only found in comments on other posts. I tried posting, asking what the process was when juices are not delivered in time and the admin blocked the post. This is a very bad sign. read more

I was super excited to start my 5 day juice cleanse with Squeezed but then I got these text messages from my delivery driver stating they were stolen. When the driver called me he admitted that he left the juices at the wrong house. I immediately called customer service and David told me to email them what happened and they will deliver my juices tomorrow. Even after I was told I would get them tonight. Squezzed states they make deliveries between 3PM-9PM it is only 7pm. Am I crazy? if they are in Austin then why would I not be able to get a new order tonight? Talk about customer service.
