I go to this location often cause they do free drinks periodically for rewards members. Today they were giving the public samples of the new Pickle Smoothie which was different but I liked it. It just had a slight pickle taste to it but it also had banana, kale, and other ingredients that made it not overwhelming for non-pickle eating people like me. The staff here is always friendly and they work pretty quick most of the time! read more

THE BIG: Smoothie King location near 183 inside the arboretum. THE BLACK AND WHITE: This is actually a pretty big smoothie king location. Like your typical smoothie king, there's an expansive list of smoothie combos. I'm generally a protein smoothie fan and there was a nice quencher that was low cal anfhigh protein. A small has 24g of protein, medium is 36g and large has 45g! For those who are in a rush, they churn out smoothies quickly! THE FINAL BAMBOO: Damage done for a medium smoothie was ~$8. Great quick protein pick me up for those on the run read more

Maddie and Aaliyah were amazing and the drinks were spot on. Service was on time. We were in the drive thru

I don't know maybe it's the morning or the 2 girls working there just in the bad mood. No smile, no say hi no good morning nothing to customers walking in, they just looking at their phone. After I even said thank you, no response. Really bad service read more

This location is clean and the service was incredibly swift. Got the passion paradise and it was tasty! I haven't gone to smoothie king in a while but I am definitely going to visit more often for their delicious smoothies. read more

Smoothie King - a hand holding a smoothie - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Austin, Texas

Over the summer this place was The Best! Perfectly blended smoothies that were amazing. Now, the balance of the ingredients are off, not as flavorful and never blended correctly. I've asked to have my smoothie re-blended after bringing in a napkin full of dates. If you hate your job that much, maybe work somewhere different? Overall super disappointing service. Guess they'll be happy they have one less person to make a smoothie for. read more

I love smoothie king. Every single location is just always amazing. Great customer service, great products, and it's always quick! Whether you're on the go or you want to sit in at any of them, you can never go wrong with smoothie king. If you don't know what to get order yourself a gladiator smoothie and add any two fruits or veggies of your choice! You'll never regret it! I can recommend many more but honestly just anything off the menu is the right choice! read more

My first time visiting a Smoothie King so I didn't know how things worked and the brunette woman on staff mocked me for being hard of hearing twice. It was jarring. I just wanted to get out of there and she was so rude. I cried in my car afterward, threw out the drink, and will obviously never be going back. I wish I hadn't tipped in advance. read more

The young woman who was working the cash register first asked me if anyone has told me I look like Daphne from Scooby Doo and then asked me if I was pregnant. The answer to both questions is, "no." I am 5'3 and 120 lbs. No way do I appear to be pregnant. I then calmly tried to tell her that she should never ask a woman if they're pregnant because if they're not, you've just told them they look pregnant. She refused to see the error of her ways and things escalated. The manager did try to compensate by giving me the smoothie on the house but I still won't return to this shop. I'm not taking any chances on encountering the young woman who is extremely rude and ignorant. read more

Sierra was so incredibly rude to myself and my friends who went in on our break to get smoothies. Everyone ordered and paid for the smoothies and while the drinks were being made and put out, there was a lack of announcing the names, or maybe just a lack of loudness. My friends and I were confused on which was which and thought they made an extra Vegan Mixed Berry smoothie and forgot another smoothie. This was not the case and then the situation was resolved amongst my friends and all we asked of Sierra was to clarify which drinks were which. I'm not sure why Sierra took it upon herself to start accusing us of stealing a drink and continued on to complain about remaking a drink that she was never even asked to remake. When asked who her manager was, she informed us that she was the manager and when asked if there was a phone number we can call to make a complaint, she continued on not understanding basic communication and said she's "not giving us her number" which we weren't asking for her number, we were asking for a corporate number. After we walked out, Sierra continued on antagonizing another customer who walked in after we left and this woman came out the store and started cussing and threatening us. Customer Service was completely lacking in this place. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Hire better people. read more

Went here yesterday to get a smoothie on my break, sierra gave me the rudest customer service experience of my whole life. Ordering was whatever, but there was an incredible amount of confusion when it was time to get my drink. She just placed the drinks down without announcing the name, so we did our best to figure out which was which. Sierra then accused myself and others of stealing a drink, then continued to complain about remaking the drink when she was never asked to in the first place. She kept complaining and as we tried to leave, I told her that everything was okay because the people I was with were friends and she was okay. She continued to not understand what the situation really was and only seemed concerned about having to possibly make another drink, again when no one had ever mentioned that to her. After leaving, she continued to aggravate the customers still in the store to the point where one woman came out and started threatening us. This was the worst experience possible and sierra continued to aggravate the situation, literally the last thing I ever expected to happen while trying to get a smoothie. The cherry on top is that my order was wrong and I threw up 2 times after drinking it. Sierra made my experience at smoothie king absolutely horrible and I will probably just keep going to juiceland, at least they can get my order right and don't incite violence against myself from other customers read more

Smoothie King ROCKS, and this one is the best. The manager Sarah (I think) always greets me by name and has my order waiting exactly as I like it. Some days, I can see how busy they get, and I still see her smile under her mask. Smoothies use to be a pain to get, well, not here. Love love LOVE this Smoothie King. read more

I've been meaning to write a review for this location for a while now. The service here is absolutely outstanding. (Special shout out to Efren!) Everything tastes great, the rewards program is nice as well. Will definitely keep coming back. read more

This is a good location. They are quick and get my orders right. This location is further from my house, but I will gladly drive a little bit more to have great customer service. Thank you! read more

The email sent me that the pick up time is at that time but when i came to pick up they were not ready. Staffs said they just got my orders i dunno how while i was waiting since i already ordered minutes ago. I ordered 2 cups, the Slim and the Activator, the flavors dont taste like other branches that i have tried. I feel like they don't make right recipes. read more

Nice staff, I ripped my coupon in half and they still took it haha. Clean location. Indoor seating available.

No substitution policy for ice! When asked to remove ice (because our doctor has asked to avoid ice), we were told that they will give us only half a smoothie but we must pay full! When contacted corporate, asked to go to a different juice bar instead of coming to smoothie (I have all the emails). I would stay away from a place which treats customers this way! read more

I have so many positive things to say about this location! So I'll make a list to make it easier... 1. AMAZING A+ service. I can't tell you how many times I've come here and asked them what I want... They always help me think of something yummy and still healthy at the same time. They are always willing to help me figure out what I like. They are also beyond friendly! You get greeted the second you walk in, they ask how you are or how your day is, etc. They've even made it a point to get to know me and remember who I am, which means a lot coming from someone who works in customer service. They definitely care about their customers. 2. EXTREMELY clean. There isn't one time where I have walked into this location and haven't noticed how clean it was. Bathrooms, floors, tables, etc. Spotless. 3. QUICK! They are so fast, which sometimes when I'm in a hurry I greatly appreciate. LOVE LOVE LOVE this location. I drive out of my way just to make sure to go here. read more

Best quality smoothies for the best price. I'm so happy too that Smoothie King took the step to eliminate styrofoam cups. I go here for special occasions to order my usual the Banana Berry Treat with vegan protein, but sometimes I'm in the mood for a Vegan Nutty Super Grain or a Peanut Power Plus. There are so many great options with varying mixtures to try, and I always feel energized and great fueled by these delicious smoothies. read more

The smoothies are incredible and I love how much smoothie you get in the 32 oz. I still manage to chug the entire thing by the time I get home. My favorite is the Strawberry Slim n Trim! read more

The smoothie itself is delicious. The customer service however was absolutely terrible. The two blonde girls were so rude, didn't even greet us or answer our questions. One of them had airpods in and was just rolling her eyes at us. When we received our drinks i asked to make sure it was my drink and she just looked at me. I was really unimpressed with their service. read more
