Over the summer this place was The Best! Perfectly blended smoothies that were amazing. Now, the balance of the ingredients are off, not as flavorful and never blended correctly. I've asked to have my smoothie re-blended after bringing in a napkin full of dates. If you hate your job that much, maybe work somewhere different? Overall super disappointing service. The young woman who was working the cash register first asked me if anyone has told me I look like Daphne from Scooby Doo and then asked me if I was pregnant. The answer to both questions is, "no." I am 5'3 and 120 lbs. No way do I appear to be pregnant. I then calmly tried to tell her that she should never ask a woman if they're pregnant because if they're not, you've just told them they look pregnant. She refused to see the error of her ways and things escalated. The manager did try to compensate by giving me the smoothie on the house but I still won't return to this shop. I'm not taking any chances on encountering the young woman who is extremely rude and ignorant. read more

My first time visiting a Smoothie King so I didn't know how things worked and the brunette woman on staff mocked me for being hard of hearing twice. It was jarring. Sierra was so incredibly rude to myself and my friends who went in on our break to get smoothies. Everyone ordered and paid for the smoothies and while the drinks were being made and put out, there was a lack of announcing the names, or maybe just a lack of loudness. My friends and I were confused on which was which and thought they made an extra Vegan Mixed Berry smoothie and forgot another smoothie. This was not the case and then the situation was resolved amongst my friends and all we asked of Sierra was to clarify which drinks were which. I'm not sure why Sierra took it upon herself to start accusing us of stealing a drink and continued on to complain about remaking a drink that she was never even asked to remake. When asked who her manager was, she informed us that she was the manager and when asked if there was a phone number we can call to make a complaint, she continued on not understanding basic communication and said she's "not giving us her number" which we weren't asking for her number, we were asking for a corporate number. After we walked out, Sierra continued on antagonizing another customer who walked in after we left and this woman came out the store and started cussing and threatening us. Customer Service was completely lacking in this place. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Hire better people. read more

Went here yesterday to get a smoothie on my break, sierra gave me the rudest customer service experience of my whole life. Ordering was whatever, but there was an incredible amount of confusion when it was time to get my drink. She just placed the drinks down without announcing the name, so we did our best to figure out which was which. Sierra then accused myself and others of stealing a drink, then continued to complain about remaking the drink when she was never asked to in the first place. She kept complaining and as we tried to leave, I told her that everything was okay because the people I was with were friends and she was okay. She continued to not understand what the situation really was and only seemed concerned about having to possibly make another drink, again when no one had ever mentioned that to her. After leaving, she continued to aggravate the customers still in the store to the point where one woman came out and started threatening us. This was the worst experience possible and sierra continued to aggravate the situation, literally the last thing I ever expected to happen while trying to get a smoothie. The cherry on top is that my order was wrong and I threw up 2 times after drinking it. Sierra made my experience at smoothie king absolutely horrible and I will probably just keep going to juiceland, at least they can get my order right and don't incite violence against myself from other customers read more

Smoothie King ROCKS, and this one is the best. The manager Sarah (I think) always greets me by name and has my order waiting exactly as I like it. The email sent me that the pick up time is at that time but when i came to pick up they were not ready. Staffs said they just got my orders i dunno how while i was waiting since i already ordered minutes ago. No substitution policy for ice! When asked to remove ice (because our doctor has asked to avoid ice), we were told that they will give us only half a smoothie but we must pay full! I have so many positive things to say about this location! So I'll make a list to make it easier... 1. AMAZING A+ service. I can't tell you how many times I've come here and asked them what I want... They always help me think of something yummy and still healthy at the same time. They are always willing to help me figure out what I like. They are also beyond friendly! You get greeted the second you walk in, they ask how you are or how your day is, etc. They've even made it a point to get to know me and remember who I am, which means a lot coming from someone who works in customer service. They definitely care about their customers. 2. EXTREMELY clean. There isn't one time where I have walked into this location and haven't noticed how clean it was. Bathrooms, floors, tables, etc. Spotless. 3. QUICK! They are so fast, which sometimes when I'm in a hurry I greatly appreciate. LOVE LOVE LOVE this location. I go here for special occasions to order my usual the Banana Berry Treat with vegan protein, but sometimes I'm in the mood for a Vegan Nutty Super Grain or a Peanut Power Plus.
