I have used them almost a dozen times over the years. They always do a great job. Always on time and they do very professional and thorough window cleaning at a fair price. Highly recommend! read more

Top notch window cleaning! Excellent communication, flexible scheduling quick and efficient. Very nice people too!!

I've been using this company for 20 years. The new owners were trained by the previous owners and continue to do the same excellent job. Very fast and efficient and economical too. I highly recommend. read more

The last few years I had used Squeegee Master for window cleaning only which was great. This year, I also had them clean my gutters and power wash 3 decks. They were courteous, quick and did a great job! We are so happy with the services they provide!!!! Thanks Squeegee Master read more

I live in RP and we have hard water. My windows were horrific. We had a dining room window that looked permanently cloudy! My old window cleaner told me it would cost extra to fix it and he would come back and apply a special paste to it. Well, that never happened! The guys were cleaning the widows (they are quick but thorough.).by the time I remembered to tell them about the dining room window and how it would need "extra" work they had already cleaned it. Inside, outside, up and downstairs were cleaned in an hour. They were professional, wore booties in the house, and it seemed as though they may have been training someone and the man training was so patient, I love to see that. Make sure you check the job when they are done. I was so happy to have clean windows that I assumed they cleaned the screens and the window tracks. They didn't. The window tracks still had flies and dirt in them. Most every one. I wrote an email and they offered to come back but my schedule is packed currently and scheduling would take forever so I did it myself. Disappointing~! read more

OMG DO NOT USE Unfortunately I can't give a zero star. This is the worst business I have ever encountered in my 68 years. To begin with they were 45 minutes lateNot only did they do a horrible job washing the windows.Water drops all over my hardwood floors. Took me actually a couple hours to clean up the mess of water drops and wet tennis shoe prints all over my upstairswood floors. The crowning glory was A 3 foot gouge in my upstairs walnut hardwood flooring. The owner said nothing to me. The other two workers were already in the car when I saw the damage. I noticed when I went up to check the windows. I called him up immediately and he said he did it. All he said was I'm sorry. Turns out he removed my 3 x 5 window to wash the outside and placed it on my walnut hardwood floors without putting anything under it and obviously dragged it across the floor because it is very heavy. I have never had a window washing company remove my windows to wash the exterior , anyone else would use ladders. These guys do not use any ladders. Not to mention the unprofessional workers he had throwing squeegees and poles out windows up to the roof And the fact that many windows are horribly Streaked. After a few text back-and-forth he denied even scratching my floor. What's the saying "a picture is worth 1000 words" let's just say you've been warned!! All the five star reviews and talking about "Bruce"is the previous owner. Also notice all the good reviews are about the previous owner and are talking about cleaning gutters. Be warned if you let this guy in your house. This new owner is not diamond certified as it states on the website and he's using all the positive comments and website details from previous owner. Doubt if he's licensed and insured either because he would not supply his insurance company information. read more

I can see clearly now the streaks are gone! I can't tell you how happy I am to have clean windows and screens. Due to an error on my part they came the Friday before I thought I had scheduled. So, they were kind enough to come back the following week instead. They did a great job and I will happily call them again! read more

I called to confirm and they changed my day. Then they did not show up. I texted them and they said they would come later that day. They didn't show again. I called and they had a feeble excuse and tried to reschedule for next week. I canceled them. They won't be ruining my day again. Very Unreliable. Don't hire! Ok read more

Asked the person how much to wash the lower unit as he was washing the upstairs unit. He said he could not tell without seeing mine. It does not take an einstein to see they were the duplicate of what he was washing. He then said rudely I don't want your business at Canyon Shores. His loss!! read more

Another excellent job! We've done business with Squeegee Master for over a decade. Scott's crew is friendly and professional. They are timely and efficient. read more

They were reasonably priced and did good work cleaning our gutters. We will use them again.

Cleaned my gutters. Showed up on time and was friendly. Did a fine job and listened to my concerns. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

Not only did Scott do a fabulous job on our windows, he made sure to go above and beyond to take care of other areas I hadn't thought of. He was professional, timely and most importantly.. trustworthy. Its not always easy to find someone you feel comfortable bringing into your home. Scott made sure to treat our home with the utmost care and consideration. I would recommend Scott and Squeegee Master without any reservations and will definitely share his number with friends and family. Thank you so much Scott! You took care of us and our home. read more

Great Gutter Cleaner Bruce come once a year to my house to clean gutters as we have large oak trees on our property that completely fill the gutters. He evens cleans several windows at the same time. He cleans up after himself and even comes with a small white dog. Highly recommend. read more

Squeegee master is absolutely the best window washing service I have had. I've lived in Sonoma County for 20 years and have hired them for the past 10 years because this company gives the best service, best quality wash, the best prices, and the easiest scheduling. I love the fact that there is no message system!!! My phone call is ALWAYS answered! I was always told when my windows needed to be replaced as well. (Squeegee Master does NOT replace windows and they have no conflict of interest by recommending certain companies.). They just want you to know how to maintain your home. read more

Bruce and Chris just left and not only are my windows and skylights brilliantly clean, all the spiderwebs and dust are now gone from all corners/windowsills/ceilings everywhere in my house. And with 20+ foot tall ceilings, that's no simple feat! Bruce went the extra mile to trim foliage from around my windows and leave all sills/sliding door tracks clean as well. He is a gentle giant, sweet and friendly and great with dogs as well! I highly recommend Squeegee Master! read more

Very efficient and friendly guys. It is nice to have the owner show up to do the work, it certainly makes one feel more confident and at ease with having strangers in your house. They accessed the situation and quickly got to work cleaning our solar panels then the windows inside and out. They gently brought to my attention some problem with the solar inverter and with a couple of windows that were starting to fail. I didn't like the news but I appreciated him telling me about it. I highly recommend Bruce and his team to do your windows and solar panels. read more

I love this company! I've had Bruce and Chris out to clean my gutters twice within the last year because of winter's heavy rain, old trees that surround the place, and leaves that the weather left behind. But this morning they came and cleaned my windows and screens for the first time, and they were dirty. Wow, are they ever sparkling now! Bruce and Chris went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me today, as I'm currently recuperating from injuries from a fall. They quietly and efficiently worked around me, and placed everything back where it was supposed to be! Of the numerous sub-contractors I've hired in the last 14 years, they rank among the most polite as well. read more

Squeegeemaster is the best at cleaning windows! They have been doing my windows and many of my neighbors windows for many years. They are friendly, meticulous, fast and very careful with your inside possessions and outside gardens. They also provide other services like gutter cleaning and leaf removal from your roof. And washing solar panels! I highly recommend them and use them every year. read more

Great Job! I have a house that consists mainly of floor to ceiling windows and have tried many different window cleaning companies in the sonoma county area. Squeegee Master (Bruce) did a great job! He quoted the job over the phone and was able to work my job in within a few days. He charges by the pane (no matter what the size) and his price includes inside/outside and screen cleaning. Bruce personally cleaned all the inside windows and screens and had a team member clean the outside. Not only were they FAST, but my windows were clean and clear. In addition, Bruce was very neat and careful in my home. His team member took pride in his work and before he left walked around the entire house double checking the windows to make sure they were perfect. I will have this company back and will recommend them to all my friends! read more

I've been meaning to write a review of squeegee master since my windows were cleaned by them last month. Their prices were the best I have seen and my neglected windows looked amazing when I got home. They even did my gross garage windows. I will definitely have them back 2x a year for regular window washing. read more

Bruce and his team did my windows on both floors, a skylight, and my solar panels. Everything was great, their work was excellent. They made quick work of all of the windows in the house. Perfect job!!! Couldn't be any more pleased with the service. Called on a Saturday morning they happened to be nearby finishing a job, came over within 20 minutes. They were polite, respectful and efficient. I don't have many windows but all but one are really nigh off the ground because I live on a hill. No problem at all for them, didn't even blink an eye. Would recommend them to anyone who needs any windows done. I now get to enjoy the beautiful weather and view through sparkling clean windows! Thank you Bruce! read more

Don't count on the squeegee master. I am selling my home and arranged well in advance to have my windows cleaned before the first open house on a Sunday. I called back several times during the week because I had not been given a specific day, much less a "window" (no pun intended) when the workers would arrive. Each time I was assured that someone would be coming to wash the windows before the open house. The last time I called, I was told that the worker would be there on Friday and that he would be calling to give me a time to expect him. Well, about 2:30 on Friday the worker called to tell me that he couldn't make it, but said that if I was in a real hurry, he could do the windows on Sunday. Great. Nothing like having your windows being washed while prospective buyers are touring the house. read more

Friendly, professional service. My windows hadn't been cleaned in over a year, and they are sparkling now, all the way up to the hard-to-reach ones. Service also included cleaning my screens and a 10% new customer internet discount, which I hadn't expected. They worked around my furniture and gardens. Great value - I will call them again! read more
