Great food and fast, friendly service! Philly was delicious; they do not skimp on meat or cheese!! I also love their pancakes, they're massive and so so fluffy! Great place for awesome homemade desserts too!

We stopped here because we were on a motorcycle trip to St Augustine from The Villages Fl, and this was about half way. We opted for their soup of the day, which was vegetable beef. This was hands down the best vegetable soup I've ever had. I had to use my fork and knife to cut the hearty beef and vegetables. The flavors were great, and we left very full! The restaurant was also very full when we left as, no doubt, this is a very popular restaurant.

The Best part of this breakfast was the biscuit... truly excelkent. Will return to try their Biscuit & Egg, under $3!

From start to finish, their professionalism, creativity, and organization were evident. The food was excellent--well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Service was organized and efficient, and everything flowed smoothly throughout the evening. Our guests consistently commented on how much they enjoyed the meal. What stood out early on was the tasting experience. It was not simply a presentation of menu items; it was a true collaboration. The team took time to discuss our vision for the event, the audience we were expecting, and what would best fit a corporate milestone celebration. They offered thoughtful ideas and guidance while remaining open to our input. The process felt like a partnership built on trust in their expertise and experience. One of the most impressive aspects was how they executed the décor around the catering displays. We shared general concepts tied to our industry and company identity, but we did not provide rigid instructions. Honeysuckle took that direction and elevated it beyond expectations. The incorporation of industrial elements--bolts, metal plate accents, and tools reflective of our fabrication and welding background--was creative, tasteful, and perfectly aligned with Dutchy Enterprises' brand. It was a complete and welcome surprise to see our company identity brought to life so thoughtfully in the food presentation itself. We are very grateful for the care, competence, and initiative Honeysuckle Catering brought to our event. They delivered not only exceptional food, but a cohesive and memorable experience that reflected who we are as a company.

The few small pieces of chicken we did have were way over cooked. The fish and chips had the same problem - mostly breading and no fish. Also, they don't have tartar sauce. I've never been to a place that sells fish n chips that doesn't have tartar sauce. The dining area is an open concept. There were some plants spread around the place is clean. Friends, I must confess: I should not have waited this long. Just like Uncle Chicken's across the way, everything here is prepared with love and care. I had the meatloaf. It's prepared with big cubes of white cheddar, bacon, and ground meat, then pressed together into a juicy, almost cubed steak consistency, then finished off in a cast iron skillet with a sweet red sauce and sliced fresh jalapeños on top. I kid you not when I say I had to look my mother in the eyes and say this was better. The sweet, spicy, and savory flavors all melded together in my mouth in a jubilee of taste, and the skillet serving style ensured the food stayed piping hot and fresh throughout my meal. I had it with asparagus (very yummy and cooked alongside in the skillet) and au gratin potatoes (consistency and flavor of a wonderful, creamy macaroni and cheese). My parents shared the pork souvlaki. They report that it was wonderful. The pork was perfectly juicy (I hate dried out pork), and this place has the best tzatziki you'll find this side of the Mediterranean. We finished off our meal with a southern comfort classic: peach cobbler. Just like everything else, it was delicious. Ever since Cracker Barrel replaced their blackberry cobbler with the current travesty of a dessert they pretend is cobbler, I've been looking for a replacement. This hit the spot. The location is perfect for the food, too. It feels like you've just been invited into someone's house for a potluck dinner. Staggered lighting across the ceiling (with some red, green and blue lights) complete the dive look, while guitars, a Centipede arcade cabinet, and tons of chicken figurines line the room. You'll feel like you've traveled to the mountains of Appalachia as the soft bluegrass plays in the background and the smells of the kitchen caress your nostrils. Guy Fieri should have come here when he came through town a while back.

I've been wondering for a while where to get some good stick to your ribs so food, so when my wife told us that Nikki's Place reached out to her to come try some authentic soul food, I had to join her. We had to make sure to get an array of different things to try as much as possible. So we ordered.. smothered pork chops, fried catfish and shrimp, lemon butter chicken wings, red rice, Collard greens, Lima beans, black eyed peas, cornbread, candied yams, mac and cheese, and some onion fries.. with some sweet tea. I want to tell you, every bite I took had me closing my eyes and smiling. My only complaint was the lima beans were a little bit salty, but when I ate it with everything else it didn't really matter. The lemon butter fried chicken wings were absolutely amazing. I have not tasted anything like that in my life. You can't go there and not get them. You need these wings. I'd also like to say that all the sides are meat-free , so vegetarians come get some . We ate till we were full, and we had enough to take home as well. My son got the fruit punch mixed with lemonade. I like to get half sweet and half unsweetened tea. We commenced to ordering. I got the lemon butter wing dinner again with the side of candied yams, yellow rice, and greens. The rest of the table got fried chicken, catfish and shrimp, ribs, and bbq chicken.. We all got a side of cornbread with our meal. We devoured. We got our fingers and mouths all sauced up and messy. We feasted. Everyone loved their meal and I felt like a hero for suggesting this fine, homey establishment. We decided that we couldn't fit dessert but greediness prevailed and we got desserts to go. Red velvet cake, peach cobbler, banana pudding, and lemon pound cake. The bread pudding is one of my faves. The banana pudding was nothing to write home about. Could have used some fresh bananas cut up in there. Last but not least, I have to mention our beautiful server, Audrey. She handled our table with a winning combination of love and skill.
