They took me without hesitation. As a wheelchair user, my van is equipped with hand controls, so getting routine vehicle service isn't always as routine as it should be. The staff didn't make it a big deal. They listened, understood how my controls worked, handled my van perfectly, and had my inspection and oil change completed in under 30 minutes, even with two people already in the waiting area. What made the experience even more memorable but also made me speechless, was something completely unexpected. Another customer at the shop was ahead of me and, without saying anything to me, quietly paid for my entire visit and his own, then left. I never even got the chance to thank him. (Thank you amazing human for your genuine kindness.) Between this man's incredible act of kindness and the way the staff treated me with absolutely zero hesitation, I left feeling genuinely cared for and at a loss for words. Sometimes accessibility really is as simple as saying, "Yes, we can help you." Or "let's try to see how we can help!" I absolutely recommend Personal Touch Minute Lube. 10/10 will go back and keep going back. Thank you to the amazing human who performed the most selfless drive-by act of kindness I've ever experienced.

They took the tire off and attempted to sell her a new tire because the tire has been plugged before. She proceeded to decline on the new purchase but they REFUSED to reinstall the tire. She then threatened to call the Denton Police and that's when the DT Manager directed the salesman to install the spare tube in its place as a matter of DT Policy. Coming home to only find out DT dismounted her (subject) tire and left it in the truck fully dismounted. VINDICTIVE!!! This is where LA Tires came in to the rescue. Not only did they fix the slow leak but checked tire pressure on all tires and put everything back that DT dismantled and left in disarray. Thank you LA Tire!!!

The dealer replaced the wheel bearing prior. There was no issues brought my truck back to LA tires the next day to see if they can help me fix it. The worker just looked at me and laughed and said that Manager already told me what it was. I talked to the manager. He came out. He tried to fix it. He told me it was done and ready to go. Pulling out of the driveway the noise got quieter, but I could still hear the clicking when I'm driving and now I'm just noticing at home I am missing the front left hubcap. I called and they don't wanna do anything to help replace or find it. And they stated in a review before they don't like to lick you in the eyes or talk to you like a man.
