I came in for a tire balance for all four tires for my F150. I thought saving $20-$30 would be great if I come here for the best price. They were able to balance my tires, but once I was pulling out out of their driveway, my tires were grinding, sounded like the brake pad dust covers or I couldn't tell you what it was because I'm no mechanic. The worker didn't want to stay and fix it because he had practice the manager came out, lifted up my truck and told me it was another part that was broken then maybe the dealer messed up on I double checked it. The dealer replaced the wheel bearing prior. There was no issues brought my truck back to LA tires the next day to see if they can help me fix it. The worker just looked at me and laughed and said that Manager already told me what it was. I talked to the manager. He came out. He tried to fix it. He told me it was done and ready to go. Pulling out of the driveway the noise got quieter, but I could still hear the clicking when I'm driving and now I'm just noticing at home I am missing the front left hubcap. I called and they don't wanna do anything to help replace or find it. And they stated in a review before they don't like to lick you in the eyes or talk to you like a man. I've purchased eight used tires from LA Tires over the past two years, but my recent experience was unacceptable. Two weeks after installing one of the last tires I bought, my low-pressure light came on. With years of experience working at Goodyear, I inspected the tire and found it had a leaking plug. Selling a plugged tire without disclosure is completely unacceptable. When I called to request an exchange for a tire without a plug, they refused and only offered to repair it. I didn't want a repair--I wanted what I paid for: a safe, used tire without prior damage. This response showed a complete lack of customer service and accountability. I will not buy from LA Tires again, nor will I recommend them. Warning to other customers: inspect your tires carefully before leaving, because they may sell you tires with undisclosed repairs. I went here for a oil change brought my own oil and filter. They charged me 25$ for service. I brought the wrong oil filter and they were kind enough to offer me a ride to auto zone. Came one hour before closing too and they were still kind enough to help me! read more

OMG!!! My poor first responder after a 12hr shift went to Discount Tire to have them check on a slow leak on a tire. They took the tire off and attempted to sell her a new tire because the tire has been plugged before. She proceeded to decline on the new purchase but they REFUSED to reinstall the tire. She then threatened to call the Denton Police and that's when the DT Manager directed the salesman to install the spare tube in its place as a matter of DT Policy. Coming home to only find out DT dismounted her (subject) tire and left it in the truck fully dismounted. VINDICTIVE!!! This is where LA Tires came in to the rescue. Not only did they fix the slow leak but checked tire pressure on all tires and put everything back that DT dismantled and left in disarray. Thank you LA Tire!!! read more

Went there for trailer tires & bought 4 @ $125 a piece. Good price. I had driven the trailer less than 150 miles on them when one of them blew out. I showed it to the owner & he said he would replace it. It was late in the day, so I said I would come back 1st thing in the morning. The next morning he sent a worked out to tell me he wouldn't replace the tire. He wasn't man enough to look me in the eye and say it. I'll never go back there. read more

I took my car to get two rear tires on and it was all going fine. Got one side off no problem then move to the other side and they use a small sludge hammer to pound on the socket to each lug nut . So now I have to go to Nissan and get new lug nuts . Would not recommend read more

I came here to get 4 used tires. I paid 140$ and though I got a pretty good deal because the tread looked really good. A few months later I went to Discount Tire to have them checked. It turns out that L.A tires sold me tires that were 14 years old! In addition to that, they were SNOW TIRES. I will never go to any used tire shop again. Prices went up a bit, but they are still pretty affordable. They get the job done fast (if it's not busy.)

I would put 1 Star for the customer service but they got the job done, so 2. Very rude and threatening to customers.

Took my car here on a Saturday afternoon. Was not busy, and prices were good. All told, $155 for two new front tires, installation, and plugging a hole in one of my back tires. People were friendly and efficient. Would recommend it. read more
